Worthy is the Lamb
He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:3-5 ESV)
For this He came. A sacrifice for the sins of all. On the third day he rose from the grave defeating death so that though Him we could have eternal life.
Have a blessed Good Friday in remembrance for unconditional love for us all.

I find something truly unique. I follow a number of liberal blogs to see what others are thinking and very few have mentioned Easter and if they have they have not mentioned anything about it being about anything more than Eggs and some bunny and faimly getting togather.
The reason for celebrating Easter seems to be forgotten by many. That God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten Son to bleed, suffer and die for us. The good news is that even though he died he rose again. That even though I am a sinner that I may be forgiven of my sins if I but follow my master Jesus Christ. He has marked the way for me to follow and if I want to return to heavan I must follow him. Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords. Even though the serpent had power to bruise his heel he had power to crush his head. That even though in the world we will have tribulations we can have peace in our souls because of Jesus Christ. Our loads may seem heavy but they can become light with his help if we but turn to him. He is my best friend and my Savior. I love him. I can become happier with the knowledge that he has risen from the grave and defeated death for all men I can say as they did of old, Death where is thy sting, O, grave where is thy victory. Jesus is the Messiah and only through him may men be saved.
What a truly painful sacrafice Jesus paid for our sins. How can anyone watch this and not believe!
Lucky: You noticed that too hunh? Libs don't celebrate Easter as most of them only believe in the secular god of socialism.
What do you bet they'll be going whole hog on May Day celebrated by Communists the world over?
