HILLARY CLINTON SQUEAKS BY IN INDIANA WHILE OBAMA BLOWS OUT NC
Fans of ABC's Monday Night Football, (which is now on ESPN), may remember a former Dallas Cowboys Quarterback who shared the broadcast booth with Howard Cosell and Frank Gifford. His name was , "Dandy, " Don Meredeth and his call to fame on Monday night was a little diddy that he would sing as the final minutes of the game approached and a clear winner was known.
Meredeth would sing out in his country drawl, "turn out the lights the party's over," a verse from an old Willie Nelson song called , " The Party's Over." If Meredeth were a political pundit on Fox News or any other channel last night he would have sung the diddy for Hillary Clinton's campaign for the Democrat nomination.
Clinton squeaked by Obama in Indiana by a measly 1.7 percent while Obama won North Carolina by 15 percent. Like all other Democrat Primaries the delegates available were split with Obama receiving more than Clinton thus extending his lead in the delegate count. Obama has 1840 to Clinton's 1680, (including pledged Super Delegates), with 2025 needed for the nomination.
There are a total of 486 Super and pledged delegates remaining in the few States left holding Primaries. Clinton would need to take 349 of those which include 16 that have yet to be picked up from North Carolina which Obama won handily.
Yet Hillary still refuses to see the hand writing on the wall and loaned her campaign another 6.4 million dollars because her fundraising efforts have once again stagnated while Obama's are booming. The fact that she is willing to make this sizable loan shows that she is not even considering bowing out and I still believe she will push this all the way to the Convention thinking that she and Bill can strong arm many of the Super Delegates into changing their vote.
Barack Obama on the other hand has stated in an e-mail from his campaign headquarters that he attributes a full 7 percent of Clinton's numbers in Indiana to , "Operation Chaos, " that is being waged by Rush Limbaugh on his radio show. This in itself just adds to the actual chaos that is taking place within the Democrat Party when an entertainment stunt, ( and a very funny one at that), by Rush can have not only this type of influence but also be seen as a threat by Barack Obama.
The number of Democrats who are dissatisfied with both candidates is still sizable with more than a third of Clinton supporters saying they will vote for John McCain or stay at home if Obama wins the nomination and nearly as many Obama supporters stating the same about Clinton.
The pressure for Clinton to drop out will intensify because of her slim victory in Indiana but the woman who believes her destiny is the Oval Office will not give in and take this fight to the very last breath. Obama will still have to watch the skeletons continue to come out of the closet as he looks to be the actual nominee for the Democrats.
The scrutiny that has revealed Jeremiah Wright, his own racist thoughts as shown in his books, the elitist statements made on the campaign trail and the out right lies that he has been caught in are going to continue to haunt the Illinois Senator.
For Democrats facing a run against John McCain this Fall, Obama being the likely nominee is becoming a nightmare because of the skeletons. While his Primary numbers are good his General Election numbers continue to fall as likely voters in November are mounting against Obama as more becomes known about him and the mystery that has followed Obama hidden by his youth, looks and ability to mesmerize while speaking is not playing as well with those who will actually enter the polls in November.
The Democrat battle will continue and Hillary will start getting down and dirtier as desperation begins to set in with her failing campaign. This campaign year it almost seems that the Democrats themselves have become the best boost for the GOP and John McCain as Hillary and Obama continue to implode the party and Pelosi and Reid continue to show the irrelevance of their leadership and handling of the, "do nothing," Democrat Congress.

Just heard that Hillary is holding no public events tomorrow, this coming just after she cancelled all morning show appearances, and meanwhile Obama is now speaking as if the assumed nominee, hence, "Many of the pundits have suggested that this party is inalterably divided - that Senator Clinton's supporters will not support me, and that my supporters will not support her. Well, I'm here tonight to tell you that I don't believe it," the Illinois senator said. "We intend to march forward as one Democratic Party, united by a common vision for this country."
From my neck of the woods it seems the race is all but over, Hillary is on the ropes and Obama will soon emerge to fight against McCain.
I wonder what people would say if Clinton would get 92% of the White vote? Would this be considered the 92 % of white voters were just prejudice..hmmm I wonder that since its the other way around

I am minority and would never vote for Obama, never! I don't trust 20 Years of WRight, Farrakhan and all the other garbage he associates with... Well since I am a Clinton suporter I can honestly say that if she is not the nominee as Prez, I will be voting for McCain..He is more qualified and more truthfull
We agree that Obama is going to be the nominee. But, I doubt Hillary will continue to stay negative. Her campaign is $10 million in debt and she has poured in $11.4 million of her own money. I think she will stay in, raise money, but cut her expenses so she can clear some her debt. She also wants to make sure that her profile within the Dem Party improves and that she is not seen as somehow hurting Obama's chances at this point.
Let me also say something about Operation Chaos. I think if you are a voter who is willing to throw away your vote - the vote that American soldiers are fighting and dying for - because Rush Limbaugh tells you to then you truly are an idiot. It is no joke and it is not funny. People around the world fight and die for the right to vote, and idiots who laugh about throwing away their vote for Rush's amusement spit in the face of the spirit of American democracy.
As someone who voted for Hillary, I can say with confidence that I will not vote for Obama. He is arrogant, self righteous, and an idiot. He lies and says that he doesn't lie (said he wasn't there for the Wright sermons, then said he was - said that Wright was like an uncle to him and then says he really didn't like him at all). His supporters are just as bad. They are all a bunch of way left liberals that are ruining the democratic party. In fact, I am going to remove my registration with the democratic party and possibly become a republican. I can say with honesty that I will vote for McCain in Nov.
If Clinton voters vote for McCain it will just show how petty and out of touch they really are. The ones that don't vote for Obama are idiots that can't vote in their own interest and have no clue how to act with any humility.

A political pundit said it best after hearing a recent Obama speech ... he smiled and said, "I feel as though I just ate a doughnut. Not much substance but it sure tastes good." EXACTLY! Yes, an empty suit. And wait til the Republicans bring out the fact that a friend of Obama's and Rezko's and who held a big fundraiser for Obama senate race turns out to have strong ties to Saddam Hussein. Perhaps THAT is why Obama didn't agree with bombing Iraq and taking Saddam down. Makes ya think.
It is my hope, Ken, that many Hillary supporters will vote for McCain if Obama wins, just as Anonymous intends on doing.
Isn't it amazing that Obama's hypnotized followers don't care what he does? I truly believe that if it came out that he had murdered someone they would make excuses for it. It's truly unbelievable!
I believe people should vote for whomever they support and whomever they agree with. I don't begrudge Anon for not wanting to vote for Obama. That is his/her right. He/She is a Hillary supporter how does not like Obama, and would rather vote for McCain. I think it is silly, but I support his/her right.
Anon is exercising the right to vote for whomever he/she wants to support. People like that who waste their vote on Operation Chaos are complete idiots, and they spit in the face of all that our soldiers are fighting and dying for.
A vote for McCain is a vote for continued war in Iraq, a continuation of Bush's economic policies, and support for opening the borders to illegals. Somehow, I don't think that will play well in the general election.
