SARAH PALIN A SERIOUS CONTENDER FOR 2012
Following the key note speech at the Tea Party Convention which was brilliantly done, Sarah Palin visited Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday and gave a masterful interview even suggesting that a Presidential run was not out of the picture for 2012. Several polls now have her the leading contender for the GOP nod in 2012.
The left is scared of her which is revealed by the ridiculous attacks against her on a regular basis. Sarah Palin is the real deal and is showing her grasp of today's issues. She connects with the people because she does not place herself above everyone as many in politics do. She also connects because she fully understands why the people are angry and how dangerous Obama, his agenda and his cronies are for our Nation. Go get 'em Sarah and keep up the great work.

If she truely wants to run, be taken seriously, & elected by the conservatives & TEA Party in 2012, then she needs to do the following:
1)Study, study & study some more on all the issues, foreign & domestic.
2) Become a true conservative, not a RINO Republican. If she continues to make noises that she will go down to AZ to endorse McPain on his next run (2010), then she will be seen as another RINO Republican, and the TEA Party & conservatives will NOT endorse or vote for her.
'Nuff said.

I can appreciate Sarah but I wouldn't want to have her as my only choice. The conservative movement has awakened and there is still plenty of time to find a truly conservative candidate to run.
As stated above we don't need another RINO or a Rino supporter. We need people with solid personal convictions who are conservatives first and party members second.
She may yet change my mind but I am still hopeful that a solid conservative candidate can be found.
Lord - as a true-blue conservative, I sincerely hope NOT! There are far too many others out there who may be. We need to take our eyes off her as potus material or we'll further split conservatives. She mispronounces too many words, clears her teeth when she should have flossed before an interview, and frankly, she's just not what we need. She couldn't even finish running Alaska! My teens have more knowledge on issues than she does.
God be with her and her family, but please, no.
p.s. - As a grassroots TEA Party participant, I will do all in my power to see that she never makes it to the primaries - be it giving donations to her opponents or throwing marbles down in front of her motorcade - she's not the answer - we need to look farther than the end of our noses.
I agree with all of you. There are many other candidates who are much better. I would like to see my own Senator Jim DeMint run. But the fact is that Palin is a force and as such a real contender for 2012.
Can she get elected ? I don't belive so and as such I also believe that when it gets right down to it, she would not get the nod for 2012.
I am involved with the Tea Party movemnet also , but I hope that what we are doiing transforms the GOP and does not garner a third party run or else we will guarentee four more years of Obama because of the split it will make in the conservative vote.
