The Huffington Post | Larence O Donnell points the finger at Rove
We have all heard the news in the last week about Matt Cooper of Time Mag. And his refusal to give up his source for the story outing a CIA agent. He claims to have known this for a while but didn't want to be dragged into a Grand Jury. Now when has any self respecting Lib passed on an chance to smear a conservative? Not In my lifetime. What's also not surprising is that un-Newsweek is working up a story named Its Rove. O Donnell Claims that the story will break on the third of July. Well, lets wait and see if it breaks. I personally don't believe Rove could have made it as far as he has in life by making bad decisions. So how can I believe that he would risk everything he has worked for just to be a Lib reporters source. Come on guys. Ill believe it when I see it.

I don't know that I'm commenting on this post as much as I am your site in general. I apologize for that.
I am a pastor in a theologically conservative church and have become disgusted with the politics of this nation. Unfortunately, my disgusted isn't at the "liberal" as much as Christian conservatives. Not because I disagree with their stances on the issues, but because Christians should know better than to use personal attacks on other people. I refer you to Micah 6:8. I saw the same kind of misrepresentation of our faith from the woman of faith who spoke at the republican convention.
You may think you're fighting for justice, but read Micah again. I think you'll see that there is little mercy and humility in the "pit-bull" style attacks that we conservative believers have adopted.
That's why I humbly implore you reconsider the way you work for justice. Rather than attacking the "left," consider working for the disenfranchised of the world. Isn't that what Jesus did? Isn't that why he was harsher on the law-keepers of his day and more open to reaching out to the sinners?
Jesus said it is easier for a Camel to fit through eye of a needle than a rich man to get into heaven. Christian values teach us that we are our brother's keeper. I do not believe the Republican candidate's repeated lies are going to get them into office. We must demand an honest discussion of the issues and Sarah Palin and John McCain have been extremely deceptive with their campaign rhetoric. If they are lying now,what do you think they will do once they get into office?
