A response to the Roe vs. Wade issue
Everytime a Repulican nominates a judge, all we hear from you Libs is the same old rap. Roe vs. Wade. First off, I am surprised your side can't come up with a better game plan. If it did not work before, why would it work now? At times its amusing. But let me get you in on the big secret. Roe vs. Wade will never be overturned. I don't like that fact, but it is the truth. No one in their right mind would even approach the issue. Not even an untouchable judge.
I, myself don't care about it anymore because of all the hysteria over the subject. I have found myself bored with the issue. But I have a possible solution.
We let you keep abortion, and San Francisco, and we get control of the tax code and the military. And Rob, don't be so paranoid. I hear its bad for you. Besides, IM sure next year, at this time, you will still be able to kill a baby if you want.
Sorry if this comes off a little rude, but can we get on to other issues( like terrorist)?
P.S. For all you libs, by terrorist, I don't mean Bush.

I wanted to check out you blog but the link is not working.
Well said John. This roe V Wade argumanet is a moot point but as you said the libs use it for any judge that is comservative. Even John roberts said it a moot point during his confirmation. Are all libs ralated to Dianne Fienstein ? They seem to alwys follow her lead on this!
Please, Republicans use Roe v. Wade just as often as Democrats. The reason Miers nomination went down in flames is that social conservatives were not convinced she would overturn Roe v. Wade.
I could just as easily say, "Are all cons related to Pat Robertson? They seem to alwys (spelling error) follow her lead on this!" Silly comment either way you write it.
Abortion. I'm against the way it came about. An activist judge who read it into the constitution, legislated from the bench. Now for the no-brainer: What congressman (or congresswoman) in his right mind would stand up and propose that abortion become legal by proposing it as law? Talk about political suicide! If the left really wants the abortion issue to go away, it needs to have the issue from lawmakers, not judges.
I'm not sure of the html link so i'll just post my site the hard way: http://www.wordofrask.blogspot.com
Rask is just a nick i use...
Well, in my opinion, it is absolutely plausible that Roe v. Wade could be overturned. Do your homework! Read over Planned Parenthood v. Casey. It was a 5 to 4 vote, and if we elect another conservative President who elects another conservative Supreme Court judge, there is a possibility that it could be overturned. Here's the hitch. Even if you think that "killing a baby" is wrong, why should the government be allowed to tell a woman what to do? Besides, ninety percent of abortions occur before the fetus is viable... that means that it can't survive outside of the womb on its own. The other ten percent is usually in medical emergency situations. I'm really glad that people have learned that you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet, otherwise, you might have a real following... and that would be terrifying since you are so uninformed.
