ILLEGAL ALIENS IN US NOT ILLEGAL, ACCORDING TO COURT
In an unusual decision a Kansas City appeals has ruled that illegal aliens are only illegal when they cross the border but not if they stay in the United States. In a decision based on Congressional definitions, the judges ruled that unless an illegal alien has been deported their status in this country is not illegal.
Somehow that seems to be a contradiction since their entry in the country is illegal but, according to the court, unless they have been deported at least once their presence in the country after entering is not illegal.
This lunacy concerning illegal aliens is a never ending cycle of finding some way to twist the law, ignore the law, or just plain break the law in order to allow the more than 12 million illegal aliens who are in the US to either remain or delay deportation. In fact when an alien is discovered they are in most cases let out of jail and given a date to report back to authorities in order to be deported.
Well, DUH, this is like telling a convicted felon that, though they have broken that law we will wait to send you to jail for two weeks. In the mean time go on home and relax than come back to the court house after two weeks and we will ship you of to jail. How many would show up ? The same number of illegals that show up for deportation, ZERO!
The courts now are finding excuses, the Congress have been making excuses, the President backs the excuses and now loop holes in the law are enforcing the excuses. Excuses to keep from doing what is necessary. Close the borders and enforce the law regardless of the situation. Until enforcement of the law in deporting illegals, punishing employers and total border security to stop the flow from Mexico takes place this nightmare will never end.

Let's see...
Prior to the Nov '06 election, the President signed off on constructing the border fence.
More recently, the so-called "Immigration Reform" bill was defeated.
Still more recently, the President did an about-face and announced he is taking a hard-line approach to immigration enforcement.
There's sure a lot of "talking the talk" going on in Washington, but there's no "walking the walk" to support any of it.

If this goober-court wants to bend immigration law in the way described in this post, perhaps we should start "deporting" all the illegals to Kansas.
We're just going to have to start making phone calls again Ken.

Seth, That's my point, it'sone excuse after another and noone wants to deal with the truth or the problem. Just minor band aids and political rhetoric.
Marie, I'm with you. I don't know why this does not stir the people into action as it did with the Amnesty Bill. If , "we the people, " crash the servers and the phones on a regular basis Washington will have no choice but to listen or get FIRED!
This truly blows my mind, it really does! If this isn't an invitation for all illegal immigrants flocking to the United States, I don't know what is. As long as you can get in here safe.......you have a free ride. And to think that people are so blind that they can't see what is and what will continue to happen if they don't put a stop to this.

The asinine answers "OUR" American elected and appointed officials give and make official are supported by cash ionthe freezer, vote greed, and smoking the dope smuggled across the border. These people took a oath to protect its citizens. They should be held accountable for that oath, like they hold military troops accountable. The troops give it their all to protect us,and these lying, deceitfull clowns expose us to everything wrong in this world. Folks study your elected carefully, put them under the strongest microscope. DO NOT LET LIES SLIDE OFF YOU, HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. Their lying tongues pack the same power as a nuclear bomb,in our lives and land.
If harmed SUE THE Sanctuary city for aiding and abetting.
