ROMNEY WINS FLORIDA NOW LETS GET THE CAMPAIGN BACK TO DEFEATING OBAMA AND STOP THE HITS AGAINST THE GOP

Mitt Romney has won Florida with about the same margin as Newt Gingrich won South Carolina. This now has become a two man race in which Rick Santorum, who deserves great respect, needs to bow out to stop splitting the conservative vote. Ron Paul is a non entity and whether he ends his campaign or not will make little difference in the campaign. Remember a full 54% of Floridians voted against Romney which is a huge negative against Romney.

This contest is far from over and it is now time to get the campaign back on track and quit with the blatant attacks against GOP candidates and put the emphasis back on Obama where it belongs. Romney drove this to the extreme negative campaign that it has become and is the king of sleaze who seems to think he can buy the election. Issues will win this and the candidate who is willing to take it straight to Obama without hesitation and without reservation including going after who he is along with his massive failure as President.

Gingrich has shown in his Florida speech after the results of the Primary that he is switching gears and going back to what he does best, go after Obama on the issues and tell it like it is calling out Obama with the truth of his failed agenda and his socialist ties of destruction for America.

I am not sure Romney is at that point since he is the one who began this negative campaign in Iowa and spent nearly $18 million dollars going completely negative with distortions and proven falsehoods about Gingrich which take the message off Obama and looks like a GOP vendetta against Gingrich.

Which candidate is willing to take it straight to Obama without reservation or fear of being labeled racist because he is going after a failed President who happens to be black ? Newt Gingrich is that man and as such who we need to carry the conservative and GOP banner in the Fall and to victory against a failed Obama bringing with him a continued majority in the House and a new majority in the Senate.

Will you select Mitt Romney the candidate who is backed by the moderate GOP establishment, has already instituted a State mandate for health care and provided the blue print for Obamacare. Has a proven record of progressive policy while a State Governor and distanced himself from Reagan in order to campaign for that Governorship and refuses to call Obama out on what he is and his socialism policy.......or will you select Newt Gingrich the candidate who stood with Reagan during his Presidential years and was passed the torch of conservative policy to he and the Congress he led by Nancy, has been endorsed by Reagan staffers and true conservatives like Michael Reagan, was the last person to balance a federal budget, actually cut the size of government, does not hesitate in calling Obama out for what he truly is and his socialist agenda and has already indicated he will dismantle 40% of Obama's government on day one if elected President. The choice is yours, Obama lite, (Romney), or a reversal of Obama destruction, (Gingrich).

NEWT GINGRICH ATTACKS PROVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WANTS ROMNEY

Without a doubt there is an absolute concentrated effort by the GOP establishment to completely derail the candidacy of Newt Gingrich. Everyone from Ann Coulter to Chris Christie and pundits across the board who claim to be conservative, even the usually conservative Drudge Report have made it their expressed goal to force Romney down our throat and destroy Gingrich.

Look who is on the Romney band wagon and you will see the GOP establishment at is worst. George H.W.Bush, John McCain, Christ Christie, Bob Dole, Ann Coulter, George Will just to name a few have endorsed Rommey and not one bit of true conservative credentials among the lot of them.

Now look at the endorsements for Newt Gingrich. Michael Reagan, former Reagan staffers Art Laffer, Robert McFarlane and Jeffery Lord. Fred Thompson, Herman Cain and though not an official endorsement Sarah Palin has all but said she wants Newt. Adding to this mix are strong defenses of Newt from staunch conservatives like Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin who has blasted the attacks by the establishment on Gingrich as unfounded and false.

These same establishment types are also those who refuse to take a principled and straight forward stand against Obama and his socialist agenda. They will not attack him with the full truth of who he is and condemn anyone who calls Obama on his socialistic, Saul Alinsky agenda by saying that Gingrich is a loose cannon for doing so and dangerous because he is actually willing to tell the truth about Obama and call him on his agenda, radical Marxist beliefs and destructive policy destroying our country.

They blast Newt for once considering the limited mandate for health care suggested in Hillary Care back in the 90's, a position he has since recanted and called not only stupid but unconstitutional, but willing to support Romney who actually instituted a health care mandate through his Massachusetts State health care plan nicknamed Romnycare which both he and Obama admit was the blue print for Obamacare.

They condemn Newt for stating he worked with President Reagan and continued Reagan's legacy into the 90's as Speaker of the House, a position that was stated by Nancy Reagan in 1995 when she stated the Reagan conservative torch was passed to Newt. Yet these same condemning dupes back Romney who distanced himself from Reagan as he ran for Governor of Massachusetts and stated in the same speech that HE WAS A PROGRESSIVE.

My fellow conservatives especially those who will be voting on Tuesday in Florida. Don't fall for the establishment lie. Don't surrender to the establishment belief that Obama can't be beaten and running a moderate like Romney is the only way to hold the House and take the Senate by ceding the Presidency to Obama by running a weak candidate who will play the pity pat gentleman games like McCain did and lose like McCain did.

We can win the Presidency standing on principle and stating the facts and the truth about Obama and calling him out on his policy and beliefs AND win the Senate while keeping the House. There is only one candidate running who is willing to take that stand without reservation and has already proven he can unite the GOP, Independents and all classifications, men, women all ages, and all income brackets as he proved in South Carolina. That candidate is Newt Gingrich.

NEWT GINGRICH HEIR TO REAGAN CONSERVATISM, JUST ASK NANCY

There is now and always will be a special place in my life and my heart for President Ronald Reagan. Who he was an what he did for our country place him among the greatest in our history and there will never be another Reagan. I have never been one to tolerate Reagan bashing and you can imagine how surprised I was at the attacks coming out against the candidate I support, Newt Gingrich, claiming he did just that, bashed President Reagan. So I investigated and found the truth behind the lies.

Rather than listening to the short edited portion of the video that has be circulated showing Newt stating that when Bush 41 ran for President he should not run as a continuation of Reagan but look to the future, I listened to the ENTIRE one hour and twenty four minute video and discovered that not only was this taken way out of context but when placed in context it is the highest of compliments to Reagan and his Presidency.

In the piece Newt explains that it took 12 years to find Goldwater conservatism and another 15 to find Reagan conservatism and that Bush 41 did not have the charisma to be another Reagan and as such needed to BUILD on the Reagan Presidency for the future of the country. Not a condemnation of Reagan as is being portrayed in the media and by the GOP establishment but on the contrary a highly complimentary respect of President Reagan by Gingrich and advise to Bush 41 on how to continue the Reagan legacy.

Then I found this video of Nancy Reagan in 1995 a full seven years after the Gingrich video that is causing all of the fuss.
In this excellent video, Nancy who is extremely protective of, "Ronnies," legacy states that Barry Goldwater passed the conservative torch to Ronnie and Ronnie passed it on to Newt Gingrich and the then new Republican Congress. Had she suspected for one moment that Gingrich had ever bashed her Ronnie she never would have made this statement about Newt carrying on her husbands legacy.

Michael Reagan the son of the late President has endorsed Newt something he would never had done if Newt was the least bit negative about his dad. Prominent Reagan staffers Arthur Laffer Reagan Economic Advisor, Robert McFarlane Reagan National Security Advisor and Jeffery Lord Reagan White House Political Advisor have all endorsed Newt and would never endorse anyone who bashed their former boss or whose policy and beliefs did not mirror that of President Reagan.

This blatant attack by the media and supposed conservative pundits being led by the Romney campaign and Romney himself is ridiculous and as much an insult to President Reagan as it is to Newt. Remember also that Romney NOT Newt distanced himself from Reagan for political expediency when he thought it would gain votes in his run for Massachusetts Governor.

Newt carries on the Reagan conservative legacy and follows the policy and ideas that were administered during his Presidency that changed the course of history, restored our economy and created the greatest growth of prosperity for our Nation and our people in our history. That is what Newt will bring to The White House and just as the establishment feared Reagan conservatism in 1980, they fear the one in whom the torch of that legacy has been passed, Newt Gingrich. So they attack him with lies to turn conservatives away and force a moderate down our throats once again. Don't fall for the lie!

NEWT GINGRICH TAKES ON OBAMA LIES IN STATE OF THE UNION

With rhetoric that was filled with distortions and falsehoods, Barack Obama delivered his third State of the Union address much of which was a complete repeat of past SOTU addresses. Either Obama's writers have run out of new ways to rehash the same old stuff or his TelePrompter is showing reruns. Either way Obama's failed policy was repeated as new ideas thinking that no one would notice.

Newt Gingrich in the above video takes on Obama and his distortions showing how the failed policy of the past three years will not work any different now than it has failed in the past. Gingrich has the knowledge and the strength to take on Obama on the issues with real solutions that have been tried and proven before that can restore our Nation and revive the economy that has nearly collapsed under Obama.

OBAMA'S STATE OF THE UNION STINKS

Barack Obama delivered his third State of the Union address rehashing the same old tired and failed rhetoric as he has since the day he took office. Tax the rich, government is the only answer for everything from job creation to changing diapers and of course green energy is the only way to restore his failed economy.

YAWN.....same old failed ideas delivered in the same old scolding arrogance with little in the way of truth and extremely lean on the facts and reality of the real state of the Union under the failed Obama Administration.

The detailed graph on the right shows the decline of our Nation and our economy since Obama took office. In every category the failure of Obama is not only evident but painfully so as the real numbers showing just how badly he has failed and how disastrous his policy has been for our Nation and our citizens.

For anyone who still has an inclination to support these failed policies and the equally failed President whose policies have degenerated our Nation into the state of disaster we find ourselves in if the numbers and evidence to the right do not convince you to not vote to reelect this absolute failure and embarrassment to the Office of President and our Nation as a whole then there is no reasoning and no hope for you as your ability to see the truth has been diminished by the lies Obama has fed you and your willingness to be completely duped by this charlatan.

We cannot afford four more years of policy that provides disastrous results for our country as those shown to the right. We must remove this failure from office by our vote and replace him with someone who knows what they are doing, willing to take the principled stand to restore our Nation and our economy and follow the Reagan style ideas that brought recovery from another failed President after he was defeated in 1980.

The major difference between the Carter Administration that the success of Reagan repaired and the failure of the Obama Administration that his replacement will be forced to repair is that Obama has taken us into far more perilous waters and down a much more dangerous path that even the failed Jimmy Carter.

Vote to restore America and regain that American exceptionalism that Obama has diminished and damaged. Vote Newt Gingrich through the Primaries to the Republican nomination and again in November defeating Obama and beginning the path to restoration our Nation desperately needs.

NEWT GINGRICH WINS SOUTH CAROLINA AND AGAIN THE PALMETTO STATE SETS THE EXAMPLE - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

With 40% of the vote in the South Carolina primary Newt Gingrich has won the Palmetto State with Mitt Romney finishing a distant second at 27% and Rick Santorum third at 17%. A 13% margin of victory is considered a landslide for the former Speaker of the House and gives him the clear momentum going into the all important Florida Primary which takes place on January 31.

South Carolina, as has been the case in all previous Presidential elections since 1980 when Ronald Reagan won the first Palmetto State Primary, has selected the eventual Republican nominee as no candidate has won the nomination without first winning South Carolina.

The pundits, the media and the GOP establishment not only under estimated South Carolina voters in the lead up to the Primary vote, it was said the Palmetto State voters favored Romney because he was the only candidate with, "electability." Yet as the day progressed Palmetto State voters cited that Newt was our man because of his conservatism and the belief that he was the only candidate voters felt could beat Obama in the General Election.

South Carolina has now set the example for the remaining Primary States beginning with Florida in 10 days. We do not have to settle for the establishment moderate as the media and the pundits have said. We can elect a conservative and can elect him decisively as we have proven with the Gingrich landslide. A conservative can win and must win in order to beat Obama.

We cannot just settle for a moderate candidate like Romney who differs little from Obama as his record shows. It will take a candidate who presents a polar opposite stand on the issues that are important to voters and the future of our country. We cannot give Obama the ability in a debate or through his campaign stops or advertising to be able to make any claim that the Republican candidate has agreement with him preventing his opportunity to say why change when there isn't much difference.

We also need a candidate that can stand strong against Obama in a debate setting not agreeing with him as McCain did so often in 2008 and willing to state for the record that Obama is a failure and outline those failures in detail and how they have hurt our economy, our standing in the world and driven unemployment to the highest it has been in decades.

Newt Gingrich offers all of the above. A conservative whose policies are polar opposite of Obama's. A strong ability to debate and show Obama to be the fool that he is. The ability, as he has shown in South Carolina to unite the GOP and bring Independents into the fold. Adding to the mix disgruntled Democrats who feel the extreme leftist policy of Obama has abandoned them.

Gingrich also offers on more thing that no other candidate can claim. He is literally the most vetted candidate in recent history if not ever. Gingrich because of those especially on the left he has angered in the past has no skeletons in his closet that Obama and the Dems can pull out of their hat in what has become known as the, "October Surprise," which has contributed to the demise of many candidates.

Gingrich is also honest about his strengths as well as his failures. He acknowledges all of his mistakes both politically and personally and has made an account to the American people on all levels which Obama cannot claim nor even suggest as even after three years in the Presidency there is still little known about his background and even less transparency in his administration.

To my fellow Americans and especially conservatives in all of the remaining Primary States, we in South Carolina have shown the way to prevent the establishment candidate from winning and taking a true conservative to victory for the nomination and against Barack Obama in the General Election in November. Newt is that man. He is the choice for the Republican nomination and the 2012 choice for President of the United States of America.

NEWT GINGRICH FOR SOUTH CAROLINA AND PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

The South Carolina Primary takes place this Saturday. Voters will be entering the polls throughout the Palmetto State to select the candidate that they believe can best represent them and defeat Barack Obama on November 6. South Carolina holds a singular distinction among all of the states in GOP politics and the Presidential nomination.

The first South Carolina primary was held in 1980 and the voters rallied behind Ronald Reagan who went on to win the nomination and the Presidency. Since that first Primary no GOP candidate running for President had gained the nomination without winning South Carolina therefore the Palmetto State has selected every Republican nominee since Reagan.

Obama must face a candidate who presents a polar opposite view of the issues and solutions that find no agreement with the socialist policies and agenda of the Marxist in chief. As in 1980 the establishment Republicans are pushing a moderate candidate fearing the conservative. Mitt Romney is that establishment candidate whose record as Massachusetts Governor more resembles the policy of Barack Obama making little distinction between the two. One has to ask, "why would voters in a General Election chose a Republican candidate whose policy differs little from Obama?" Why should we as conservatives settle once again for a candidate who does not meet our values and principles as we did in 2008 with disastrous results and John McCain?

We need a candidate and a President who is strong and will make a principled stand on the issues never apologizing for American exceptionalism embracing our allies, stand firm against our enemies, make the tough decisions to restore our economy and free American business from government to once again hire workers, put our fellow citizens back to work and bringing back the prosperity that we have known throughout our history.

Newt Gingrich is that man. He has a solid record of strong conservative policy and a knowledge of the issues with the strength of leadership that is second to none. In a one on one debate with Obama only Gingrich will call him to task and make him look the absolute fool that he is. He can and will unite Republicans, rally Independents and like Reagan before him bring in disgruntled Democrats who believe the radical liberalism of the Democrat Party has abandoned them.

When I enter my polling place on Saturday I will be voting for Newt Gingrich and encourage my fellow South Carolinians to do the same. As the Primaries move to Florida and other states I equally encourage conservatives to stand with me in voting for the conservative candidate who can defeat Obama and has the strength of leadership to restore our country to those principles we hold so dear and vote Newt Gingrich for President.

NEWT GINGRICH ENDORSED BY SARAH PALIN WITHOUT MAKING IT AN OFFICIAL ENDORSEMENT

Not long ago headlines popped up all over the web and blurbs in the main stream media about Todd Palin endorsing Newt Gingrich. I stated then that this was an official endorsement by Sarah Palin through her husband in order to keep above the fray and have the ability to remain an independent analyst without being tagged as officially endorsing a candidate when she appeared on television.

It seems that not only was this true but Palin followed it up with an unofficial endorsement of Gingrich during a spot on Fox News where she stated that if she lived in South Carolina she would vote for Gingrich in order to continue the vetting process of the GOP candidates by extending the Primaries keeping them heated and competitive.

Palin could have easily chosen any of the other candidates to use in this suggestion to South Carolina voters in order to stop Romney from sewing the nomination up with a South Carolina win. But she chose Gingrich who her husband has endorsed and in every interview she has given over the last few months Gingrich has been who she has praised and agreed with during her analysis.

Many conservative have been waiting to hear from Palin as to who she would back for the nomination. With her husbands endorsement which was her back door endorsement and this interview as shown in the above video it becomes obvious that Sarah's choice for the GOP nomination and the candidate that she believes can beat Obama is Newt Gingrich. In this I fully agree with Governor Palin!

NEWT GINGRICH WINS DEBATE AND MAYBE SOUTH CAROLINA PRIMARY

These two moments during the South Carolina Primary Debate in Myrtle Beach, SC not only gave Gingrich the win in the debate but may very well have won the South Carolina Primary. After the second video the former Speaker received a standing ovation, a singular honor in this and all other debates as it has never happened before. From personal observation covering the debate live and the events of the day, Gingrich had the strongest response from the crowds throughout the day and during the Debate.

SOUTH CAROLINA MYRTLE BEACH DEBATE WRAP UP

The lively First in the South Primary GOP Debate saw a Romney somewhat off his game, Newt hammering as usual, Santorum hitting hard, Perry poised at times and lost at others and Paul while making some sense getting booed several times. Unfortunately the WIFI went down at The Myrtle Beach Convention Center so I have had to wait until arriving home to post about the debate and wrap up.

Romney didn't help and may have hurt himself in this debate as he stumbled many times in a defensive mode on many of his answers especially with an onslaught from Santorum who came on strong as never before in a debate setting. Gingrich made two statements that may well be the difference in putting him over the top and win the South Carolina Primary.

In response to a question about jobs, Gingrich cited the loss of jobs on the delayed I73 in South Carolina by the Obama Administration which has cost thousands of jobs on an already approved program in the state. His extremely strong response to Ron Paul assertion that the killing of Osama bin Laden in Pakistan was against international law and Gingrich's response that is anyone is responsible for killing Americans no matter where they are we go after them and kill them and the fact that everyone knows Pakistan had to know bin Laden was hiding in their country struck a standing ovation in the debate and will strike a very favorable cord on election day Saturday.

Rick Perry who will likely bow out after South Carolina if he does not finish at least second repeated himself several times and seemed at times distracted in his answers. Ron Paul had an equal number of laughs and boos which both raised eyebrows in the media room and with the audience.

After the debate in the Spin Room I had opportunity to participate in a press interview with Gingrich in which I asked the last question,"did the results of tonight's debate increase your confidence about South Carolina?" To which he replied, "absolutely and on that positive note the interview is over."

I also had opportunity to ask South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley this, "Governor it is highly unusual for a Governor to make an official endorsement in a Primary, what necessitated you making that endorsement." Her reply surprised me somewhat as I expected a partisan spin about Romney who she has endorsed, rather she expressed the,"war," with the Federal Government she is having over the Boeing plant in Charleston, the South Carolina illegal alien bill the Justice Department is fighting and the bill calling for ID to be presented when voting also being challenged by the Justice Department. The Governor stated that she felt Romney would be a partner to the state rather than an adversary as Obama has been.

There may be a national exclusive from the debate revealing a falshood expressed by Mitt Romney that has the possibility of derailing his campaign here in South Carolina and maybe nationally. I will be following up on an exclusive interview that I cannot disclose at this time later today and report the results as soon as they are officially available.

The entire day was a rewarding experience and will provide many follow up postings and a possible national exclusive concerning Mitt Romney. So once again stay tuned for more on the South Carolina GOP Debate.

SOUTH CAROLINA GOP DEBATE T MINUS 50 MINUTES

We have moved into the Convention Center downstairs from the Spin room preparing for the debate coverage to begin. All of the GOO dignitaries are milling around as well as the Fox News reporters who have become part of many living rooms over the years. Brett Baier, Juan Williams and Carl Cameron have been making the rounds in the media rooms as we await the start of tonight's debate.

REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE ARRIVE AND RALLY THE TROOPS

The Faith and Freedom Coalition sponsored the opening event for the First in the South Republican Debate in Myrtle Beach, SC. Each candidate took to the open podium expressing his platform and policy to the cheers of a very enthusiastic and over flow crowd.

Rick Perry began the parade of possible nominees, followed by Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Ron Paul and ending with Newt Gingrich. Each candidate had a partisan cheering contingency in the crowd but by far the most enthusiastic response was to Gingrich.

Two moments of note during this opening barrage first came with the speech delivered by Ron Paul. Outside of the massive tent where the rally was held a Jumbo Tron was showing the event to the several hundred people watching from outside the tent. When Paul was introduced the Jumbo Tron audio stopped and only the picture was available. The moment Paul's speech ended the audio miraculously reappeared without further interruption.

The second moment of note came from Newt Gingrich who had the line of the afternoon as he expressed his plan if nominated to challenge Barack Obama to seven Lincoln/Douglas style debates and even letting Obama use his TelePrompter. Newt said, "he can tell the truth without notes better than Obama can lie with a TelePrompter.

Our photographers snapped pictures of the event which will follow on another post shortly. A great kick off to the evenings activities and a clear sign that the GOP will have a good showing in South Carolina.

NEWT GINGRICH ARRIVES IN MYRTLE BEACH

At a rally event near the Myrtle Beach Convention Center before arriving for the debate Newt Gingrich met with supporters and the press for a campaign speech stating his policy and his outlook for the upcoming South Carolina Primary.

Gingrich was challenged during a Q and A with "a line from a song workers would sing when a mill was closed, 'I'm too old work and too young to die.' So My question is, When you become president, who will you put your trust in?"

Gingrich replied, "I put my trust in God." He also said, "A vote for any other candidate is a vote for a moderate."

In a repeat from the 2008 Debate in Myrtle Beach the figures of each of the candidates have been, "immortalized," in sand in a Mount Rushmore type sculpture. Most of the candidates look similar to the real deal with Romney and his hair, Newt and his chubby cheeks, Hunstman and his toothy grin, Perry's somber look but Rick Santorum and Ron Paul have a singular look that is laughable when considered.

Notice in the picture the two figures of Santorum on the left and Paul on the right and the obvious similarity of Santorum to John Kerry and Paul to Jimmy Carter. In fact both look more like the liberal adversaries than themselves in the sculpture. Whether this was an intentional miscue is not known or just the mistaken identity of the, "sand people," but either way it will be one of the highlights and hilarious moments of the day.

JON HUNTSMAN OUT BACK ROMNEY

The first official function of the day at the First in the South, South Carolina Primary Debate took place at 11 AM with the announcement in the Debate spin room that Jon Huntsman is out. Huntsman made his annuncement at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center to world media gathered for tonights Debate.

In making his announcement Huntsman also made his official endorsement of Mitt Romney stating that he believed Romney to be the best candidate to defeat Barack Obama and unite the party. In doing so Huntsman ended any previous percieved credebility as a conservative and reenforced the concern of conservatives of romney being moderate rather than his claim of conservatism.

ROMNEY NO CONSERVATIVE - NEW POLL SHOWS A CONSERVATIVE CAN WIN

The GOP establishment whine that ONLY a moderate can unite the party and get the Independent vote. The media created and continues the myth that a conservative can't win against Obama and will alienate Independents. Pundits whine along with the GOP establishment and spineless Republicans fear a loss because they choose to believe the lie and as a result they all salivate over Mitt Romney and push him as the only candidate who can beat Obama.

Once again Gallup has released it's annual poll that looks at political ideologies of Americans and again conservatives rule the roost. 40% of Americans consider themselves conservative. Liberals rank again at the bottom of the pack. With the majority of the country considering themselves conservative how can a conservative NOT win.

We don't have to settle for the stinker against the Marxist as we did in 2008. The same lame media, GOP establishment and weak Republicans whined before that ONLY a moderate could unite the party, get the Independents and win against another failed Democrat President. Yet a conservative not only united the GOP, won the Independent in a landslide and added to the mix disgruntled Democrats who were disgusted with their party and their President. His name was Ronald Reagan and the rest as they say is history. A conservative can win, can get the Independents and disgruntled Democrats and DEFEAT Obama in 2012. My choice on January 21st in the South Carolina Primary will be Gingrich!

MITT ROMNEY NOT INEVITABLE BUT SURRENDERED

As expected Mitt Romney won the New Hampshire Primary with a sound 39%. Is anyone surprised? Of course not because that is his area of the country, but if one were to listen to the pundits, the establishment and the rest of the media including unfortunately Fox News one would think this was the most decisive victory in GOP politics since the parties birth just before the Presidency of Abraham Lincoln.

For months the media, GOP establishment, Democrats and both liberal and less liberal pundits,(I hesitate to use the word conservative here as I am beginning to think there is no such thing as a conservative pundit any longer), have fed the public the myth that Romney was the inevitable nominee and the only candidate who had a snowballs chance in you know where to beat Barack Obama.

As I watch the coverage and listen via both old and new media as well as social networking sites and others who do as I do and voice their opinion and/or commentary on blogs the inevitability myth has become a surrender to the establishment and the fight for who and what we are as conservatives is now becoming a resignation to having to once again hold our nose as we vote for another liberal Republican who may or may not have the kahunas to actually stand toe to toe with a lying Democrat like Obama and call him on his liberal spin.

What happened to the fighting Tea Party attitude that took the House and nearly the Senate in 2010 while all the pundits and media establishment told us that Obama was the greatest man to ever walk the planet? What happened to conservatives standing without hesitation for principle knowing that what we believe matches the majority of the rest of the country and like 1980 gave us Ronald Reagan?

Has complacency once again become the rule and conservatives surrendering to what is being sold as Romney inevitability believing the myth that only a moderate can unite the party, garner Independents and win against Obama? Have we lost the Constitutional drive that propelled a victory in 2010 and slowed Obama's sure march to socialism in his first term?

Sure, John Beohner and the Republican leadership have not been the ideal policy in the House that we had hoped for but how often is anything elected to Washington ideal? Yes, there has been a considerable amount of aggravation as we have watched House members following the leadership and caving to things we as conservative know we do not want and is not in the real best interest of the country. But it did slow Obama and opened a pathway to real conservative change in 2012.

But now it seems that the desire to beat Obama has overshadowed the fact that a true conservative CAN win and most are resigning themselves into accepting the media and establishment lie that only the moderate Romney has a chance against Obama and willing to once again vote for the stinker over the Marxist and hope for the best in accepting the establishment candidate praying that maybe it will turn out better than 2008 when McCain acted the fool refusing to stand toe to toe with Obama and playing the gentleman in a profession where gentlemen are fodder for everyone else willing to sling mud and lie their way into office. We don't need a gentleman we need an S.O.B. willing to fight and call a spade and a spade. Newt Gingrich fits that bill and has the strength and kahunas to win and do what is right for the country.

Romney like McCain has already shown he is not willing to call Obama what he is, a socialist and not willing to attack him in the manner necessary to get the real truth out about him before interested voters. So we once again may be faced with a candidate who is hammered by Obama and his media associates while only willing to play nice and not get into the fray of taking a stance regardless of the cost.

I am not surrendering my vote to so called inevitability. When the South Carolina Primary takes place on January 21st I will not select Romney just because I have been told by the so called experts that he is the only candidate who can beat Obama and the only candidate who can unite a party and gain Independents. I remember them saying the same thing about George H.W. Bush in 1980 and I didn't believe it then and I voted for soon to be President Reagan. Fortunately for the country the majority of GOP Primary voters believed as I and Reagan became the nominee and white washed Jimmy Carter in the General Election.

Do we still have the conviction to fight the media and the establishment in 2012? Or have most fallen for the myth and the lie and willing to set aside conviction and vote for so called inevitability. I am hoping that the fighting spirit of 1980 will reveal itself again and as South Carolina, Florida and Super Tuesday approach we we see principle and conservative conviction rule over establishment inevitability. A conservative can beat Obama and we don't have to settle again as we did in 2008. The question is are conservatives willing to stand or surrender to so called inevitability. I'm not! Will you join me?

One of the most aggravating things about Mitt Romney is that he is a spin master of the highest degree and because the media has crowned him as the GOP nominee even though he has but one win and that is questionable as 20 votes have been shown as possibly counted wrong which would place Romney in second in Iowa, he is seldom called on his spin.

Romney talks about his repealing Obamacare yet he gets a free ride as to the fact that his Romneycare was the blue print for Obamacare. He claims to be a tax cutter yet again gets a free ride with the facts. While Governor of Massachusetts he did lower taxes 90 times but for every dollar he lowered taxes he more than doubled fees on state programs which actually increased the financial burden on citizens in his state especially the middle class who was affected most by the increased fees.

Now Romney's spin is that he is the ultimate outsider because he spent so much time as a business man and not a politician. Never mind that he has been running for one office or another since he lost to Ted Kennedy in 1994. Between all of those office runs Romney has been campaigning in one manner or another either for Governor or President. In fact while he was Governor he spent countless days out of state building an organization for his 2008 run for President and after that loss to McCain he has been running for President since.

Not being one to beat around the bush and always willing to tell it like it is and call a spade a spade Newt Gingrich takes Romney to task on his false claim that he is the ultimate outsider and not a politician. Telling him to,"drop the pious baloney," Newt hammers Romney with the truth about his real political career and his running for some office since 1994. Of course Romney spins it differently after Newt's fact filled challenge and as usual the biased media lets him get away with it.

The Obama light candidate is not only similar to Obama on much of his policy but also in the way the media is having an affair with him and only willing to throw softball questions and let the spin master have a free ride just as they have Obama. Just one more reason why Romney is not the candidate we need for the GOP nomination to run against Obama.

Those who are caving to the so called inevitability of a Romney nomination consider this. With him being the Obama light candidate and the candidate that the left continues to talk about, doesn't it make sense that one, they and Obama believe he is the candidate Obama can beat? And two, since Romney's record in many respects mirrors that of Obama's isn't it also logical to know that Obama will use the similarities to tell voters why change since a Romney administration will be no different in many respects than an Obama administration?

OBAMA, DICTATOR IN CHIEF DEFIES CONGRESS AND THE CONSTITUTION

With the election year in full swing the total violation of the Constitutional powers and separation of powers in an absolute tyrannical move by Barack Obama has been completely ignored by the media and even most on the web who are usually quickly on top of unconstitutional actions like this. There is no outrage and once again the tyrannical reign of Obama has been allowed to trample on liberty without a peep from almost anyone.

Congress is still on its holiday recess and Obama has taken the opportunity to abuse Executive powers and bypass the Congress and violate the Constitutional separation of powers to make several recess appointments stating that he will bypass Congress at every opportunity when he thinks it is hurting the people. HOGWASH!!!!! There is NOTHING about any of the unconstitutional appointments that if left alone would hurt the people. In fact their appointment is harmful to the people as they are appointments to agencies that are socialistic in nature and against the Constitutional principles of a free Republic.

Obama appointed three members to the National Labor Relations Board who could not even muster a vote by the Democrat controlled Senate as even his own party did not want these appointments. The fourth appointment was the head of the controversial Consumers Financial Protection Board an entity which Congress has yet to approve as even existing but Obama by his appointment has not only bypassed the Congress and Constitutional separation of powers but begun a federal agency WITHOUT the consent of the people or their representatives.

Yes, other Presidents have made recess appointments but to positions which already existed and had Congressional approval like George Bush's appointment of John Bolton as UN Ambassador in order to fill a vacant ambassadorship necessary for our Nations representation that was being delayed by a partisan Congress who refused to consider the appointment for political ammunition only.

Obama has stated before and actually instructed his Jobs Council to find ways around Congress to unconstitutionally enact legislation without Congressional approval. Now he has sanctioned an agency and appointed someone as head of that agency without Congressional approval and while Congress was in recess. This is the action of a tyrant who arrogantly believes that he has the authority to do whatever he wants whenever he wants it without any regard to the law, the Constitution or the legal powers he has a President.

Can we afford four more years of this jackass? Absolutely not as a second term of Obama will find deeper tyrannical moves and more unconstitutional executive powers centralizing governmental power to one Branch without the Constitutional checks and balances that our Founders intended to prevent any man from doing what Obama is doing and prevent a tyrannical destruction of our freedom and liberties.

MICHELLE BACHMAN SUSPENDING 2012 CAMPAIGN

BREAKING NEWS - As of 11 AM Eastern time Michelle Bachman is suspending her campaign for the 2012 Republican nomination for President of The United States. After a dismal sixth place finish in the Iowa Caucus she canceled a planned trip to South Carolina the first in the South Primary and announced a press conference which has been confirmed is to announce the end of her run for the GOP nomination and her Presidential candidacy.

Texas Governor Rick Perry who also had a planned trip to South Carolina did not make that trip after the Iowa Caucus and flew home to Texas to, "reassess," his campaign for the 2012 nomination. Speculation is that he too will be bowing out rather than continue his campaign. Perry finished ahead of Bachman but his fifth place finish was far less than he had anticipated going into the Caucus.

The field in narrowing as the 2012 election year has begun in earnest with the results of the Iowa Caucus and the upcoming New Hampshire, South Carolina and Florida Primary coming in the next three weeks.

SANTORUM PULLS RECOGNITION OUT OF IOWA WHILE DEMOCRAT CHAIRWOMAN IS DELUSIONAL

Wasserman Schultz: "Obama Is Popular And The American People Support Him"
Rick Santorum has proven to the pundits, the establishment and the press that Mitt Romney is NOT the de facto nominee that most have said he is. Even if Santorum ends in a tie or a close second to Romney he is the clear winner in Iowa. The Caucus win does not a nominee make as has been proven in the fact that only twice since 1976 has the winner of Iowa gone on to win the GOP nomination. But giving credit where it is due, kudos to Santorum for showing the people want a conservative not the establishment which Romney represents. The game moves on to New Hampshire, Romney territory and then the South where Newt Gingrich holds large polling leads in South Carolina and Florida.

On the other side of the political coin Democrats are proving just how delusional they are as the always lame DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Shultz has stated as the video in the above link shows that Iowa proves the GOP field is weak and the best candidates have chosen not to run, the candidates that the Dems favor, because Barack Obama has accomplished so much and he has the support of the people. I guess the lowest polling numbers at this point in ANY Presidential term since polling began has escaped the delusions of Shultz. This is the same woman who only two weeks ago stated that employment has gone down since Obama took office with ALL evidence to the contrary as unemployment has risen dramatically under Obama's watch due to his failed policy.

Obama is in danger and the delusions of Shultz can't change this fact. Romney is far from the nomination and I believe a conservative will win the GOP nomination a description that does not fit the RINO Romney. Santorum has recognition he did not have before. Gingrich still has a strong lead in the South and this race is far from over.

NEWT GINGRICH GETTING GOVERNMENT OUT OF THE WAY FOR JOBS

We have heard time and again from the current occupant of The White House that only through the intervention of government though taxation and regulation along with wasted stimulus can jobs be created in America. We have also seen the results of this failed philosophy by Obama as unemployment has remained steady around 9% and the recent drop will dramatically increase as the holiday hiring has ended and those who found temporary employment will again be on the job market.

In the above video Newt Gingrich outlines a well thought out Reagan style plan of tax reduction combined with deregulation allowing business to become more profitable enabling job creation and true real stimulus recovery for the economy from increased employment and spending by consumers as a result. With this type of plan millions of new jobs were created in the private sector during the Reagan Administration and a similar success will happen in a Gingrich Administration.

Michael Reagan, son of the former President has stated that only Gingrich's economic plan will continue the legacy of President Reagan's pro business, growth and job creation with decreased government allowing business to operate without massive government intervention. This is what we need to restore our economy and begin the process of restoring fiscal sanity to Washington.

OBAMA THE ABSENT

As 2011 comes to a close the ever clamoring for attention Barack Obama has been the most absentee of all the candidates who are vying for the 2012 Presidential election. The GOP candidates, whether in debates or momentary unplanned pressers as the campaign heats up have been grilled on every possible subject unrelentingly and in most cases unfairly as questions especially in the debates are designed by a left wing media to trip up or cause arguments among the candidates.

But the one in whom all seven GOP candidates are looking to unseat has been given a complete pass by the press even more than usual as the election cycle becomes earnest with 2012 upon us. In the last several months Obama has had one 74 minute press conference that held only extremely softball questions. The press is satisfied with being spoon fed administration propaganda by Obama's surrogates and when given a chance to press him on any issue all questioning is avoided.

Several major stories have surfaced over the last few weeks which one would expect to hear from a President yet Obama has not even released any official Presidential statement, once again leaving it up to surrogates to speak on his behalf and then even they have been left unquestioned except for White House Press Secretary Jay Carney who fields a series of softball questions.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Il dies unexpectedly and the only statement from the administration came from a brief sound bite by Hillary Clinton. The Russian election came and went with much controversy as 146% of the Russian population voted in an obvious rigged election to favor Putin and it was left up to Hillary to make a brief statement.

Several bombings killed dozens and caused havoc in Iraq shortly after our troops left the country and not only has Obama not mentioned it but The White House has been completely silent about it. Iran is threatening in the Arabian Gulf to shut the Straits of Hormuz the ONLY shipping lane for all Middle East oil to flow to the rest of the world. The US fifth fleet has been dispatched to prevent this Iranian aggression and the only word from The White House comes from an unnamed official who called it, "saber rattling."

Mean while Obama is on a multi million dollar vacation in Hawaii and the only reports coming from this Presidential jaunt are cute stories of swimming, golf and shopping. The ever absent Obama plays while our economy continues to crash and the world is in turmoil without a word from a President while the candidates who seek to defeat him are grilled on every subject from personal to those in which The White House has been quiet.

The press protects Obama, supports Obama and does everything within its ability to try and make this absolute failure from looking like the complete fool he is. Fortunately for the survival of America voters see through the smoke and mirrors from the administration and the shield placed by the press as Obama approval numbers continue to drop and his reelection possibilities look less and less likely.

He too believes Gingrich to be the best candidate to restore America and defeat Obama. MERRY CHRISTMAS - THE GIFT OF LOVE

Christmas 2011 is here. Families all over our great land will gather to share gifts, food but most of all love. Love, the most important and magnificent part of Christmas. Love shared with family and friends. Love shared with neighbors and fellow workers. It is love which made Christmas possible for each of us to celebrate every year.

This love was not shared with gifts under a tree. Nor was it shared only with family and friends but to all mankind. This love came wrapped in a little baby who was born in the most humble of circumstances, a lowly manger which was found in a stable because it was the only place that was open for His birth and He was born there because He came to this Earth to offer Himself to those who would accept Him. On that first Christmas Day a stable was all that was available so that is where He was born.

Today He is no different. Though He grew into a Man who freely sacrificed Himself on a cross and conquered the grave so that all mankind could have life through Him, He still only enters the hearts of those who are willing to accept the love that He has so freely given. The politically correct may try to deny Him as they bombard us with Happy Holidays, but He loves them too and patiently waits for them to receive the love that He also gave for them. "For unto you is born this day in the City of David, a Saviour which is Christ the Lord."

It was for us that He came and it was love which compelled Him to come. It is that same love which He still offers to us today. A love that brings with it life eternal and peace which passes all understanding. And that my friends is the true reason and meaning of Christmas. While all of the trappings, the lights, the trees, the gifts, the food, Santa, Ebenezer Scrooge are all grand, the list is almost endless, Christmas truly is about love. Born in manger to die on a cross, victorious over the grave so that all mankind may have life through Him.

Old Teddy was dead of this there was no doubt. The ledger of his death was signed by his partner Ebeneezer Obama. The local Scotch distillery was bankrupt from lack of his business. The Oldsmobile Dealership was breathing as sigh of relief as they no longer would see their cars driven off bridges. Yes Teddy was dead and it had been seven years.

Ebeneezer Obama was sitting in his taxing house on this Christmas Eve looking for more ways to tax anyone who was not paying their fare share as he put it. He knew that redistributing wealth was his job and no one could do it better than Ebeneezer Obama.

Obama - John Beohner Cratchit come here this instant.

Boehner - Why waaaaa, waaaaaa

Obama - Stop that crying and bring me the ledger for those Wall Street rich cats so I can tax them some more, and bring me the one for John Q that little business guy so I can tax him too.

Boehner - But waaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaaaa

Obama - Is that all you can do Boehner Cratcit is cry ?

Boehner - Uh huh waaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaa

Narrator - Suddenly the door opens and in walks old Ebeneezer Obama's Nephew Herman Cain Hollywell.

Cain - A Merry Christmas Uncle Obama and a Happy 999 to everyone!

Obama - What are you doing here I thought I got rid of you when the reporters found out about you and those women.

Cain - Uncle, just like your tax plans, I am not going away, besides there are still women I can harass and I thought I'd come here and harass you too.

Obama - Boehner-Cratchit throw my nephew out!

Boehner - Waaaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaa

Cain - See, even your clerk is glad to see me cause that's exactly what all those women did when I was around them.

Obama - So what else do you want nephew?

Cain - I have a better tax plan for you uncle it's called 999 and it will change the way you work.

Obama - My way works just fine - I tax everyone rich and poor alike and that kills jobs then I tell them how much my plan is saving them and the dupes believe it, what's wrong with that?

Cain - But 999 is better since it makes it really fair and besides if you keep taxing like you do I won't be able to afford to harass any more chicks because I'll be broke and my money gets 'em interested in the first place.

Obama - Why should I care about you and your women?

Cain - Because the way I'm acting even makes you look good.

Obama - Hmmmm you got a point there. At any rate good afternoon nephew I've more people to tax so be on your way.

Cain - Can I at least grab your clerk and take him out for a drink and a grope since I can't convince you about 999?

Obama - Sure go ahead I was fixing to close up shop for the day anyway and with it being Christmas Eve and all I at least owe him that for his Christmas bonus.

Cain - Thanks uncle come on Boehner-Cratchit.

Boehner - waaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaaa, woooowww!

Narrator - With that done, Ebenezer Obama closed up his shop and went to his home where he lived next to his best friend Bill Ayers. As Ebeneezer Obama prepared for bed he heard a strange noise coming from his wine cellar, a noise he hadn't heard in seven years.

Obama - What's that strange noise? It sounds like someone is swimming away from a wreck and drinking my scotch at the same time. I haven't heard that since my old Partner Teddy K Marley died, but he's been dead seven years so it couldn't be him....could it?

Teddy - hic boo, hic boo, hic boooooooooo

Obama - Who are you?

Teddy - Erraa, ask me who I was, hic....

Obama - Alright who were you then?

Teddy - In life I was your partner Teddy K Marley.

Obama - No it can't be your dead, that last Oldsmobile you drove off the bridge seven years ago with that girl inside, she survived but you drowned when the broken case of scotch landed in the front seat and poured over your head. The coroner pronounced you dead by scotch suffocation.

Teddy - Yes Ebeneezer Obama I did die by scotch suffocation and as a happy man, but you still don't believe in me do you?

Obama - I do not there's no such things as liberal ghosts.

Teddy - What evidence would you need besides that of seeing me here before you ?

Obama - The smell...I mean your nose is red and your hair is a mess but there is not the first smell of scotch anywhere and any ghost of Teddy K would smell like scotch.

Teddy - (sound of glass breaking and drinking) - hic, hic, hic, hic, hic, hic, hic, there is that better, do you believe in me now?

Obama - Dreadful ugly fat apparition, the smell of scotch is so strong it has to be you Teddy. So why are you here and why to spirits haunt the earth tonight.

Teddy - Ahh spirits, I like the sound of that word, spirits kept me going for all my years and I do miss the taste, this ghost scotch is kind of bland. Oh yeah...why am I here....I am here because you need a lesson that I learned only after I crashed that last Olds.

Obama - A lesson from you?

Teddy - Yes Ebeneezer Obama funny as it seems, a lesson from me.

Obama - Ok get it over with so I can go to bed I've got a lot of people to tax tomorrow and I need my sleep.

Teddy - That's why I'm here Ebeneezer Obama, to help you tax.........no, no, no, wait I need a drink to get my thoughts straight......there that's better...I'm here to tell you taxing everyone doesn't work and if you want to stay in business you'd better start cutting taxes.

Obama - I think you've been drinking way too much of that scotch there Teddy, as my partner you were always the first to suggest raising taxes.

Teddy - Yes but since I got crocked and croaked seven years ago I have seen the error of my ways and even the scotch doesn't change that.

Obama - Oh swim away and get plastered like you used to do in life and leave me to tax as I want.

Teddy - Ebeneezer Obama you will be haunted by three spirits, oh I like that word, tonight since I can't convince you about taxes.

Obama - Three why just three?

Teddy - Because that is all the stimulus I could find to come and see you that's why.

Obama - What of I refuse to go with them?

Teddy - Then I'll take YOU on a ride in my Olds and we'll find a bridge where I can teach you how to swim like me.

Obama - Oh that's cruel....Ok,Ok I'll go when is the first one?

Teddy - Tonight when your TelePrompter says One........I will leave you now, there is another case of scotch in the cellar and I must drink it all before the night is over.

Narrator - The ghost of Teddy K stumbled out of his room and Ebeneezer Obama fell to his bed for a fitful sleep counting his taxes in his dreams when suddenly his TelePrompter called out One O'clock.

Obama - What, who, Oh that stupid TelePrompter is still on...I've got to learn how to speak without it so I can sleep at night and remember to close my eyes without it telling me to. Ok so where's this ghost old Teddy told me was coming?

Nixon - Ebeneezer Obama I am here and I am not a crook.

Obama - Are YOU the spirit who old Teddy told me about?

Nixon - No Jimmah Carter couldn't come so I volunteered because I was getting lonely and no one else wanted to come.

Obama - So who are you?

Nixon - I am Richard Millhouse Nixon, The Ghost of Christmas Past and don't you forget it.

Obama - But I thought you quit.

Nixon - No, that was just an evil rumor started by those Kennedy's and Walter Cronkite because he never liked me.

Obama - But my TelePrompter tells me that you quit and it's never wrong. It says right here that it was over 18 minutes of tape and you quit before you could be fired.

Nixon - 18 minutes, 18 minutes will no one ever let me forget those 18 minutes!!!

Obama - So why are you here?

Nixon - I'm not really sure, they didn't have time to brief me before I left and besides......well it's none of your business.

Obama - I thought you came to teach me some sort of lesson or something.

Nixon - What kind of lesson can I teach you, after all I quit, I lied, I cheated, I messed up the whole place in the process........you're doing that just fine without my help!

Obama - Thank you, coming from you that's quite a compliment! Is there anything you can teach me or can I just go back to bed?

Nixon - Well there is one thing.

Obama - What's that?

Nixon - If you ever get in a debate with someone better looking than you ALWAYS put makeup on so you look better.

Obama - THAT'S the lesson you came to teach.....I'm already good looking haven't you seen the papers?

Nixon - Hmmmmm arrogance, I like that.........Ok try this on for size......if you tape anything in your office NEVER let anyone else know you're taping... those tapes will kill you!

Obama - No one uses tape anymore.......I have this Blackberry will that do?

Nixon - No tape????? I've been gone way to long.....and why what good will some sour tasting fruit do?

Obama - No it's just called a Blackberry, it's a device that stores my appointments and any other type of information I need. I keep it with me all the time and no one else can see it.

Nixon - If I had one of those they never would have caught me.

Obama - Why do you think I keep one.

Nixon - Good move there Ebeneezer - Obama. My time here is over take the lessons that you have learned and use them for your own good.

Obama - But I didn't learn anything.

Nixon - Neither did I.....that's why I had to quit.......

Narrator - The specter suddenly vanished leaving behind only two nine minutes reels of tape labeled for my eyes only. Ebeneezer Obama went back to sleep dreaming once again of how much he could tax and get away with it. The TelePrompter flashed on and it said two O'clock which woke him from his sleep.

Obama - I've got to remember to turn that thing off....but then again I wouldn't know what to say if I did....what's that strange light under the door.

Narrator - Ebeneezer Obama rose from his bed and opened the door to his sitting room where he saw what was causing the light which had shown under his door. There in his sitting room were three bars serving drinks on the house to dozens of people most of which were women dressed like they worked in Las Vegas. There was a band playing music and he realized it was Bono and U2. There sitting on a throne in the midst of all of this was a white haired giant playing a saxophone.

Clinton - Look up, look up and let's PARTY man.

Obama - Hey I know you, in fact I stole most of my staff at the office from you.

Clinton - Yep and that was a cool move dude because they made me the man I was and you the man you are.......anyway for this gig baby, I am the Ghost of Christmas Present.

Obama - They sent you to teach me a lesson?

Clinton - Heck no Ebeneezer Obama, I'm not here to teach you anything, I think you're doing a great job almost as good as me in fact. Na I'm here cause it's Christmas and we are gonna have a PARTYYYYYY. Grab you a chick and come on over here.

Obama - So is that all we're going to do is party?

Clinton - Well we do have a little work to do....I guess I might as well get on with it....grab my saxophone and let's boogie man, I have somewhere to take you!

Narrator - Ebeneezer Obama touched Bubba's saxophone and the party vanished and became a tenement house on the poorest street in the town.

Obama - Why have you brought me here?

Clinton - Hey buddy this is the home of your clerk John Boehner Cratchit.

Obama - Ok so who cares?

Clinton - No one, I just thought it would be good to watch how these lowly people like your clerk live and give us a chance to see first hand the way our tax and spend habits make the low life's live.

Obama - Oh in that case lead on Bubba.......who's that loud mouthed woman at the stove?

Clinton - That's your clerks wife, Michelle Cratchit......yep she's a witch if there ever was one....kind of reminds me of my wife.

Obama - Yeah mine too......can't say as I blame you for getting with that Monica girl.

Clinton - Thanks good buddy, now listen.

Michelle - (sounding ghetto) Oh no don't you ever talk to me that way John Boehner Cratchit, I'll get me some boys from the hood and they'll cut you the next time you talk like that.

Boehner - waaaaaa, waaaaaaa, waaaaa

Michelle - Will you shut up you big baby......

Obama - No wonder he cries all the time......

Clinton - yeah no kidding!

Michelle - Now you no good lazy husband when are you gonna get that boss of yours to give you a raise. I can't keep going on these expensive vacations with my peeps on the salary you make and besides I'm to good for you anyway.

Boehner - waaaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaa.

Michelle - Maybe I'll just take Tiny Barney and we'll go to my mothers house and live with her then the boys from the hood can come get you and do with you what they want.

Boehner - waaaaa, waaaaa, waaaaaa

Tiny Barney - Momma will I be able to take my intern with me?

Michelle - take any little boy you want son.....if that makes you happy.

Tiny Barney - Oh it does mommy it does and I say Obama bless us everyone.

Obama - I like the way that boy thinks.

Clinton - My time is short good buddy and we still have some partying to do.

Obama - Where are we now?

Clinton - This is my pad man......here I can hide from Hillary and get all the chicks and booze I want and she'll never find out.

Obama - Who are all these men here?

Clinton - That's the press, how else do you think I keep them in my corner. Chicks and booze will buy 'em every time.

Obama - You are da man Bubba.........

Narrator - Ebeneezer Obama once again found himself in his bed chamber with a glass of booze in one hand and a smoke in the other savoring every minute of the party time he had with the Ghost of Christmas Present. Suddenly the TelePrompter said it was three O'Clock and a familiar tune began to play. (Hail to the Chief)

Obama - Hey, they're playing my song.

Newt - No you blooming idiot....it's my song and I am the Ghost of Christmas Future.

Obama - Oh no it's Newt and it's your song now?

Newt - You got it Ebeneezer Obama, mine and mine alone.

Obama - Wait let's debate over this. I know that when I raise taxes my business prospers and I make a boat load of money.

Newt - Who wants your business to grow and who wants to pay you to tell them what to do and who wants to make it possible for you and yours to dictate how everyone else should live?

Obama - This is going to be a looooooong night!

Newt - Oh let me tell you Ebeneezer Obama, I haven't even started on you yet....Now first taxing the rich as you do it kills jobs, appeasing our enemies only makes them stronger, oppressing the people makes them angry......do I need to go on?

Obama - Can you?

Newt - Absolutely!

Obama - I was afraid of that!

Newt - From the beginning all men and women were created equal with the inalienable right for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.....

Narrator - The Ghost of Christmas Future continued to educate Ebeneezer Obama throughout the night. Sometimes he would listen but most of the time he only nodded off to sleep and the Ghost had to wake him again and again.

Newt - Have you learned anything Ebeneezer Obama?

Obama - Yeah I've learned I'm going to have to pay those press boys a lot more under the table to make me look good because when people here you I'm toast.

Newt - Well then I guess we might as well get used to this being my song now........(hail to the chief plays and fades)

Narrator - Ebeneezer Obama awoke with a start, sweating terribly and finding himself in his bed chamber and the morning light shining through the window.

Obama - Oh no what a nightmare. I'd better get to the office quick and tax as many as I can before it's to late.

Narrator - So Ebeneezer Obama quickly dressed and ran to his office opened the door sat in his chair and began inventing any and every way of taxing anybody he could knowing that his time to do so was short and soon his office would be closed for good.

Obama - Let's see, the kid with the lemonaide stand, he's not paying his fair share. The old lady in the nursing home, she's not paying her fair share. All those unemployed dupes, they're not paying their fair share, Donald Trump.....he's not paying his fair share

(Sound of door opening)

Donald - Ebeneezer Obama......

Obama - Yes that's me.

Donald - You're fired!!!!!

Narrator - With that Ebeneezer Obama was taken kicking and screaming from his office, placed in a straight jacket and taken to the Funny Farm where life is beautiful all the time and he'll be happy to see those nice young men in their clean white coats and they're coming to take him away, ha-haaa!!!!! But that's another story for another time.

With all the attention in the media hanging on every word or perceived controversy in the race for the GOP nomination and the usual ramblings coming from Congress and The White House, I thought it appropriate to take a lighter look at things during this Christmas, ( yes I wrote CHRISTMAS), Season and have a laugh at the expense of the Grinch at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. NEWT GINGRICH HITS THE NAIL ON THE HEAD IN MIDDLE EAST POLICY

For far too many years we have been playing patty cakes with the Middle East and especially with the situation between Israel and the Palestinians. We have watched as Israel, our most steadfast ally, is constantly attacked and Israelis killed with the total weakness of Obama policy demanding that Israel return to the pre 1966 borders and allow the Palestinians to have complete control of Jerusalem and Israeli territory.

The first part of this video has Ron Paul with his usual isolationist blame America for the worlds problems foreign policy diatribe. Then comes Newt who not only does not beat around the bush but in true strong leadership fashion says what needs to be said and tell the truth about the debacle that is the Middle East. This is the type of straight forward strength we need in The White House and especially after four disastrous years of failed and weak Obama policy.

NEWT GINGRICH PULLS AWAY AS VOTERS BEGIN TO RALLY

Recent polls are showing not only a clear leader in the race for the Republican nomination but one who is pulling away from the pack in many cases by large double digits. Polling up until recently has had several leaders but most have been in the margin of error with Mitt Romney holding in the low twenties and usually in second.

While Romney is still holding in most polls in the low twenties or upper teens and remaining second, Newt Gingrich is surging well into the upper thirties and low forties with three states showing Gingrich in the low to mid fifties. In these states not only is Gingrich the clear leader but even if those who are labeled as undecided all went to Romney or another candidates Newt would still lead by double digits.

National polling now has Newt at 37% or 38% with Romney remaining about 22% all other candidates falling well below 15%. Early Primary States have Newt at 38% to Romney's 21% in Iowa, 42% to Romney's 18% in South Carolina and in Florida Newt is running away with 56% to Romney's 22% with only 8% undecided.

Two other swing states and large delegations necessary for the nomination have Newt with a commanding lead over all candidates. Ohio has Newt at 52% with Romney at 23% and Pennsylvania polls Newt at 54% to Romney's 21%. These numbers show not just a clear leader but voters deciding which candidate they want to take the nomination and Gingrich is becoming the clear choice for GOP voters.

The polling numbers are starting to cause concern for Mitt Romney who though being the candidate who has consistently been in second over the last three months has been within the margin of error. Now with Gingrich having such a commanding lead, Romney is showing signs of stumbling as the ABC debate proved on Saturday night when his answers many times sounded almost desperate as he tried to put a kink in the Newt armor and a glimmer on his now tarnished armor, not succeeding in either.

With less than a month before the Primary season begins in earnest, time is running out for candidates to make gains and the momentum and decision by voters is clearly going toward Newt Gingrich leaving Romney and all other GOP candidates behind. Independents favor Newt over GOP candidates and Obama buy double digits and this too makes him not only VERY electable but with the best chance of defeating Obama in 2012.

NEWT GINGRICH AD BRINGS BACK MEMORIES OF REAGAN

A strong belief in America as the land that we love and faith in the American people in making this land we love work in the freedom and liberties that have been the driving force of our country since its birth. President Reagan understood this and in true Reagan form Newt Gingrich expresses our love of country and freedom in this campaign ad which is also reminiscent of the type of positive uplifting campaign ads that were the hallmark of both Presidential campaigns of President Reagan.

Newt's belief in America and our people as well as his strong understanding of the issues and solutions that worked during the Reagan years and while he was Speaker as well as solutions for those issues that specifically apply to today will restore the America that we love and keep this land free for future generations.

PEARL HARBOR, 70 YEARS , STILL A DAY OF INFAMY

December 7, 1941, a day of infamy as The United States was attacked at the Naval Base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. An attack which cost the lives of thousands of American soldiers and changed the course of America forever.

70 years have passed since that terrible day and as we remember what happened then let us also remember the thousands of brave Americans who responded to that call of duty and went to war for love of country and fought in fields and oceans around the world ridding the globe of fascist Germany and imperialistic Japan. Fighting to bring peace once again while defeating oppression with victory in World War II.

NEWT GINGRICH THE LAST PERSON TO CUT GOVERNMENT

The single greatest problem we face in our Nation today besides the need to defeat Barack Obama and end his systematic path to socialism is an over bearing all powerful, debt ridden, controlling, nearly totalitarian government. The Constitution of The United States clearly states that the federal government is to be limited and as the Tenth Amendment reads, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

In other words anything not specifically listed in the Seven Articles of The Constitution are powers and authority that DO NOT belong to the Central Federal Government but to the States and the people of our Nation. A limited government that allows citizens the freedom to live their lives as they see fit and States the sovereignty to govern at the local level.

The size and scope of the federal government is not only leading us to bankruptcy but stealing much of the freedom of Americans as is seeks to control aspects of our lives that government has no business controlling. Returning our Nation to a limited government, reducing its size, decreasing its spending, paying the debt and allowing Americans to keep more of their hard earned money is necessary to restore our Nation to the Constitutional principles that have made our country great.

There are many who claim that Newt Gingrich is a big government politician who wants to see government continue to grow and remain the over bearing force it has become. But his record as Speaker shows a completely different Gingrich than his opponents are showing and the press is vilifying.

The government has grown leaps and bounds especially in the last decade and doubled from that in the three years Obama has been President. The last person to cut the size of government, decrease spending, pay the debt and balance the federal budget was Newt Gingrich while Speaker of the House.

As Speaker Newt dragged then President Bill Clinton kicking and screaming into balancing the budget, cutting the size of government and a welfare reform that eliminated billions in wasteful spending and changed the way welfare was handled so that people could not use welfare as a means of making a living for life.

Much of what Newt instituted has been reversed or legislated out of existence since he left office but while he was Speaker he engineered a fundamental limiting of government and brought out of control spending into line with revenue WITHOUT raising taxes as he cut government to match spending levels.

That is what we need and that is why Newt can win and is the best candidate to defeat Obama and restore our country to the fiscal responsibility and Constitutional government that will take our country back from the brink of total disaster!

NEWT GINGRICH CAN WIN - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

I have listened to many of my fellow conservatives as well as left and right pundits talk about how Newt Gingrich can't win and of his failing in the past as well as his personal short comings. Let me begin by saying I too was very sceptical about a Gingrich Presidential run when he first started. I figured like most that his baggage was too excessive to ever gain popularity, the nomination or the Presidency.

I have always liked Newt although there have been times especially in the last ten years where I have thought he went a little weird as far as his conservative stance especially when he made that lame commercial with Nancy Pelosi. A moment by the way that the former Speaker has stated was the, "stupidest," thing he ever did and he had a temporary brain freeze to agree to the ad or the premise of man made global warming.

Yet with all his mistakes and family problems Newt has always been the smartest man as a politician, a political analyst and now as a candidate for President. As far as his short comings in life, who are we to cast a stone against him when he has come out many times admitting his failures and his daughter voluntarily setting the record straight at her mothers insistence about the false claim that Newt was having an affair and served divorce papers to his ex wife while in the hospital with cancer. It was the wife who asked for the divorce and for reasons she chooses to keep private which is her prerogative as an individual.

Now on to Newt and why he can win. I have listened to everyone claim that the only way Obama can be beaten is if we settle for Mitt Romney since he can garner the independent vote and no one else can. First recent polling has Romney trailing Newt in double digits with independents and Newt destroying Obama among independents with a more than 20 point lead in this vital voting group. So much for he myth that Newt can't get the independent vote.

As far as his being a supposed Washington insider and Romney is not, let's take a look at facts concerning Romney's claim that he is NOT a politician and just a business man. He was Governor of Massachusetts from 2003 - 2007 and since then he has been running for President in one manner or another. Additionally he ran for Senate against Ted Kennedy in 1994 and lost so he has been in politics NOT business for nearly 20 years.

Gingrich on the other hand left politics and though remaining in the field as the head of a conservative PAC he has not been part of the mess that we now know as Washington since he left as Speaker in 1999. He has used his knowledge of how DC works as a means of getting the conservative message out and his status as former Speaker to bring that message through many media outlets as a political analyst.

Once again for those who keep harping about needing a Washington outsider to be President, remember we got that with Barack Obama who had only been in DC a few years as a Senator and spent almost all of that time running for President and look at the disaster this, "outsider," has been.

Newt is the most intelligent person on the issues and is the ONLY candidate who offers detailed solutions that will work many of which he proved worked while Speaker an as a ranking member of the House during the Reagan years. No one can hold a candle to him as far as his grasp of the economy, foreign affairs and yes even the Constitution though the Pauliacs claim only Ron Paul believes in the Constitution.

Newt has an amazing detailed knowledge of history and the successes and failings of our current and past leaders which gives him an insight like no other. But even with all of this knowledge and common sense real solutions to Americas problems many still do not believe he can win especially those in the media.

Let's address the media first. Why are they so sold on Romney? I believe there are two reasons. The left wants Romney because in him they see a real chance for Obama to win. But even if Romney were to defeat Obama they see in Romney a man who though not left wing like Obama is acceptable as a Republican because he is left of center and his record as Governor shows he will govern more in line with the liberal left than all of the other GOP candidates.

Now for the Republican pundits who think Romney is the only answer. Like the pundits of 1980 they don't want nor believe a true conservative can win any National election. Reagan proved them wrong in 1980 and I believe Newt can do the same in 2012. Additionally most GOP pundits favor the country club class Republicans and Romney is exactly who they want as a result. He is the ultimate country club Republican who would fit in perfectly with the likes of Nelson Rockefeller, Gerald Ford and George H.W. Bush.

So with all of this going against him how can Gingrich win? Simply put, he is the best candidate running bar none. He destroys all comers in a debate setting and as the nominee will show Obama to be the absolute fool that he truly is pulling no punches and calling them like he sees them and not trying to be a man who seeks to get along and make the debate cordial.

Newt also is the anti Romney with the majority of Republicans who do not want Romney as the nominee. He is a real conservative and not just one made up for the cameras like Romney. While Bachman and Santorum are also good strong conservatives they have not garnered support among the rank and file GOP and as a result cannot win the nomination nor beat Obama.

Newt on the other hand is not only resonating with Republicans but with the ending of the Cain candidacy all polling shows that Cain supporters favor Newt over all other candidates and will turn their support to him. Newt is strongest among independents, conservatives and can unite the GOP better than any other candidate. Additionally in recent polling he is the ONLY candidate who polls better than Obama.

Newt have been called the, "Rhett Butler," candidate after the character played by Clark Gable in Gone With The Wind because as Rhett said to Scarlett, "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn." Newt doesn't care what the press thinks he tells is like it is. He doesn't care what the pundits say he tells is like it is. He doesn't care about what other candidates say of him and refuses to attack them but stays on course against Obama and his failings and tells the American people the truth about the direction our country is going and how it can be reversed.

He knows what to do, how to do it and is strong enough in his knowledge and convictions to do what he says and just cocky enough to get the job done while restoring the Nation and the prestige of the Presidency that Obama has destroyed. Newt brings what we need as President. A man who can repair the Obama disaster, make Congress finally show fiscal responsibility, restore American greatness around the world, work with our friends and stand strong against our enemies not apologizing for America but through strength keeping American powerful, secure and the one real leader of the world. US JOBLESS RATE FALLS, OBAMA WILL BRAG NEGLECTING THE REAL TRUTH BEHIND THE NUMBERS

The US jobless rate fell unexpectedly to 8.6% the lowest rate since March 2009. For the next month we are going to be treated to a barrage of Obama lies, spin and rhetoric about how this is proof that his terrible economic policy is turning around the economy and why he deserves another four year in The White House.

Of course the Liar in Chief will neglect to mention the real facts behind this short term small drop in the jobless rate. Hiring always surges somewhat this time of year as retail business hires a great deal of temporary employees for the Christmas shopping rush. These are only temporary jobs and most will be out of work again in January or February.

In addition to the Christmas temp hiring the report states that 315,000 people have left the work force which also causes the rate to drop because the number of workers available for employment has dropped. 315,000 more workers have given up looking for non existent jobs in the Obama economy.

If one takes into account the actually number of workers no longer looking for work and add that to the 8.6% still looking the real unemployment number is closer to 16% or 17%. This too will never be mentioned by Obama as he spins the new numbers as proof of his ,"success," in improving the economy.

When the numbers rise again in January and February as the temp workers are let go and back in the unemployment line, Obama will either be quiet about unemployment, blame Republicans or the, "evil, rich employers," who are refusing to hire as the reason for the surge in unemployment. When the reality is, this is Obama's economy. Its failure is a result of his failed economic policy, massive failed stimulus spending and left wing agenda which stifles business and kills employment!

REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL RACE MAKES A CLEAR SHIFT AND LEADER

For the first time in the race for the Republican nomination there is a clear leader and it is unquestionable. In fact the lead is so strong that it is not only well out of the margin of error but showing the previously steady support for Mitt Romney also shifting as Romney has faded in recent polling.

The Real Clear Politics average of all polling has Newt Gingrich domination the polls in the early primary states. Iowa has Gingrich up by 15 at 28% over Romney at 13% and Cain at 10%. In South Carolina the lead is more dramatic. Gingrich has a 23 point lead at 38% over Romney at 15% and Cain at 13%.

Florida which offers the largest number of delegates in the early primaries gives Gingrich a 24 point lead at 41% to Romney's 17% and Cain's 13%. With the early primaries just a little over a month away this clear Gingrich lead according to reports is causing great concern in the Romney camp as his former steady polling numbers in the low twenties has diminished with voters now clearly choosing a candidate and it obviously is not Romney.

Public Policy Polling is also showing that the allegations against Cain are now hurting him to the point that he has dropped to an almost distant third in all polling and former Cain supporters seem to be shifting to Gingrich as well as many former Romney supporters which is another reason the shift toward Gingrich has given him the clear lead for the GOP nomination.

Additionally Gingrich also holds the best favorable rating among registered voters compared to both Romney and Cain. The PPP polling also shows that Cain supporters who are questioning that support in light of the allegations clearly favor Gingrich over Romney as the former Speaker holds a 73% favorable rating over Romney's dismal 33%.

Another indication that recent polling is causing concern in the Romney camp comes from an interview conducted by Fox News Anchor Bret Baier in which Romney for the first time in any interview attacked Gingrich over policy and called Gingrich a career politician while he was a businessman. Of course Romney always neglects to mention that he has been involved in politics and not business since the early 90's when he made his first run challenging Ted Kennedy for the Senate in 1994.

Until recent polling the lead for the GOP nomination has either been within the margin of error or just out of the margin of error with the leader being in the low to mid twenties. Gingrich now has a commanding lead in early primary states and has emerged as the clear leader for the nomination based solely on his intelligence, his outstanding answers in every debate and his clear understanding of the issues with detailed answers and solutions which is resonating with voters.

BARNEY FRANK CALLS IT QUITS, GOOD RIDDANCE

Massachusetts Democrat and long time scum bag Barney Franks announced that he will not run for reelection in the 2012 election. Frank stated that redistricting in his State makes campaigning harder, or in other words expanding his District doesn't give him the liberal lock that he has grown accustomed to in his 16 years in the House.

The two original authors of the debacle in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that was the catalyst of the 2008 housing market crash have now decided to leave Congress leaving the mess they made for someone else to clean up. Now of course neither Frank or Dodd admit that Fannie and Freddie are disasters and the sub prime mortgages they forced through in order to allow people who could not afford to buy a house to do so was and still is the problem in the housing industry.

Frank has been the subject of continuing controversy throughout his Congressional career and leaving with the handwriting on the wall that both the House and Senate will be GOP controlled after the 2012 election and the distinct probability that a Republican will be in The White House, Frank I am sure also realizes that he would face investigation and possible indictments for his very questionable actions especially with Fannie and Freddie. So Frank is gettin' while the gettin' is good , so to speak.

Frank makes the nineteenth long term Democrat who has announced they will not run for reelection in 2012. These radical lefties have destroyed our country and now that they have done the damage they leave the mess for someone else to clean up. Granted there is absolutely no sadness in their departure but it would be nice to see some of these scum stick around long enough to get what they deserve.

NEWT GINGRICH THROWS DOWN THE DEBATE GAUNTLET TO OBAMA

I have stated from the very beginning that Newt Gingrich would bury Barack Obama in a one on one debate. Newt's knowledge, political savvy and complete understanding of the issues as well as his attitude of obviously not caring how the media will spin him which allows him to say it like it is, so to speak, would show the world the real Obama and make the Idiot in Chief look like the total fool that he is.

Newts recent surge in the polls is a result of voters seeing his brilliance in the many debates that have shown the former Speaker as the most intelligent and knowledgeable of all the GOP candidates. On his worst day Newt shines in this above all others.

This video though comical as only Newt can be, throws down the gauntlet to Obama even to the point that Newt says Obama can use a TelePrompter in the debates. Obama will run as fast as possible from debating Newt as he knows he cannot hold a candle to him. Newt will not take Obama's, "No," as far as debating for an answer and will hound him as he states in the video even to the point of following him to every location Obama goes and rebut each speech within a few hours of an Obama visit. This I would not put past Newt.

THANKSGIVING AND OUR AMERICAN HERITAGE

As I was anticipating what Thanksgiving would offer, great food, time with our families, football, Christmas decorating and reflecting on the goodness that God has bestowed, I was traveling on one of the main highways near my home. It was cool for the Southeastern Coastal Area and the chill in the air actually added to the warm holiday feeling.

My thoughts were centering around Thanksgiving and out of the corner of my eye I noticed a 100 foot pole with what I believe is one of the most beautiful sights on earth waiving in the breeze. Old Glory was at full furl in the wind. As I took in this magnificent scene I began thinking about the marvelous heritage we as Americans have that no one else on earth can claim.

A heritage that at times we take for granted which has brought us freedom and liberty that have never been experienced before in human history except in this land we love, The United States of America. Freedom that began as ideals then flourished into the gathering of some of the most brilliant minds the world has ever known who met in Philadelphia in 1776 and displayed the courage to commit treason against the British Crown in placing their names on a most precious document that brought their ideals into reality and gave birth to a nation.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

These are more than just words penned to paper but the birth of freedom and opportunity that began the heritage which allows each of us as Americans to relfect with grateful hearts for all that God has given us throughout our short and prosperous history. This heritage came at a cost through great sacrifice to insure that those freedoms expressed so many years ago which are, "endowed by our Creator," are able to continue for us and future generations.

I think of those bitter days at Valley Forge when the determination of George Washington held the fledgling Continental Army together to later become victorious baptizing this new Nation with the precious blood of fallen hero's. Of those terrible years from 1860-1865 when this young country and her Constitution were put through the ultimate test when brother fought brother, both believing that they were fighting for the same ideals that the Founders intended and when the test was over this Nation found a new birth of freedom that, "this government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

I think of the Dough-Boys living in the filth of the trenches of WWI hundreds of miles from home yet still fighting for the same ideals that their brothers died for in the Revolution. Of the ,"Greatest Generation," who sacrificed and defeated fascism to ring liberties bell loud and long throughout the world as Old Glory flew proclaiming that all men can be free.

The men who landed at Inchon and climbed Pork Chop Hill in, "The Forgotten War, " Korea, but who fought for liberties flag with the same determination and sacrifice as their brothers of the past. Those who sacrificed and gave of themselves in the jungles of Vietnam standing true to liberties cause. The thousands of hero's of Desert Storm, Fallujah, Baghdad and the mountains of Afghanistan who defended liberty and sacrificed for freedom.

Then I realized that this marvelous heritage that has grown through history is not just a heritage of the past but a living vibrant heritage that continues to grow and flourish each day that the Red, White and Blue flies, whether here at home, the Middle East, north or south, east or west or where ever the influence of, " We the People," and the immortal words of the Declaration penned in 1776 and the Constitution penned in 1787 are expressed by our brave men and women in uniform or by travelers on business or pleasure both at home and abroad. For you see all of us are part of this historical and living heritage that is America.

As freedom rings in this land we love, General Washington still strides atop his white horse. Abraham Lincoln continues to share both his whit and his wisdom to us all. Orville and Wilbur Wright will always be flying at Kitty Hawk, NC. Thomas Edison is inventing the light bulb. Alexander Graham Bell still asks Watson, "can you hear me?" Both making earth changing discoveries. David O. Selznick forever directs Scarlett and Rhett. Sousa still waves his baton to the stirring fanfare of,"Stars and Stripes Forever."

As freedom rings in our beloved America, the battleship Arizona and her brave crew will always sail the seas. Lucy, Ricky, Barney, Andy and the Beaver forever make us laugh. John F. Kennedy eternally proclaims, "ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." Neal Armstrong continues to, "take one small step for man and one giant leap for mankind." Ronald Reagan will always see, "the shining city on a hill, " and the World Trade Center will forever stand glistening in the sun.

Today in distant lands our best and brightest are fighting to keep this heritage of freedom and liberty alive and vibrant so that future generations can forever sing, "My country tis of thee, sweet land of liberty of thee I sing." So that future generations will always be able to reflect with pride on the liberties they are now paying for with their unselfish sacrifice.

During this time set aside on the long calendar year to give thanks for all that we have and all that we are, let us not neglect to remember the bountiful blessing each of us know as The United States of America. Giving thanks for our family, our hero's serving in distant lands and here at home. Thanksgiving for our freedoms and the living, breathing heritage that keeps us free. THE FIRST PRESIDENTIAL THANKSGIVING PROCLAMATION

Many accept without question the contention by the left that the Founders intended that there should be complete separation between church and state. Totally disregarding the Constitutional provision that states,"Congress shall make no law respecting and establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." Choosing rather to accept ONLY the letter from Thomas Jefferson written in 1802 to the Danbury Baptist Association in which he mentions the words ,"separation of church and state."

Ignoring the true Constitutional clause found in the First Amendment preventing the establishment of a state church, not the elimination of God from our Nation and using Jefferson's words as a means of taking God from every aspect of American life trying to claim it is Constitutional and the intent of the Founders.

Below is the first Presidential Thanksgiving Proclamation where one of our Founders in fact the Father of our country not only expresses a profound belief in God but His inclusion in affairs of state as he issues the proclamation for a day of prayer and Thanksgiving to ,"almighty God," as requested by both Houses of Congress.

So as you share Thanksgiving with your family enjoy reading the true intent of our Founders as expressed by our first President George Washington. May God bless you and yours, may he bless our Nation and I wish each of you a very Happy Thanksgiving.

OCCUPY REVEALS ONCE AGAIN THE LEFT HYPOCRISY - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

Vilified as Nazis, racist, hate mongering evil and wanting to see the poor suffer in America the Tea Party became and is still the object of ridicule, hate and continuous condemnation by the left and especially the liberal press who have covered the Tea Party as if it was a radical right wing mercenary group rather than the grass roots movement against big government that it is.

Tea Party gatherings have been peaceful, respectful, honorable and regardless of the size in numbers have always left behind a clean and well kept venues whether in a building or in front of The US Capital. The Tea Party waves the flag with pride while calling for a return to Constitutional principles and traditions in which our country was founded upon. Never once calling for the end of America but only the return to limited government and the Constitution which created that limited government.

Love of country, love of fellow citizens and respect for traditional American principles prevail at Tea Party gatherings. But to hear the liberal press and left wing politicians and pundits the Tea Party is anti American and seeks the destruction of America and preaches hatred and racism.

Then appears the Occupy Wall Street crowd, praised by the left, backed by politicians who called for the Tea Party to, "go to hell." Begun by hate filled rhetoric from a President who has chosen to vilify wealth and the rich of our land and whose statements of contempt in class warfare have been the basis of the movement who also garner his well publicised support.

The Occupy movement has called for the destruction of Capitalism and praised socialistic and communist forms of government condemning our country our flag and everything America has stood for since the beginnings of our Republic. They have been far less than peaceful disrupting cities, business and even causing many small businesses who they claim to support to close there doors because of lost business and income due to the protests.

Many Occupy members have called for killing Americans, blowing up buildings and the destruction of property. Bill Ayers well known terrorist of the sixties and seventies responsible for the bombing of the Pentagon and the San Francisco Police Headquarters has been brought in to instruct Chicago occupiers on how to, "protest," as he did.

Disease and extreme disgusting health conditions have run rampant at all Occupy locations. Rape, criminal activity, filth, and the destruction of public and private property have been common place at all protests and encampments. Yet the liberal press and left wing politicians and pundits praise the occupiers and glorify them as patriots who are only exercising free speech and standing against, "evil."

If one were to listen to just the liberal media one would think the Tea Party were the destructive America hating radicals and the Occupiers the patriotic, loving peace movement who represents what America is. Everyday Americans standing for the Constitution and a renewed America whose traditions follow those of our Founders are condemned by the left and the press while those seeking Americas destruction while committing countless acts of violence and theft and destroying property are treated as heroes.

This is hypocrisy at it worst yet those who practice this hypocrisy see themselves as experts who know the mind of the American people and claim the people stand with the occupiers and hate the Tea Party. Yet average Americans avoid the crime ridden, hate filled occupiers and embrace the Tea Party whose values and beliefs are more in line with the vast majority of Americans.

Rudi Giuliani stated that the Occupy movement is owned by Barack Obama as it was his class warfare rhetoric that gave birth to the movement and his support that encouraged it. It will also be a chain around his neck as the election approaches and the Occupy movement survives into the election year as their destructive motivation, criminal acts and hatred of all that is American continues to show its ugly face to average Americans. It is then the lefts hypocrisy will come back to haunt them and their dear leader has yet one more nail is driven into the coffin of his defeat in November 2012.

OCCUPY WALL STREET MORE THAN JUST OUT OF CONTROL

This is not just protest or the exercise of free speech as it is being portrayed by much of the media. Occupy Wall Street and it's counter parts in several cities is quickly becoming a disgusting display of people proving just how disgusting they can be. Whether one is from the right or the left this should sicken anyone.

Sickness and disease is running rampant. Crime reigns in almost every camp with one having to actually erect a tent as a haven to protect women from being raped. Theft is rampant and businesses in the areas around the encampments are going bankrupt because of the loss of customers and these businesses are NOT the corporate entities that this supposed protest is complaining about.

Reports of suspicious deaths, massive injuries of the occupants and police who are just doing their job and trying to quell a public nuisance have become common place. Those who have been in New York City now are marching in the streets with the goal of disrupting everyday New Yorkers from going to work and home while making threats to blow up buildings and kill New Yorkers in the process.

In San Diego during a Occupy rally the participants held a moment of silence in solidarity for the man charged with attempting to assassinate the President who shot at The White House hitting the window of the private quarters. In Chicago, Bill Ayers who as a member of the Weatherman bombed the Pentagon, San Francisco Police Headquarters and other high profile locations is instructing Occupy members to, "protest," as he did.

Rudy Giuliani former Mayor of New York City states this disgusting display of lack of humanity belongs to Barack Obama resulting from his vilifying the wealthy and openly supporting the movement. Many others on the left have followed Obama's example in supporting this but not ONCE condemning the disgusting displays, criminal activity, deaths, injuries, rapes and health problems associated with the groups.

Any cedibility they may have had disappeared with the first defecation in the street, rape, murder and lack of any type of hygiene among the occupiers. They have shown themselves to be the low life of society who seek to blame others for their woes. While there may have been a scattered few with a possible legitimate complaint at the beginning of this loon fest, the true nature of its disgusting display has eliminated anything they may have been trying to accomplish.

Newt Gingrich made a great statement in the last GOP debate which says volumes about the occupiers seeking to destroy Capitalism and showing little humanity in the process. Referring to the press and their biased coverage of the occupiers when he stated, "I have yet to hear a single reporter ask a single occupier, who's going to pay for the park you're occupying if no business is allowed to make a profit." It is long past time for this disgusting display of the worst of humanity to end!

$15 TRILLION AND CLIMBING WITH NO REAL INTEREST IN CUTTING SPENDING

U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time
The National debt met and exceeded $15 trillion dollars yesterday and continues to climb with no end in sight. Meanwhile the idiots in the Super Committee are arguing over ,"cutting," spending by $1.2 trillion or possibly, $4 trillion as one proposal calls for. This supposed cut is stretched out over ten years.

What ths DC crowd is NOT telling the American people is that BOTH figures in actuality are making ZERO in real cuts in our national spending or debt. The ONLY consideration these, "Representatives," are arguing over are cuts in the INCREASE and not real cuts that will actually tackle our national debt. Even if they decide on the $4 trillion dollar figure the debt will GROW $9 trillion dollars over the ten years.

Both figures only decrease the planned increase in spending and as such in reality will add to spending and the debt. Washington is not interested in cutting spending or decreasing the debt. Decreasing the increase is nothing more than a political game to attempt to decieve the public into believing lawmakers are actually concerned about spending and decreasing our debt.

This is one of the most incredible deceptions in our Nations history and NO ONE in the media is reporting the truth and just spewing the spin and lie about ,"spending cuts." Is there any more evidence we need to completely clean house with the 2012 elections and get real representation in DC that is willing to tackle the debt and spending to save our country from pending and real bankruptcy?

OBAMA REELECTION TROUBLES MOUNT

No one has ever won the Presidency much less reelection without taking States from the South. For Barack Obama this major statistic looks to pose a picture for defeat for 2012 especially after the 2011 elections held earlier this month. States that backed Obama in 2008 have now become solid GOP Red States who selected GOP candidates as a referendum of Obama policy.

Every Southern State with the exception of Arkansas now has a GOP Legislature and the Razorback State only needs a slight shift in the 2012 election to make the GOP's hold on the South unanimous. In 2008 North Carolina and Virginia were solidly in Obama's camp but now both States have chosen a GOP Legislature giving the Grand Old Party control of State Houses in both Southern States showing a shift that poses trouble for Obama in 2012.

Southern States are key for any reelection bid whether the incumbent President is Republican or Democrat and with the complete shift in the South to Republican Legislatures 2012 also looks to be a GOP year for US House and Senate seats as well as the Presidency. Once again a referendum against the Obama policy which has hurt the South in some ways more than any other area of the country.

Obama's continued insistence to continue down the path of destruction with failed policy that he has been on since taking office is now becoming his doom as the 2012 election draws closer. Voters are savvy to failure. Voters are hurting in the pocket book and the blame lays directly on Obama and his party of Socialists which spells major problems for 2012 for his reelection and the Dems holding the Senate and keeping seats in the House.

Perry, Bachman, Paul, Santorum and Huntsman have fallen off the grid with all five either below 12% or in most cases in single digits in most polling while the three front runners Cain, Gingrich and Romney are in a dead heat with all three within the margin of error ranging from 20% to 23% with the third place being only around 19%.

As we approach the Primaries which begin with the Iowa Caucus on January 3, 2012 the GOP front runners look to be the only survivors going into the Primaries and the likely survivors when the initial Primaries lead to the huge Super Tuesday March 6 where ten State Primaries are up for grabs during one day.

Depending on the poll either Cain or Romney are in the lead with Gingrich in third all within the margin of error. A new CNN poll has Romney and Gingrich leading within 2 percentage points of one another with Cain third about 5 points back from Gingrich who is second. The rest of the pack falls below 10% in the CNN poll.

The false allegations against Cain of sexual harassment which initially seemed to have no affect in the polling of late have watched the former sole front runner in almost every poll drop to either a tied status with Romney or a very close third as is the case in the CNN poll. Much of this fall is due to Cains somewhat poor handling of the allegations with his family who are in full support of Cain only coming out in support of him in the past couple of days which many believe has hurt him along with his lack of addressing the false charges for more than a week after they first appeared.

Gingrich has surged in the polls based mainly on his unmatched performances in each of the many GOP debates. His knowledge of the issues and his feisty answers especially when confronting the idiocy of the media have shown the former Speaker of the House to be the smartest candidate in the field and his straight forward and detailed solutions are also allowing voters to see a well informed candidate who understands how to solve problems in detail better than any of the candidates have expressed to date.

Romney has been stagnate from the beginning as voters have been seeking what many call the Romney alternative. Conservatives have great pause with Romney whose conservative credentials are questionable at best because of his record as Governor. Additionally Romney fairs poorly with Independents with internals in most polling actually showing him in a distant fourth among this voting block whose support is key to winning not just the nomination but the General Election next November.

As a conservative I would be happy with either Cain or Gingrich even with the baggage Gingrich has had in the past most of which he has refuted and or corrected with reasonable explanations. Cains problem with the false harassment charges mean nothing especially since he was exonerated and a recent voice stress test that I posted about last week have proven him to be innocent of these ridiculous allegations.

Romney has never been at or even near the top of my list as I see him as an opportunist conservative who has claimed those credentials only to garner votes to win Primaries with his record as Governor showing him to be a moderate at best and in many cases a more liberal moderate.

My concern with such a close race for the Primaries is the distinct possibility of the nomination going all the way to the Convention. The last time this happened and the nominee for the GOP was decided at the Convention since there was not a clear Primary winner was 1976. Ronald Reagan was the choice of the people as he had won more Primaries than Gerald Ford who was the incumbent President and the GOP establishment candidate. A deal was cut behind Reagan's back that gave the nomination to Ford angering Reagan as he was offered the VP slot as a consolation which he rejected. Ford went on to lose to Jimmy Carter.

Romney is the establishment Republican. That is why we are hearing so much favorable press coverage and why during the debate he is always deemed,"Presidential," and declared the winner regardless of his performance. The press and the GOP establishment crowned him long ago. The voters on the other hand have never bought into this scam and as such we see a three man race with two strong conservatives either ahead of or tied with Romney. If this goes to the Convention whether it is Cain or Gingrich or both against Romney for the nomination we may very well see a replay of 1976 since the establishment fears a conservative as they did Reagan then.

So the challenge for conservatives and independents who do not necessarily like Romney is to not sit back on laurels and wait for the Primaries to decide the nominee but get out in large numbers and vote for the conservative candidate of our choice and make sure the conservative gets the nomination. A real conservative is what we need and a real conservative can win in 2012. It is up to us to make sure the conservative candidate meets to defeat Obama for the Presidency.

MITT ROMNEY NOT THE CHOICE FOR CONSERVATVIES BUT MEDIA PUSHES OTHERWISE - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

The media loves to attempt manipulation by its so called reporting. They will use their ability to spin words to make anything sound appealing if it goes against their agenda or makes a politician the ideal candidate or elected official favorable regardless of record or beliefs. We witnessed media manipulation during the 2008 election when the media darling Barack Obama was given a free ride by the press and a completely unvetted nobody became President.

The love affair with Obama though continuing has faded somewhat since the last election but the press has latched on to another politician who they believe can be forced down the throats of voters like Obama was and as such become the media choice in a Presidential election. The difference this time is the media affair is not because they so much favor this candidate but realize their real media darling Barack Obama can beat him and even if he wins they get a President more to their liking than all the others running. This mew media darling it Mitt Romney.

Evidence the reporting after every debate thus far. Both immediate analyses, pundit spin and commentators opinion declare Romney the winner without giving any real substantive reasons as to why he won every debate and almost every description states that Romney and only Romney looked, "Presidential."

First, to the claim that Romney looks Presidential. How does one look Presidential? Kevin Kline looked Presidential when he played President Bill Mitchell and the naive Dave Kovacs in the movie, "Dave." But would you really want this Presidential looking man actually in The White House making decisions that affect all of our lives?

Michael Douglas looked very Presidential in the movie, "The American President," and even got a little testy in a press conference when he stated dramatically before the press cameras and the theatre audience, "I AM the President," sounding extremely Presidential. Yet would you want Douglas behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office deciding the fate of our country?

But according to all of the media pundits after every debate Romney sounds and looks Presidential with hair in place and gestures just right while speaking in carefully practiced tones making much quoted sound bites. But THAT does not a President make. Looking and sounding Presidential makes for good theatre and the media knows it so they play off on this as a means of making their media darling the Presidential choice for conservatives, Republicans and Independents.

Polling on the other hand show voters don't see it the medias way. Romney at best stays a stagnant 20% - 23% in every poll staying either second or third with polling among Independents dropping the media darling to fourth in most polls. A voter block that is necessary to win any election even Primaries where conservative leaning Independents make a difference in selecting GOP nominees.

Little is heard in the media about the real Romney that was Governor of Massachusetts. The Governor who pushed through Romneycare which was the blue print for Obamacare and very unpopular with conservatives and independents who favor repeal of Obamacare. Romney embraces his state passed baby yet claims to dislike and plans to repeal Obamacare if elected. Which is is Mr. Presidential looking one, do you like government run health care or not? No one in the media has called him on this and he gets a free ride when it comes to questions at debates as he is continually allowed to avoid Romneycare and claim to hate Obamacare.

Romney was for abortion then against it with no explanation. He was for increased taxation then against it with no explanation. He was for the Unions then against them with no explanation. He was for increased regulation in damaging environmental extremes now he's against them with no explanation. He believes in man made Global Warming but denies it when expedient during debates with no explanation.

Meanwhile the press gives him a free ride on answering any of his flip flops by accepting his avoidance of explaining his different views only to allow him to state just his current view and tout how his book explains his view. This is what the media calls Presidential, avoiding answers and making sound bites. They let Obama get away with this and now they let Romney do the same.

Obama and others in his administration have claimed Romney as the candidate they are most concerned about as a means of making him look challenging to Obama's reelection bid. When in reality the ONLY reason Obama would mention Romney in this manner is because he believe he can beat him. That is why the media touts Romney as the crowned nominee and constantly state he will be the nominee regardless of polling because they too know Obama can beat him and thus Romney becomes their media darling so they can push someone who will keep their first love in office.

These two facts alone should cause any voter who does not want a second Obama term to run away from Romney as fast as possible. If Obama AND the media favor him he is dangerous as the GOP nominee because he is very beatable and likely to lose. The media love affair with Romney will end if he gets the GOP nod as the press will rally behind their first love and seek to destroy Romney in the process to get Obama reelected.

From a principle stand point, Romney is the ultimate RINO which causees great pause with conservatives who understand his flip flop on the issues and see Romneycare as only a state version of Obama's national health care. If Romney supports one we understand he will support many similar eliminates of the other if elected to the Presidency.

Romney is not the principled conservative he claims to be and his record proves it. How he governed in Massachusetts shows without doubt how he will govern in Washington. He claims to be just a business man but in actuality he is far more politician than businessman and his flip flops and avoidance of real answers proves that as well.

No amount of media push of Romney can change the facts about this RINO. His support doesn't not grow because most understand who he is and are savvy enough to discover the truth about Romney's record without accepting the medias take and his looking so Presidential. We want someone who can BE President and not just look the part. Many Presidents have looked the part and failed in the job.

Admittedly Romney would make a better President by far than the pretender in the Oval Office now. But we are not at that point in the election process yet. There is still time to select a nominee who stands for the conservative ideals we need to fully restore our Nation. The media, the left and the establishment GOP claim a true conservative cannot win because they fear true conservatism and how when applied in government it shrinks the animal the left, the media and the establishment love so well.

A conservative can win and can change the direction our country is heading. Reagan proved it in 1980 when the media rallied around the establishment candidate George H.W. Bush and feared the true conservatism of Ronald Reagan. Reagan won and reversed the dangerous direction our country had taken then. Romney is the 2012 H.W.Bush. The RINO who allows the left, the media and the establishment to be comfortable. We need a true conservative and a true conservative can win. There is no need to settle with the RINO just because the media think he looks, "Presidential."

VETERANS DAY AND EVERYDAY THANK A VET

They forged a nation by their sacrifice and blood at places like Lexington, Trenton, Camden and Yorktown. They defended the Capitol in 1812 and in that same century fought in unlikely places like Resaca de la Palmae , Rio San Gabriel in Mexico, Gettysburg, Shilo, and Antietam. They suffered in the muddy trenches of Europe in WWI and stormed the beaches of Normandy, Anzio, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa in WWII. Korea found them at Inchon and Pork Cop Hill and Vietnam sent them to Hamburger Hill, Song Be and the, " Hanoi Hilton."

They combed the seas and skies during the Cold War while in a state of readiness , watching the moves of , "the Big Red Dog." They liberated Kuwait and have fought in the Middle East once again at Fallujah, Bagdhad, and the mountains of Afghanistan. They have served in Germany, Japan, and every nation in the free world as well as thousands of posts throughout The United States. While the Founding Fathers are the authors of our Nation, Veterans are the defenders and the protectors of our freedoms and liberties.

They never left home to be heroes, but in defending this nation that is what they became. Some sought excitement and just the opportunity of leaving home. While others left because of a sense of duty. Not one ever knowing what was in store nor whether they would return home but knowing that service to their country was something they had to do.

They said goodbye to sweethearts, wives, children, moms, dads, friends and neighbors not knowing when they would meet again but left everyone with the assurance that they were doing what they felt was right and necessary for them and the nation they loved. Some never made it home , while others returned troubled by what they experienced or disabled because of wounds received. Many would not talk of what they had seen but all understood that the sacrifice they made was not in vain and helped to keep this Nation and their loved ones free.

Each of us owe a dept of gratitude to these silent heroes that this Nation and her people will never be able to repay. For it is through their sacrifice and commitment that we live and breath in the free air of liberty. With their lives these brave men and women have paid for our liberties by their blood. Through their sweat and determination they fought for a country that they loved and in principles they not only believed in but were willing to lay down their life to defend.

It is because of their sacrifice that we remain free. It is because of their willingness to serve that we are strong and a Nation of greatness. It is because of their dedication to the cause of liberty that we bask in the light of that Statue in the Harbor that calls to the world, "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

Each morning we wake in this Nation of the free we owe a debt of thanks to a Vet! As we live and perform our daily tasks we owe a Vet ! When our children leave on the bus in the morning or we drop them off at school we owe their freedom to receive an education to a Vet! When we wake on Sunday mornings and leave for our place of worship we owe that freedom to a Vet ! When we play at Yosemite or in the waves that hit our shores we owe that liberty to a Vet ! When we turn on the tube and root for our favorite NFL , MLB or NBA team or join the fans in the stadiums we owe that enjoyment to a Vet ! When we cash that paycheck or make an investment for the future of our family we owe that financial freedom to a Vet !

When we stand in tribute to the flag that waves in the breeze we owe the very fact that that flag still waves to a Vet ! Our Veterans have served, sacrificed and yes many have died to insure that this Nation will always be free and that each of us who call America home can live free and never worry that those freedoms will be threatened by a foreign power, or military force without their intervention and protection.

While they never sought to be heroes each of them throughout our history have become heroes as they served this Nation and her people throughout the world and here at home. From the beginning our Veterans have told us, " while I serve you will never need worry because I am on watch !"

We owe each of them so much more than we can ever give. They are among us wherever we go in this land and at every opportunity we should tell them how much we appreciate all that they have given for our Nation and our people. Then watch the glimmer in the eye shine with pride just because we said, "thank you !"

They never ask for that thanks but when it is given it causes a swell of pride for a job well done and a service that has kept us free. Today and everyday where ever they may be and whenever we meet them be sure to thank a Vet because we owe them for our freedom, our liberty and the very existence of our Nation!

HERMAN CAIN INNOCENCE OF ALLIGATIONS PROVEN BY VOICE ANALYZING HARDWARE

An Atlanta private investigator has proven the innocence of Herman Cain and the lie of Sharon Bialek using voice analyzing hardware used by law enforcement to determine whether s suspect is telling the truth or not. The hardware is 95% accurate and is a vital tool used in many law enforcement offices around the country.

The PI used the hardware during the Press Conference held by both Cain and Bialek. The hardware gives a reading of high, medium or low risk of the subject telling a lie based on voice inflections and stress levels as the subject speaks. The accuracy of the hardware is much higher than a polygraph test which Cain stated he was willing to take.

As Cain spoke during his presser the hardware never varied from low risk while Bialek on the other hand did. In fact when she described her allegation and what she claimed Cain did to her the hardware peaked and remained in the high risk. As a result the hardware shows that Cain is absolutely truthful in his denial of all allegations as more than just the supposed Bialek incident was spoken of during his presser as the hardware never varied from low risk while Bialek is shown to be lying.

I wonder now that this important revelation has emerged and with the media frenzy over the GOP front runner how many news outlets will report this rather than concentrating on the false accusers and vilifying a man of integrity who they fear because of his conservative stance and the fact that he is a black man who does not fit the lefts mold of what a black man should be. If we had a media in this country that had fair and balanced journalistic reporting this would be the headline to prove a good mans innocence. But since the media is only tabloid in its news worthiness items and seeking sensational headlines that can especially attack a conservative my guess is that this item will go unnoticed!

HERMAN CAIN STILL LEADS, ROMNEY STAGNANT AND GINGRICH CLOSING IN

Poll Position which conducts numerous scientific polls that have been extremely accurate in political races has a very interesting poll that was taken over the past few days during all of the media frenzy over the supposed allegations against Herman Cain. The poll found that Cain still leads the race with Romney remaining stagnant and Newt Gingrich closing the gap creating a three man race with all other GOP contenders well down in the pack.

Among GOP likely voters Cain holds a 24% lead over Mitt Romney's 20% with Gingrich climbing to 19% with a margin of error of 4% there is virtually a three way tie for the lead. Rick Perry is next in line at 7% with Ron Paul at 6%, Bachman at 2% and Huntsman at 3%.

Among Independents the results were much more specific in deciding a clear leader in the race. Independents polled who were likely voters in a GOP Primary or Caucus gave Cain a clear lead at 30% with Gingrich in the second position at 23%, Paul at 12% and Mitt Romney who is usually in the top three in fourth at 11%.

Another interesting result asked likely voters how they would vote with a head to head match of Cain/Gingrich against Obama/Biden. The poll which surveyed Republicans, Independents and Democrats had Cain/Gingrich at 44% with Obama/Biden at 43%.

Breaking down the poll further not surprisingly Republicans overwhelmingly chose Cain/Gingrich while Democrats did the same with Obama/Biden. With Independents who are a key voter group for victory in 2012 and also gave a majority vote for Obama in 2008, the news is not so good for Obama as 2012 approaches. Independents overwhelmingly chose Cain/Gingrich 46% to 34% over Obama/Biden.

All in all is seems the perceived scandal against Cain has not caused much damage for the GOP front runner and Obama is in bad shape with voters for reelection in 2012. Good news for we who understand that this election is for the salvation of America from Obama's destruction of Obama!

HERMAN CAIN ACCUSER LACKS BELIEVABLE CREDIBILITY

During an almost comical presser a Chicago woman who worked as a fund raiser with the National Restaurant Association during the tenure of then CEO Herman Cain, Sharon Bialek accused Cain of sexual harassment and to say the least her statement raised several questions that made her credibility questionable as well.

First was her association with well known media whore lawyer Gloria Allred who has long been known for sensational claims and many unfounded accusations and whose last high profile client was instructed to lie by Allred in order to help Anthony Wiener during his text picture scandal that eventually forced his resignation from Congress.

Bialek was almost giggling as she made her statement before the press and many of her recollections alone caused more questions than answers as to the validity of her accusations. She described a supposed encounter with Cain where in her story Cain attempted to place his hand under her dress and her ONLY response was that she had a boyfriend rather than the hundreds of other responses that most would think any woman would have in a similar situation such as a slap in the face or harsh words as well as pushing the person away.

Another questionable part of her statement was her ability to describe in detail what she and Cain were wearing from an encounter that supposedly happened in 1996. How many of us can remember what we wore last week much less 15 years ago and to the point that she remembered how Cains shirt was buttoned?

It is also now known that she has filed bankruptcy twice the second time recently and has lost a paternity suit that was taken out against her from the man she claimed was the father of her son. She is also now unemployed and is making the media tour to gain her 15 minutes of fame that she seems to be seeking and Gloria Allred is famous for.

At least at this point the accusations and this new one whose credibility is extremely questionable have not been hurting Cain in the polls as most believe this to be a political hack job. I do believe that Cain has not handled this well although he has been consistent in his denial of the accusations but his avoidance of addressing it at times and his not demanding the release of the NRA records that exonerated him while he was CEO have caused some questions that are needed to be answered.

While the credibility of this accuser is highly questionable her presser has kept this story as the lead in news cycles and above the fold in the papers and as such continues to distract in Cains campaign for The White House and keeps the focus on the accusations and NOT on Barack Obama and his failures which only continues to help Obama in his bid for reelection.

PERSONAL DESTRUCTION, POLITICS OF THE WORST KIND - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

We have been witness this past week to the worst and most nasty style of politics ever used in a political campaign, as a means to derail a Presidential nominee or just any attempt to keep from dealing with any issue, the politics of personal destruction. Rather than look for ways of dealing with a political opponent by means of defeating him/her by the issues seeking to destroy him/her by destroying them on a personal basis are used with allegations either exaggerated or completely untrue.

For more than a week at a time when our Nation is suffering in ways almost never before seen in our history and we have a President who is leading this country down a path of destruction taking us as a Nation further away from the principles and traditions that have made this country great, rather than hearing or reading about the issues that easily can defeat this President the focus has been on a personal attack against the front runner for the GOP nomination, Herman Cain.

This type of distraction in politics is nothing new. We have witnessed it many times before and each time it became such a distraction that the real issues and problems that we face as a Nation faded into obscurity and became almost invisible as we now have a media that is more interested in sensationalism than reporting news or finding the truth behind a story.

At at time when a Presidential campaign should be completely focused on defeating the plague against out Nation that is currently occupying The White House the focus has been almost entirely on the attacks against Cain without any proof as to the validity of the attacks just innuendos, anonymous sources and here say evidence. What makes matters worse is that at least for the moment the source of the leak which spawned this media circus seems to be pointing toward one of the GOP rivals rather than the left opposition which makes this much more ridiculous since it has helped the Obama campaign while hurting the GOP since the focus has been taken off the issues of a failed President.

The left is well known for attacking using the politics of personal destruction since they know they can never win on the issues as their stance on issues is in contrast to the majority of voters. So rather than discuss the issue an allegation is made and placed before a media all to willing to report gossip or anyting personal rather than real issue oriented news and the frenzy begins while the left just sits back and enjoys the show reaping the benefits of having their lack of credence on issues at least temporarily taken out of the spotlight and seeing their opponent taken down by perceived scandals and innuendos.

The left and the media believe it is the seriousness of the charge and not whether that charge is based in truth or reality that matters so any allegations become a media trial where the accused is found guilty simply by the allegations and no amount of truth is allowed to overcome the charges since the charge itself is the means of destroying the opponent in the public eye.

What makes this particular attack against Herman Cain so much more disgusting is the very distinct probability that a fellow Republican is using the lefts method of operation as a means of taking down an opponent rather than dealing with the issues and keeping the focus of this Presidential campaign on defeating Obama which is where it belongs. By placing the allegations against Cain in the hands of the leftist media whomever leaked it knew it would take on a life of its own as the media frenzy took over and all they need do is sit back and let it happen and the seriousness of the charge minions on the left do the work for them.

All the while Barack Obama and his campaign for reelection sit back in The White House laughing as they watch the media do what they cannot do and that is defeat Republicans on the issues so Obama watches the issues disappear from public view and his opposition being raked over the coals in a media frenzy while he takes advantage of the moment with headlines off of his failure and his numbers rising if for just a moment in the fray of the seriousness of the charge crowd.

Obama's campaign for reelection has been going downhill for months as his failure as President and his polices of destruction of our country have been the focus of the campaign to defeat him. Voters have been awakened to the truth of that failure as Republican candidates have been able through the means of being the only real campaign news, focus the issues against Obama and as such the public has been listening to the reality of the real dangers Obama poses to another four years in The White House.

Since this perceived scandal against Cain has risen all of the mounting evidence against the reelection of Obama have disappeared and been replaced with the media frenzy of the attack against Cain and Obama has had yet another free pass and ride with a media who does not need ANY help in giving Obama a pass on the issues since they have been his staunches supporters from day one.

If this attack against Cain is truly found to have begun by an opposing GOP candidates campaign then regardless of who they are that alone should be enough to spell defeat for that candidate for the GOP nomination since is shows a lack of character and the ability to lead by whomever allowed this media circus to begin by leaking the allegations and using the tactics of the left and the tool of the left, the media, rather than issues to take down an opponent.

Issues win election not scandal. Republicans have enough evidence through issues alone to defeat Obama and taking the focus off those issues even if for only a week or two by placing a perceived scandal in the hands of a media all to willing to focus on gossip and sensationalized, "news," is the lowest form of politics and unworthy of anyone who is seeking the Presidency especially when Republicans have the upper hand on the issues.

Defeating Obama is going to be tough enough without providing the Obamatrom media another tool to assist their chosen one in remaining in The White House. The leftist media does NOT need the help of a perceived scandal against a GOP candidate to favor Obama and misdirect the public from the issues and the failure of this President. If the attack against Cain has truly come from a fellow Republican then all that moron has done is help Obama and not bring down the GOP front runner.

HERMAN CAIN SUBJECT OF HATCHET JOB ACCORDING TO NRA BOARD CHAIRMAN

Joseph Fassler a man who above all the fray over the accusation againsts Herman Cain is one who is in the know since during the time of the accusations, Fassler was Chairman of the Board of the National Restaurant Association and according to him this supposed scandal is nothing more than a, "hatchet job."

Fassler stated that as a board chairman he would have been not only fully informed about the situation but if any supposed payout was provided the board would have had to approve it. He also stated that the accuser being given a severance pay was not uncommon not only for the NRA nor any corporate entity. Since it was a severance in what he calls a pittance amount, it was not necessary for the board to be informed and it would have been normal practice in a situation of baseless claims.

Fassler went on to state that Cain was an excellent CEO whose reputation and integrity was unquestionable and his business savvy was far superior to anyone he has known. If there was any bases in the accusation, again an investigation proved they were baseless, it would have been completely out of character with Cain.

In a related story GOP candidate Newt Gingrich places the circus atmosphere over this supposed scandal squarely on the media. Gingrich stated that the media should be concentrating on Cains solid tax plan and his stance on the issues rather than this hyped up scandal that is feeding the media frenzy.

Once again polling is showing voters see though the hype and an obvious political witch hunt as a Rasmussen poll taken after the false accusations hit the news has Herman Cain with a solid lead among likely voters at 26% over Romney at 23% and Gingrich with 15% all other candidates are below 10%. Voters understand a baseless political attack when they see one and Cain is rising above the fray and staying steady in his quest for the GOP nomination and The White House. They are unfounded and baseless yet the media is feeding off of this as if it were the biggest scandal in history. Voters obviously are not buying the media and disgustingly unfair attacks as he continues to climb in the polls and is THE clear front runner. the latest poll shows Cain with a 10 point lead in South Carolina, my home state with Cain at 33%, Romney 23% and Gingrich 15%. HERMAN CAIN LEAD GROWS AS VOTERS SEE ACCUSATIONS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED

Whether it was an attack from the left who fear Herman Cain as a black man who is a conservative thus not fitting into the liberal mold the left expects from blacks, or an opposing GOP campaign who fear Cain because his strong conservatism scares the GOP establishment while connecting with the people, Cain is rising above the perceived scandal as voters seem to recognize it as a politically motivated attack.

The day the news broke about the false accusation of sexual harassment against Cain while he was the CEO of the National Restaurant Association, allegations that were found baseless in a subsequent investigation by the Association, Cain's campaign experienced the largest single day online campaign donations since he announced his candidacy several months ago.

A new Quinnipiac poll taken from October 25 - 31 as the supposed scandal was dominating the news, Cains lead among GOP contenders has grown and in fact is now out of the margin of error. Cain holds a 30% to 23% lead over Mitt Romney with Newt Gingrich moving into a solid third place while Rick Perry has completely faded to a distant fourth.

Herman Cains rise to front runner comes from a connection with voters that is reminiscent to that of President Reagan during the 1980 Presidential campaign. Cain like Reagan sparked fear on the left as liberals attacked then candidate Reagan at every turn, attacks which continued during his Presidency. The GOP establishment feared Reagan as they do Cain because his conservatism like Cains connected with voters who were fed up with the GOP establishment as they are now.

Cain unlike Romney represents true conservative values and his conservatism is real and not created to attempt to convince voters in light of a record like that of Romney's that is far from conservative. Cain exceeds Perry in his true conservatism as doubts about Perry plague him which is evident as his poll numbers continue to plummet.

Cain bodes better in his conservatism than Newt Gingrich who though a strong conservative has angered many because of his backing of more left leaning establishment candidates in the 2010 election and his association with Nancy Pelosi on the issue of man made Global Warming. As a result Gingrich hurt his former strong support among conservatives which is showing as he has consistently been no more than third in most polling. His commanding performance in the debates has strengthened his campaign but doubts about him still plaque the former Speaker.

Cain is rising above this perceived scandal and voters are savvy enough to see a politically motivated attack when they see one. As a result Cain's support has not faded nor is it likely. Those who once thought him as the flavor of the week in the GOP field are beginning to wise up and understand that Cain is the real deal and may very well be the GOP nominee as his connection with the people continues to grow along with his support among voters.

HERMAN CAIN ACCUSATION WERE FALSE AND BASELESS

Republican Presidential Candidate and front runner Herman Cain in an article in Politico using, "anonymous," sources as its bases has called accusations of sexual harassment made against him in the 1990's when he was CEO of the National Restaurant Association, "false," and "baseless."

Cain stated the accusations were baseless and an investigation when they were made found them not only baseless but false. In the above press conference Cain stated that he was unaware of any settlement, a claim that was also made in the Politico hit piece but in an interview on Great Van Susteren, Cain stated that after spending the day remembering some of the details of this false claim against him, he does remember something about a small severance settlement amounting to roughly three months pay for one of the accusers.

Cain stated that after recusing himself as CEO, an investigation concluded that there was no bases for the accusation and the two female employees were no longer employed with the Association. Cain did state one incident in the accusation where he made a gesture holding his hand up to his chin stating that one of the female accusers was the same height as his wife was an incident that was part of the baseless accusations.

This is nothing more than a political hit piece against a candidate that strikes fear in liberals and yes, even the Republican establishment. Libs fear Cain because he does not fit the mold of the typical black man the left expects and the GOP establishment fears his strong conservative message which connects with voters and has made him the front runner as a result.

This stinks of a political hit to try and bring Cain down as a candidate and is very reminiscent of the baseless attacks against another conservative black man, Clarence Thomas, when he was nominated for SCOTUS and a supposed accuser named Anita Hill was brought to Capital Hill as part of a witch hunt against Thomas. The hearings found Hills accusations baseless but only after the left vilified Thomas in public before he was ultimately confirmed to the Court becoming one of our greatest Justices.

Herman Cain will rise above this and continue the Cain train to the GOP nomination. In fact a poll released after the news of the false accusation became public found Cain leading all GOP candidates including Rick Perry in Texas the home state of both Perry and Ron Paul and where Perry is the current Governor. Cain connects with the people and the people understand this as the baseless false political attack this is against a strong conservative candidate whose rise continues.

OBAMA'S CAMPAIGN OF FEAR - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

Franklin Roosevelt once said, "we have nothing to fear but fear itself." I am not nor ever have been a fan of Roosevelt since he is the father of much of the government dependency attitude that is plaguing our country now as The New Deal that actually lengthened the Great Depression has long standing tentacles of government dependency that have takne our country down a direction the Founders never intended for our free society.

While I am not a fan of Roosevelt, Barack Obama is and has claimed to emulate the the thirty second President in his philosophy and policy. Yet Roosevelt, although a socialist in his policy did use the Bully Pulpit of the Oval Office as a platform to encourage Americans to stand with one another and not fear what we faced as a Nation but as he put it only, "fear itself."

Obama does not see it Roosevelt's way. In fact he uses fear more blatantly than any of his liberal colleagues or predecessors as a way to garner votes, bribe duped supporters and create a fear of loss and class warfare like never before seen in a politician or a supposed leader of our country. I use the word leader very loosely when referring to Obama because leadership is a trait that he does not understand nor possess.

A leader encourages rather than discourages. A leader unites rather than divide. A leader seeks to uplift those they lead rather than stifle them from succeeding. Obama knows only how to discourage, divide and stifle Americans by his policy and especially his words. In speech after speech Obama flat out lies with the full knowledge that what he is saying will create fear in those who still listen to him and anger toward those he is attacking creating an attitude of division and class warfare through fear and hatred.

Telling Americans that if Republicans are elected in 2012 their children will no longer have clean air to breath. If his budget busting jobs bill is not passed police officers, teachers and construction workers will never work and crime will go up, children will no longer be educated and our entire Nations infrastructure will collapse is nothing more than fear for fears sake.

When he was pushing what is known as Obamacare he whined that if it was not passed the poor would not get medical care, grandma would be kicked out of the nursing home, grandpa will die needlessly because he could not get the medical care he needed. Knowing all along that none of his lies of fear would take place but using the Office of the President as a means of scaring everyone into backing his socialized medicine and unconstitutional health care bill.

One might ask, "why would a President of The United States want to create such fear in the American people?" We all know that the message of fear has always been a trait of the Democrat Party. Every election cycle Democrats always tell seniors that if they aren't elected Social Security will disappear. The poor always hear come election time that Democrats are the ONLY way the poor will be able to live and other such fear mongering lies.

Obama has taken the usual Democrat fear tactics to a new level seeking to not only create fear in duped supporters but to anger them enough to rise even violently against the evil rich who Obama has chosen to vilify in his quest for reelection. The Occupy Wall Street movement is a direct result of Obama's fear mongering and anger building and we have seen the disgusting results and lunatic ramblings of those involved in it with Obama's backing.

But setting aside the usual Democrat method of operation at election time and even Obama's taking it to a new level, this election cycle Obama is using fear as a means of garnering votes because he has NOTHING else. If he tells the truth about his record even duped supporters will see the light when faced with the overwhelming evidence of the complete and absolute failure of Obama as President and his policy of destruction for our country.

Sure, no matter what he says there will still be some who will support him regardless because they are completely insane, but most with even an ounce of brain matter if faced with the absolute truth of the Obama failure and the vast majority of the pain that we are suffering as a Nation is a direct response to his policy, spending, debt creation and stifling of American business and the American worker, even the most blind eyes may begin to open and many more who worship at the Obama alter will jump ship and look elsewhere for a candidate.

So his only option is to scare duped voters by creating such an atmosphere of fear that they will be afraid to NOT vote for him. Which is just another way of securing the duped as greater dependents on him, his policy and as a result the government. The anger he seeks to instill against the evil rich creates a separation of Americans who seek to be independent of government and those who blindly follow the socialized dependency to government making those who are independent and fulfilling the American dream and the intent of the Founders for our people, the object of hate, anger and perceived evil and responsible for all of Americas problems.

This is the goal of Obama, the direction he is taking as he seeks reelection and his complete campaign strategy for 2012. Divide by hate, encourage anger between fellow Americans, create fear to cause the duped to run to him and use all of this as the means to regain The White House so he can continue his path of destruction of American and the elimination of freedom and individuality this land.

He could care less about the truth because the truth means his defeat. He could care less about the Constitution because the Constitution is an obstacle preventing him from reshaping America into his socialist image. He could care less about those in business who actually create jobs because they stand in the way of his goal of making all Americans completely dependent on government. This is the real Barack Obama and this is who we must defeat and who we will be fighting for the next year as he continues and yes, expands his crusade of fear and division to win reelection.

THE AUDACITY OF A DOPE, OBAMA'S BLATANT DISREGARD FOR THE CONSTITUTION

Article I of The United States Constitution established the Legislative Branch, The Congress. Article II established The Executive Branch, The Presidency. Article III established the Judicial Branch, The Supreme Court and Federal Court system. Three separate Branches of government with separate powers to specifically create a check and balance system of government to prevent any one man or group of men the ability to become a dictator, tyrant or establish any Monarchy.

Barack Obama does not believe nor accept this Constitutional principle which established by law the separation of powers and checks and balances of our government because Obama is more interested in total control through the Presidency and using his executive power to bypass Congress and create government give-aways to bribe duped voters into reelecting him in 2012.

In a blatant disregard for The Constitution so much so that he arrogantly announces his disregard and his plan to violate the separation of powers of The Constitution as he announced several times during his ridiculous tax payer funded campaign tour to push his jobs bill, finishing up with a new ,"plan," to change the way Student Loans are handled, Obama stated on the record that he had instructed , "his administration," to find any and all ways to begin the provisions in his jobs bill and change the Student Loan program, "without Congress."

The reason our Founders established three Branches with separate powers was to prevent exactly what Obama is trying to do. One man forcing policy, spending the peoples money and dictating what government does without the people or the Representatives of the people involved. In other words a tyrannical dictator who cares nothing about Constitutional principles and arrogantly believes that ONLY he knows what to do and how to do it.

What makes matters worse are the crowds who were selected to attend the Obama circus and listen to these arrogant, divisive and dictatorial speeches actually cheered when he told of his instruction to his administration to do whatever they had to do to implement his jobs bill and student loan changes without Congress.

A President has NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to appropriate money, or change any program that involves funding such as the student loan program. The Constitution is very specific in this, ALL bills of any financial origin must begin in The House and then pass through the Senate BEFORE they reach the President who can then sign or VETO and if VETOED then RETURN to Congress for revision or to die a legislative death.

Yet Obama ignores this Constitutional law and instructs his administration to find any and all ways to implement the jobs bill which will cost half a trillion dollars and change the student loan program which uses tax payer money without Congress, the peoples Representatives and therefore ignoring the people of The United States and acting as a dictator.

We are not a third world dictatorship. We are not an Autocratic society where one man has the power to implement anything much less program that spend the peoples money and waste it for his personal political gain to shore up his base for a reelection bid which is perilous at best.

I have always had a certain amount of respect for any man who has held the awesome office of President of the United States. Although I completely disagreed with Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton there was still a certain amount of respect because of the office they held. I have absolutely NO respect for Barack Obama and am disgusted with him, the direction he is taking our country and especially the lie he told on January 20, 2009 when he stated with his hand on the Bible of Abraham Lincoln that he would, "preserve, protect and defend The Constitution of The United States."

Anyone who still supports Barack Obama a liar who seeks to destroy America, act as a dictator and ignore our Constitution and the people, no longer believes in our country and all that we as a Nation stand for. Obama and those who still support him and what he does insult the thousands who have died defending the very Constitution and principles of freedom and liberty that are America and spit on the graves of the brilliant men who founded the United States of America.

SUPER COMMITTEE EITHER CUTS SPENDING OR AUTOMATIC MILITARY CUTS FOLLOW

When the deal which allowed the raising of the debt ceiling was passed little was known about the cut throat plan that Speaker of the House John Boehner agreed to in order to get this debacle passed. Not only did Boehner betray most voters who did not want to see the debt ceiling raised but in a back room deal that was kept under raps during the debate he betrayed our military and caved to demands from the left for massive military cuts.

The Super Committee, that Newt Gingrich has called one of the most stupid ideas ever made by Congress in our history because it has 12 members deciding what the other 523 must pass, is to decide before Thanksgiving where $1.2 trillion dollars in spending is to be found. The Committee is composed of six Republicans and six Democrats none of which have fiscal conservative credentials.

The betrayal by Boehner comes in what happens if the Committee does not decide on the spending cuts by Thanksgiving. Buried in bill that created the Committee and raised the debt ceiling are automatic cuts which will take place the day after Thanksgiving if the Committee fails to make the $1.2 trillion in cuts.

The military will be decimated in automatic spending cuts totalling $600 BILLION dollars. The cuts will eliminate two Carrier Battle Groups, 200,000 troops, 300,000 civilian workers, 30% of our air forces and end the ability of the Marines to mount an expeditionary force.

Democrats have been demanding large defense cuts and to date Republicans have been able to block those cuts because of having a majority in the House. In order to, "get along," and,"compromise," Boehner has opened the door for Democrats to now have their way with massive military cuts with devastating results. Democrats on the Super Committee have no incentive to agree on any cuts to meet the Thanksgiving deadline with the knowledge that if they don't come to agreement the military cuts they have longed for will be automatic.

Thus far the Committee has been unable to agree on anything which comes as no surprise in light of the automatic cuts which will take place if no agreement is made reaching the called for $1.2 trillion dollars. This betrayal by Boehner is a prime example of why we must eliminate by our vote the establishment Republicans who follow the usual Washington ways which have resulted in the out of control nightmare we have as a government.

HERMAN CAIN STILL ON TOP INSPITE OF NEGATIVE MEDIA

The latest New York Times CBS News poll has Herman Cain moving form a tie with Mitt Romney in the October 3 poll to a 4 point lead with 25% over Romney's 21%. Newt Gingrich still holds the third position with Rick Perry in fourth but fading from the earlier poll.

The media in their continual love affair with Mitt Romney as well as the Obama camp calling him the candidate they need to beat which translates into the candidate they KNOW they can beat, Herman Cain not only holds the lead after a very negative media coverage over the last couple of weeks but has gained 8 points since the October 3 poll.

Unlike Romney or Perry, Cain is still connecting with voters and as such voters are showing more support for him on almost a daily basis. If one were to listen to the pundits and of course the establishment Republicans who want Romney, Cain is still only a flash in the pan. Yet when each poll comes out Romney is stagnating while Cain is gaining and leading over Romney.

Listening to the above video provides a perfect example of the media love affair with Romney. The poll clearly shows Cain in the lead picking up much more than Romney as compared to the October 3 poll, but the reporter and pundits speak only momentarily about Cain while dwelling on how, "steady," Romney is and what Rick Perry needs to do to win.

The more one listens to the establishment Republicans and the media pundits the more obvious it becomes that the strong conservative message of Herman Cain scares them as it did in 1980 when Reagan's conservative message bucked the establishment, connected with the people and propelled him into The White House as the peoples choice for President. Herman Cain is following in the footsteps of Reagan as he too connects with the people and is gradually but surely becoming the people's choice for President.

When Ronald Reagan ran against Jimmy Carter in the 1980 Presidential election he asked this question during a televised debate between the two candidates, "are you better off than you were four years ago?" This was a little over a week before the general election and voters responded to Reagan's question with a resounding, "no," electing him to the Presidency in one of the largest landslides in out history.

We are just over one year from the 2012 general election in which we the people will make the decision as to whether we continue with the failed polices and destructive decisions and agenda of Barack Obama or elect a new President from a field of very qualified candidates who are vying for the Republican nomination.

While we haven't reached the four year mark quite yet in the Obama Presidency we can ask the question Reagan posed to the American people in the election of 1980 and change the time table to three years rather than four and ask ourselves, "are we better of than we were three years ago?" The resounding answer for every American if we are ALL honest, regardless of our political persuasion should be, "no!"

We have just recently eclipsed the first 1000 days of the Obama Presidency and as is usual the press uses this round figure as they do the 100 day milestone as a measuring stick for a Presidency. The facts of the failure of the Obama Presidency become painfully clear when real and true statistics are seen in light of his first 1000 days. Here are a few examples of the misery brought upon out Nation courtesy of Barack Obama.

- national debt has increased more than $4 TRILLION dollars, $4.2 BILLION per day since he took office which is more increase that the first 79,135 or from 1776 to 1993. That increase has cost an additional $1.2 TRILLION dollars in interest payments on the debt.

- more than 2.22 MILLION jobs have been lost with no end in job loss in sight.

- more than 2.4 MILLION homes have been repossessed due to failed mortgages.

- the average length of unemployment has more than doubled to 40.5 weeks

- the jobless rate has been above 9% for 840 of the 1000 Obama days

- 7,076 new regulatory rules have been issued under the President who campaigned against regulations just to get votes

- more than 12 MILLION more Americans are on food stamps

- gas prices have risen 80% sicnce Obama took office and have been above $3.00 a gallon everyday in 2011

With facts like this it is no wonder the country is in misery under the reign of Barack Obama. Once again if every voter is honest and asked themselves if they are better off now than when Obama became President even those who are among the blame Bush for everything crowd would have to answer a resounding yes.

Sure his most ardent supporters have whined that he hasn't had a chance because of what he inherited, for those who still believe that line of rhetoric consider this additional fact. For the first two years Obama was in office he had a Democrat House and Senate who virtually rubber stamped everything he proposed and he had his way with our economy, our spending, our debt and our very lives. So the reality is that EVERYTHING bringing misery to the American people is on the back of Barack Obama and blaming Bush doesn't work any longer.

Prospects for ANY improvement before the 2012 election is virtually non existent since Obama regardless of the proof in the numbers and the reality of a failed agenda and policy still believes more of the same will work. In fact he has stated for the record that EVERYTHING he has done was the right thing to do and admits no mistakes or failures since taking office. Although the evidence and reality shows just the opposite. His arrogance has no bounds.

In the next year as we approach the 2012 election each of you must decide whether to reelect Obama or choose another direction for our country by electing another to the Oval Office along with election for the House and one third of the Senate. Obama and the Democrats have had their chance to prove what they can do if given full control of our government and the results have been disastrous. The Senate remained under Democrat control in 2010 and all we have had since is complete stagnation as all Obama and his pals in the Senate ONLY want to do is continue their failed agenda and policy.

The 2012 choice is obvious, continue down the path of destruction we have been or vote for a new direction that seeks fiscal sanity and a policy of strength and growth for America. Obama offers neither. Any candidate running for the GOP nomination will be tremendous improvement over Obama. My choice has been made and I am backing Herman Cain because he most fits the conservative values and Constitutional principles I believe this Nation needs to recover and survive. As a voter and an American the decision and direction our country takes lies in our hands.

OABAMA PUTS AGENDA BEFORE AMERICAN JOBS

We have listened to the lecturer in chief whine in speech after speech about how his jobs bill will create American jobs. Of course anyone with any fiscal sense at all understands that this is nothing more than another liberal Obama stimulus package that if passed will follow the failed path of the trillion dollar package two years ago.

We have also listened to Obama in speech after speech whine about wanting to see the stamp, "made in America," on goods sold in The United States. So with his rhetoric one would think that Obama policy and his administrations willingness to loan tax payer money as,"stimulus," for business would match his rhetoric and seek to create American jobs with goods manufactured in America right?

WRONG!! It seems that his political agenda for green energy and his anti oil agenda is more important than American jobs and goods manufactured in America. Obama's energy department with the full knowledge of Obama loaned Fisker Karma $529 million dollars for the production of an electric car with the promise of thousands of manufacturing jobs.

Vice President Joe Biden on behalf of his boss heralded the loan in the same manner he did the half billion dollar loan to the now bankrupt and failed Solyndra, the solar energy company that went bankrupt less than a year after receiving a tax payer loan with evidence mounting that the administration was well aware of the financial failure of the company but made the bad loan anyway to push Obama's green energy agenda.

Now in like manner pushing his green energy agenda another half billion dollars of tax payer money is loaned to Fisker Karma for the creation of an electric car and American jobs and goods. The only problem is that it has created manufacturing jobs for workers in FINLAND and NOT The United States. The company that Biden heralded as a job creator for America and good old American goods has been outsourced to Finland using American tax payer money to do so.

When the owner of the company was asked why his company chose to manufacture in Finland rather than The United States he stated,"We're not in the business of failing; we're in the business of winning. So we make the right decision for the business. That's why we went to Finland." From a business stand point his statement makes sense but for the Obama administration to loan a half billion in tax payer dollars to boost workers and manufacturing in Finland makes NO SENSE at all.

In addition to this loan pushing Obama's energy agenda the company also has strong political connections which makes the loan look politically based as well. Fisker Karma Automotive is backed by a venture capital firm whose partners include Al Gore who is well known for his green energy agenda and whose agenda Obama backs without question.

So much for Obama's concern for American jobs. So much for Obama's concern for products made in America. It seems anyone who fits his political agenda and his war against oil companies which is responsible for much of the recent hike in gas prices, is first in line to get US tax payer dollars and first in line to receive the full backing of the Obama White House for business. Obama's whine about US jobs and US goods is just one more lie in a long line of lies that have come out of the mouth of the liar in chief and his temporary position as occupant of the Oval Office.

MUAMMAR GADDAFI DEAD, ANOTHER DICTATOR BITES THE DUST

NATO forces have confirmed an air strike took out the motorcade of Lybian Dictator Muammar Gaddafi and the transitional Lybian government has announce that Gaddafi is dead. After a four decade reign of terror both toward the Lybian people and throughout the world Gaddafi has met his demise.

Gaddafi was considered the most wanted man alive in the eighties due to terrorist activities performed at his bidding most notably the bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. President Reagan ordered an air strike against Gaddafi in 1986 for his responsibility in the bombing of a night club in West Berlin which killed 229 people.

Gaddafi has been on the run for several months as rebel forces have defeating his forces in Libya. Gaddafi leaves behind a reign of terror that has cost the lives of hundreds of thousands. Like other dictators who have been eliminated before him Gaddafis demise is a great day for his country and the world.

JOE BIDEN AND HERRY RIED PROVE DEMOCRAT DISCONNECT

Two examples of the total disconnect of Democrats shined their ugly face, one in a blatantly divisive statement purposefully being used to scare Americans needlessly for political gain, the other statement was just plain stupid. Both were made in conjunction with the all out effort by Democrats to force through the Obama jobs bill which is nothing more that another stimulus package that if passed will fail like the first trillion dollar disaster.

Vice President Joe Biden in a blatant and disgusting statement during a speech touting Obama's jobs bill stated in dramatic fashion that if the bill was not passed to supposedly, "save," the jobs of police officers,"rape and murder would go up." He then followed it by stating that those who are against the bill should experience being on the, "other end of a gun," suggesting that anyone opposing this ridiculous spending plan should experience being the victim of a violent crime.

Democrats are notorious for using blatant scare tactics for political gain usually threatening seniors over Social Security and Medicare by telling them the GOP wants to steal both, but this disgusting statement by Biden suggesting that Republicans who are against Obama's jobs bill favor increased violent crime like murder and rape and they needed to experience both in order to agree with he and Obama is political rhetoric in it most disgusting and ridiculous form.

Harry Reid while not as blatantly disgusting as Biden but equally as stupid stated that the bill must be passed because the public sector is hurting and the private sector is in good shape so the bill will assist the public sector job problems and as such must be passed. This of course coming after reports that Washington DC has the highest median income in the Nation, $126,000 per year because of the exorbitant salaries of US government employees.

According to Harry Reid the private sector has done, "quite well," since Obama became President so the bill must be passed to assist the public sector. Let's see 2.2 million private sector jobs have disappeared under the Obama reign while less than 200,000 public sector jobs have gone away and most of those from the federal government due to cuts at the US Postal Service.

Unemployment is holding steady above 9% with the number closer to 16% when counting those who have simply given up looking for work and according to Reid the private sector is doing, "just fine." How incredibly stupid can one person be? Both of these statements by Biden and Reid show the complete disconnect of Democrats with the country and the people of The United States.

Biden and Reid like their boss Barack Obama refuse to see how their policy and politics have destroyed the country and as such they continue to follow the same failed ideas which have caused high unemployment and virtually decimated the private sector leaving millions without jobs in their wake. That is not just speculation but fact and Democrats especially Obama and the leadership continue down the path of destruction they have brought on our people and our Nation.

GOP DEBATES ,FAR TO MANY WITH MODERATORS WANTING FIGHT NOT SUBSTANCE

Yet another GOP debate was held, this time in Las Vegas and the moderator from CNN, Anderson Cooper was more interested in getting candidates to squabble than having a substance filled issue related debate. Like almost every moderator in this series of debates that have followed basically the same format, Cooper was trying to force zingers and not allow true debate between candidates. These debates are for TV and show and not to allow voters to actually see the candidates and decide who to support.

The number of debates is also taking away from interest, especially since most of the candidates are given little time and the entire debate format is set up for TV sound bites and not serious issue related debating between candidates seeking the highest office in the land. The only candidate who is actually getting a great deal of face time during the debates is the media selected Mitt Romney. In fact a recent survey of all debates to date shows Romney by far getting more time than all the candidates combined other than Rick Perry who came in second with about half the time of Romney.

One minute answers with thirty second rebuttals does not allow a candidate necessary time to express views or real substance. Also the sheer number of the same format debates is causing voters to lose interest especially since the moderators are looking for argumentative sound bites between Romney and Perry and not issue related substance. In an interview with Newt Gingrich the former Speaker of the House mentioned there are 27 more debates scheduled.

I realize the GOP field is large and as such time is limited but a good moderator takes that into consideration and seeks to find answers to real issues and not just sound bites for the daily news broadcasts. Unfortunately there have not been any real moderators in the debates. Bret Baier of Fox News has been the best moderator of the debates but even he still sought good sound bites more often than substance.

The CNN debate on October 18 with Anderson Cooper was a disaster since Cooper seemed to enjoy pitting Romney against Perry, neither of which at the moment are the front runner as most polling has Herman Cain in the lead. But the media favorite Romney still got most of the attention especially when bickering like a child with Perry. The childish bickering is all that any news coverage is telling in the after math of the debate which does nothing to help voters decide on a candidate.

The pundits after the debate touted, as usual, how,"Presidential," Romney looked in the debate. Arguing and bickering with a rival not only DOES NOT look Presidential but again shows that Romney is the media favorite regardless of polls and the way voters are leaning. The majority of the media have picked Romney and he can do no wrong in the debates and always wins and looks Presidential. So much for objective journalism.

Unfortunately for voters this format designed for sound bites and bickering is all we will see in future debates because it makes for what moderators and news executives believe is good TV. My suggestion is to do what we all must do to decide which candidate to back. Forget the debates, sure watch them for the entertainment value they have become, but research and find the candidate that most fits who you want for President and support that candidate. That is how I came to the conclusion that my vote will go to Herman Cain.

OBAMA'S TELEPROMPTER STOLEN, WAS IT THIEVES OR JUST TO SHUT HIM UP

The Barack Obama bus tour and tax payer funded circus side show has resumed in Virginia and North Carolina. Both states he won handily in 2008 but now due to his failed policy and even worse economic record both states show a disapproval rating near 60%. So to push his jobs bill, at least that is the official reason so he can use tax payer money and not campaign money, Obama is touring the states making speech after speech. Of course EVERYONE knows all he is doing is campaigning.

Air Force One takes he and his entourage from airport to airport then they board the black motor home style bus, built in Canada, and drive usually less than 30 minutes to each location to give the impression that Obama is down to earth and connecting with the people. Sure, everyone can identify with a multi million dollar motor home and a bus tour that flows from a private 747.

This is pure Obama campaign mode and his claim to be touting his jobs bill in order to force Congress to pass the debacle fools no one. By claiming it as a political tour for policy purposes it allows him to save his personal campaign dollars only to bleed tax payer dollars for his reelection campaign. Yes, every President during a reelection bid uses Presidential perks for campaigning but Obama tries to lie his way around it and uses it far more than any of his predecessors at a much higher cost.

But maybe thieves found a sure fire method to shut up the campaigner in chief. While the Presidential entourage was staying at a Marriott Hotel in Virginia the truck carrying all of the podiums, sound equipment AND the famous Obama TelePrompter was stolen from the parking lot, taken for a joy ride and emptied of about $200,000 dollars of equipment and yes, the TelePrompter.

My question at this point is, was it actually thieves or just Virginians who are tired of hearing the same old Obama trash and rhetoric and by stealing the TelePrompter knew they could SHUT HIM UP! Everyone knows without a TelePrompter Obama is lost and stumbles and bumbles his way through speaking. It is speculated that he needs a TelePrompter to tell his wife good night in the Presidential bedroom.

So maybe instead of a group of kids or thieves looking for a quick buck, it was an extremely irritated voter who are sick of Obama and his rehashed rhetoric which provides no substance and whose policy brings even worse results as the campaigner in chief has taken our country down the path of destruction.

FAST AND FURIOUS, THE LIE THAT COVERS UP MURDER BY PRESIDENTIAL ORDER - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

Operation Fast and Furious originally known as Operation Gun Runner is the ill fated, ill advised and just plain stupid ATF plan to try and trace illegal weaponry flowing from The United States into Mexico being used by the Mexican Drug Cartels. A supposed sting operation that although stupid in the premise, supplying guns to the dug cartels in order to find out how the cartels get them, but the truth is that what could have been done with dozens of gun was actually done with thousands of assault weapons AND military weaponry like Rocket Propelled Grenade launchers, grenades and other more lethal weaponry.

What should have never been has now exploded into not just a political scandal which when fully revealed will make Watergate seem like a Sunday School picnic in comparison, is directly responsible for the murder of hundreds of both Mexican and American people and a border patrol agent whose death brought forth a whistle blower that blew the operation wide open for public scrutiny.

Barack Obama and Eric Holder have both denied any knowledge of the operation before March of this year. Holder claims he knew nothing until April just weeks before his testimony before Congress on the matter and Obama claims he found out in March when Holder informed him of the debacle. The conflict of stories between Holder and Obama already questions their knowledge and reveals a cover up in the making.

A video that I have found actually takes the lie being perpetrated by Holder and Obama and moves it from political scandal to questions of whether this operation was part of a larger agenda and whether the President and the Attorney General by their allowance of illegal weapons being sold by the thousands to the cartels causing hundreds of murders for well over a year are both an accessory to murder.

This video reveals that not only did Obama and Holder know of the operation well BEFORE Macrh or April of 2011, but it was instituted by Presidential order with the full knowledge and backing of the AG in March of 2009
The Deputy AG in a presser proudly is announcing the beginning BY PRESIDENTIAL ORDER of Operation Gun Runner later nick named Fast and Furious to try and trace the flow of illegal weaponry from the United States to Mexico.

Yet to listen to both Obama and Holder neither had any knowledge before early this year, months after a border patrol agent was killed in December 2010 by one of the thousands of weapons supplied by the Justice Department to the Cartels through the ATF operation. This administration loves to brag on itself and this time the arrogance may be its downfall.

This unjustified flow of enough illegal weapons to arm a small army, to the cartels murdering hundreds of people cannot be swept under the rug as so much of the activity since Obama has been President because of the willingness of the press to look the other way due to their love affair with Obama.

Both Obama and Holder have lied about their knowledge and both allowed this to continue ONLY stopping it after a whistle blower came forward. Thousands of assault rifles and military weaponry flowing into Mexico. Just the massive amount alone brings into question whether this was more a political agenda than a supposed sting operation.

Throughout his campaign Obama made it clearly known that he was anti Second Amendment and if elected would push for strict gun control legislation to all but eliminate gun ownership. What better way to force a Second Amendment challenge than to use the deaths of hundreds on the Mexican border by the Drug Cartels by thousands of illegal weapons flowing from the US as an excuse for gun control. Of course it was never considered there would be a whistle blower and the public would be made aware of the flow of guns actually being supplied by his administration.

This is more than just a scandal. It is more than just a political problem or an abuse of Presidential power. This is MURDER of hundreds of Mexicans AND Americans by Presidential order and implemented by the Nations top law enforcement official The Attorney General. This cannot be allowed to just disappear or brushed away but MUST be investigated and all those involved INCLUDING Obama and Holder brought to account and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

THE FAST AND FURIOUS SMOKING GUN

Fast and Furious, the ATF, "sting," operation that was claimed to be a way of following the flow of illegal weapons from The United States into Mexico but in reality only provide thousands of weapons to the Mexican drug cartels killing hundreds while directly being responsible for the death of a US border patrol agent who was kiled by a weapon supplied though the ill advised, illegal and frankly stupid operation.

Barack Obama has denied any knowledge of the plan until March of 2011 although the operation began in early 2009. Eric Holder denied any knowledge of it until April, 2011 just weeks before his first testimony before Congress during hearings on this ATF debacle that falls under the jurisdiction of Holder through the Justice Department.

Holder denied Obama having knowledge of this during his testimony yet Obama specifically said he knew as early as March in an interview with CNN after Holder's testimony. Yet, according to the video above both Obama and Holder are lying about their knowledge of the operation and the timing of their learning of it. The video above is a presser held by a Justice Department Deputy AG in MARCH 2009, when the operation started and in the video it is stated that the operation was begun by PRESIDENTIAL ORDER with the full knowledge and backing of HOLDER AND JUSTICE!

According to the video announcement, not only did both Obama and Holder know about this debacle from the beginning but the operation was approved by an Obama order and implimented by Holder's department with Holder''s backing. Which means not only are both lying but both allowed the flow of thousand of illegal weapons including RPGs into Mexico arming the drug cartels with enough to arm a small army directly causing the deaths of hundreds of both Mexicans and Americans and the border patrol agent in DECEMBER 2010 just before the ATF whistle blower blew the lid off the operation.

So the question begs to be asked, "was this an operation to push a political agenda designed to force a Second Amendment challenge resulting in increased gun control legislation due to the gun violence on the Mexican border?" And are Obama and Holder both guilty of violating the law and indirectly responsible for murder since this nightmare was allowed to continue with their personal knowledge also knowing that bundreds were being killed by thousands of illegal weapons flowing to the Cartels provided by the ATF by Presidential and Justice Department orders.

If any of the above is fact and I hope the investigation started by Congressman Issa will blow this debacle sky high, then operation Fast and Furious will make Watergate seem like a Sunday School outing in comparison for the Constitutional violations, illegal activities, knowledge of the President and AG, lying to Congress and the public by both and especially the deaths they would be responsible for by allowing this to continue as it did.

HERMAN CAIN LEAPS PAST ROMNEY IN WALL STREET JOURNAL POLL

For those who still think the rise of Herman Cain was just a passing phase the most recent Wall Street Journal poll has the former CEO of Godfathers pizza with a 27% to 23% lead over Mitt Romney the RINO acting conservative who most have already crowned as the GOP nominee.

In a media atmosphere including some on Fox News the rise of Cain is almost presented with an apology when mentioned with Romney. As if the,"shock," of anyone except the media favorite candidate leading or rising in the polls is a fluke because only the media truly knows how voters think.

Cain has come from nowhere and his win in the Florida Straw Poll which is usually won by the candidate that forked over the most money in the poll, which by the way was NOT Cain, has provided Cain a great deal of media coverage and voters have finally had an opportunity to hear this brilliant man and his passion for our country along with real common sense solutions to the issues that plague our Nation along with the virus that currently resides in the Oval Office.

As a result the vast number of voters who had not known much about Cain before his Florida win are now seeing him and liking what they see. He is truly the anti establishment candidate and his conservative credentials are impeccable. Yet pundits who have already crowned Romney still dismiss Cain not quite able to explain why except that Romney has raised more money than Cain and therefore can't be beat.

Let me remind everyone of the 2008 GOP campaign for the nomination. Mitt Romney was a candidate then and ran with the largest by far war chest of all the candidates. Almost double that of John McCain. Romney not only did not win with the big bucks but actually finished third behind the GOP Nominee McCain and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.

Big bucks does not a campaign or a winner make. A clear and strong message that resonates with voters while dealing with the issues that voters are most concerned with still wins election in America and that is why Cain has surged in the polls and why his message is winning the support of voters all around the country. Herman Cain is quickly becoming Americas choice for President of The United States. A true patriot who will restore Constitutional values and principles to our Nation and fiscal sanity to Washington.

OBAMA THE TYRANT, "FIND HOW TO APPROVE STIMULUS PROJECTS WITHOUT CONGRESS"

The United States Constitution provides a clear and unquestionable avenue to legally pass legislation, approve all funding and separating the powers of the three branches of government so that one man or group of men cannot dictate to the government or the people without the balance instilled through the Constitution by our Founders. Barack Obama evidently does not care about this Constitutional balance nor the protection it provides to the American people from a tyrannical government or politician.

At a meeting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his, "Jobs Council," the Tyrant in Chief instructed the Council to dig through his jobs bill that failed to pass the Senate in a vote that included both party opposition, and,"identify all those areas in which we can act administratively without additional congressional authorization and just get it done." As a candidate Obama condemned the use of the Executive Order claiming that it bypassed the legal Constitutional provisions of separation of powers yet as President he has used it as a means of forcing through his agenda specifically to bypass the Constitutional protection that separation of powers provides to prevent a tyrannical move by any politician. Now to expand government, increase spending and kill jobs once again Obama tells his Council to find a way to bypass Congressional approval to fund and implement his jobs bill.

This once again emphasises how Obama has no respect for The Constitution nor the people of The United States for whom the Constitution was written to provide protection FROM the government preventing tyrannical control which is what Obama seeks to do. Congress is not passing his jobs bill because they understand it is doomed to failure just as the $1.3 trillion dollar stimulus from 2009 failed to produce jobs or stimulate the economy. In fact the 2009 stimulus is directly responsible for increased unemployment and stagnating the economy. The current jobs bill seeks more of the same and as such would have the same failed results. So Congress is not and will not pass it.

So rather than accept the Constitutional path for legislation and the administering of government spending, Obama seeks to bypass the law and implement this disaster without Congress using the Executive Order as the means to dictate his will to the American people. His arrogance has no end. His idiocy has no bounds. His tyrannical move to socialize our Nation has no end and his determination to place himself above the law and the Constitution puts him along with Richard Nixon who believed that as President he could do whatever he wished since as Nixon stated, "if the President does it is is not illegal." Both violated the Constitution and both broke the law in the process.

ERIC HOLDER MUST RESIGN OVER FAST AND FURIOUS

The ATF operation known as Fast and Furious where more than 2000 weapons were allowed to be sold across the border of Mexico in order to supposedly be used by ATF as a means of tracing illegal gun trade at our Southern border was not only a botched illegal operation but takes with it the Nations highest law office Attorney General Eric Holder.

Holder has repeatedly denied any knowledge of the operation until April of this year just before his testimony before Congress in early May. Yet document after document has surfaced showing that Holder, while not necessarily having knowledge of this highly questionable operation from its beginning in 2009, did know as early as July of 2010 a full six months before the murder of a US border agent by one of the very weapons used in the ATF gun running scheme.

That being the case Holder knowingly allowed illegal weaponry to flow over the border which have caused hundreds of deaths including one of our border agents. Had Holder even not known about the operation which is highly unlikely, the ATF falls under his jurisdiction and with absolute knowledge of the operation known by top Justice officials as early as March 2012, Holder is either stupid or has absolute no control of the out of control Justice department.

His lack of any type of credible leadership at Justice especially over this operation but the very real probability that he had knowledge of it for six months before the agents death and still allowed it DEMANDS his resignation and even the possibility of an indictment for his involvement in allowing illegal weapons to cross the border, sting or no sting operation.

During his campaign for President, Barack Obama made in known that he was not a Second Amendment advocate. In fact his opposition was so strong that after his election through the first months of his administration gun stores around the country could not keep ammunition on the shelves due to a run by legal gun owners buying ammo for fear Obama would force a Second Amendment challenge through an Executive Order placing hampering regulation on legal gun owners.

This,"sting," operation flooding the borders with illegal weapons for more than A YEAR and more than 2000 weapons not including grenade launchers and other heavier weapons is believed by many as part of the Obama attack on the Second Amendment using the deaths of hundreds through violence and weaponry on our Southern border as a means of forcing a Second Amendment challenge and legislation forcing ridiculous regulation and eliminating citizens right to own and keep guns.

This entire operation wreaks of scandal, illegal activity and a political agenda from an administration that has been allowed to get away with literally murder in order to force an agenda and destroy our country for political expedience that follows the Barack Obama hope and change platform that has been an absolute nightmare for America. Holder must go and the investigation must follow to even include whether anyone in The White House had knowledge of this completely illegal debacle that has cost hundreds of lives and a US border agent.

OCCUPY WALL STREET - PHONIES WITH UNION AND LOONEY BACKING - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

If one were to actually pay attention to the main stream media, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and others on the left, one would think the Founders of our country had been reincarnated and found a rebirth in the form of the loons who are part of the fledgling, "Occupy Wall Street, " or , "DC, or "Atlanta," or any other city where these small groups are gathering to supposedly protest greed in America.

Signs saying completely asinine statements like, "I quit my job to occupy Wall Street," or threatening signs like, "Jump you, %$*&#)@<" (expletive deleted), and hoards of other signs filled with profanity, sexual innuendos, calls for the death of Capitalism, the death of America as a free society changed rather to the socialist, "utopia," where being prosperous is evil and everyone stands together singing Kum Ba Yah.

Loons like Roseanne Barr and Michael Moore both who have made fortunes thanks to the free market Capitalist society they are now protesting calling for the end of our freedoms and the institution of a tyrannical government that will force the ,"rich," to give up their wealth for the betterment of society. I haven't heard either say how much of THEIR wealth they were willing to give up for the cause they are so willing to whine about.

Barack Obama came out praising the Occupy Wall Street crowds calling for them to continue while all the while his class warfare rhetoric has brought on the violence that has been associated with the small crowds who are in New York City and tried to crash through the doors of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in Washington DC on Saturday.

The left leaning Mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg has come out against the protesters as they have disrupted NYC and cause the cities sanitation workers to work overtime cleaning up the mess these supposed caring people are leaving in their wake. Trashed parks, trashed city streets, unsanitary conditions and literally garbage all over the place costing the good citizens of NYC millions of tax payer dollars to clean up since these protesters are to LAZY to clean up after themselves.

When interviewed most are almost incoherent as they try to,"explain," what they are doing and why. Those who are understandable sound like they are looking for Vladimir Lenin to come riding on his red horse saving America with a Bolshevik Revolution to unite the masses under the sickle and hammer and bring the rich to their knees.

When the crowds did grow to larger numbers temporarily in NYC the true colors of the financial backing of this supposed,"grass roots," movement came to light as hundreds of Union members and leaders suddenly appeared from nowhere to stand and march with the loons who have been sleeping in the streets claiming to have occupied Wall Street.

Some have even tried to compare this loon movement to the Tea Party and its true grass roots birth and growth. Yet I don't remember anyone having to clean up after the Tea Party gatherings. Nor have reports of people quitting their jobs to protest about jobs ever appeared with any of the Tea Party gatherings. In fact many stories have beeb told of proud Tea Partiers taking their vacation times so they could attend Tea Party protests to stand with like minded Americans.

Another major difference between the two is that the Tea Party is protesting overbearing government and calling for the return to true Constitutional principles as our Founders intended for this Nation with limiting government and allowing the free market NOT government to determine business while the limitation of government allows a free people to live in the liberties instilled by our Constitution and our Founders.

The Occupy Wall Street crowds are calling for MORE government, the end the free market, the elimination of Constitutional freedoms giving them over to a government that will punish prosperity and redistribute wealth in the mode of the Communist Soviet Union. To listen to Obama, Pelosi and others who are praising this movement, the Founders would be in the streets with the protesters.

In reality the Founders fought against the very things these protesters are calling for and are rolling over in their graves as the very leadership in the Oval Office and those of his party are praising calls for the end of the freedoms the Founders fought and yes many died to bring to this Nation. The Founders would have stood with the Tea Party movement as they fought for the very same principles which are in complete contrast to those of the,"occupiers," and the leaders from the left who support them.

This is not a movement for freedom as they claim but one demanding tyranny in the from of more government and control of the people ending prosperity and the liberties that have made our country great. We fought wars to free people all over Europe from the tyranny the Occupy Wall Street crowd is demanding and yet those who stand at the head of our government from The White House to the Democrat leadership praise the groups who are spitting on the graves of our Founders and the thousands of Americans who have given their lives to defend the freedoms and principles this Occupy Wall Street crowd are calling to end.

HERMAN CAIN THE CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE FOR 2012

The 2012 Presidential election is just over a year away and the GOP field has eight candidates who are running for the opportunity to challenge the weak and failed Barack Obama for the keys to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. All eight candidates offer different plans and approaches to solving the problems facing our country many of which are the direct responsibility of the socialist agenda of Obama.

To overcome the decline our Nation is suffering we need a strong conservative person to lead this country back to the Constitutional principles, fiscal sanity and strong standing in the world that is necessary for the survival of our country and the future direction our Nation must go both at home and abroad. Every candidate vying for the GOP nomination would be a tremendous improvement in the Oval Office over its current occupant.

After considering the options and the credentials of the candidates Herman Cain stands out as the man who can bring the strong conservative leadership we need to restore our Nation to the Constitutional principles and fiscal discipline needed to bring our country back from the abyss that is Barack Obama. Cain is a strong conservative who offers no nonsense detailed solutions that are Constitutional and will decrease spending, debt and deficits.

Cain's 9-9-9 tax reform plan brings a fresh and necessary change to the tax code that will be fair and balanced to all Americans while simplifying the code making it easier and understandable, encompassing all income brackets fairly as well as those who avoid taxes by being off the radar since it involves a 9% consumption tax.

Cain as a successful business man understands fiscal responsibility and how to reign in spending, decreasing debt and deficits. He believes in the Constitutional premise of limited government allowing the people to determine their destiny rather than government dictating it. Cain understands that a small lean government is what the Founders intended and he will work toward making that a reality.

Cain offers real plans for real problems rather than vague ideas painted with a broad brush and high sounding words to tickle the fancy of voters. He sees the greatness of The United states and like Ronald Reagan believes in the people and the ability of Americans to be the exceptional free people that we are without government binding the Nation with overbearing regulation and a forced dependency upon a tyrannical force in Washington DC.

He knows Obamacare must be repealed as it is unconstitutional and destructive to jobs and the financial prospect of America and Americans. He has created jobs as a successful business man and knows that ONLY the private sector can employ the unemployed and will move government out of the way in order to allow business to do what it does best, create jobs and grow the economy.

Cain see the threats that are around the world from the danger of Terrorism, Iran and Syria to the menace of North Korea. He is a friend of Israel and knows that ONLY a strong and powerful American can keep our Nation and her people secure as well as our standing in the world as its only super power.

Cain sees the problem with illegal aliens and knows a secure border with a fence is the answer and enforcing current laws to stem the tide of illegals that are draining our resources by milking the system and staying off the radar. Cains stance on immigration will bring them out of the shadows and his consumption tax will cause even illegals to be contributors to our revenue.

Herman Cain will fight the fight of the American people and not play the Washington song and dance game. He has stated he has been asked how as a Washington outsider how he knows how Washington works. His answer is simple Washington DOESN'T work and that is why as a Washington outsider he brings the fresh needed leadership to a town that has long played the same old games that have helped lead to the shape we find ourselves in now.

He knows that Obama is a complete failure and it will take strong and conservative leadership to repair the damage done since he took office in 2009. Cain knows the task will not be easy but with steadfast and strong leadership filling the void that exists now our country can rise like the Phoenix and become the shining city on the hill that Reagan knew we are and should always be.

HERMAN CAIN NOT A FLUKE BUT A STRONG SERIOUS CANDIDATE WHO CAN WIN

There are many who have called the recent rise in the polls of Herman Cain a fluke that was the result of a good showing in the last debate and the Florida Straw Poll. A fluke that will fade and drop the former Godfather's Pizza CEO back into the second tier of candidates. But recent polling shows otherwise.

Gallup has Cain leading Perry and Romney who own 18% and 19% respectively with a strong 30% showing. Zogby mirrors the Gallup poll. CBS new released their poll showing Cain tied with Romney at 17% and Perry falling behind both. In all three polls the top tier is finished out with Newt Gingrich in fourth place and all other candidates in low single digits.

When Cain first entered the race he was a virtual unknown except to those who were familiar with him as a radio host of his own right and a regular fill in for Neal Boortz syndicated show out of Atlanta, Georgia. He was a Fox News contributor who occasionally made guest appearances on the Sean Hannity radio and television show. So how has this virtual unknown risen to front runner in the GOP Presidential field?

Simple, he has a no nonsense, understandable strong conservative message that provides detailed answers to the issues that face our Nation and he has no qualms about telling it like it is where Washington is concerned and the failure of Barack Obama. Cains 9-9-9 plan is resonating with voters as it reforms the tax code in a manner that is understandable, fair and balanced for all tax payers regardless of income, corporate or personal taxes and encompasses those who have not paid any taxes as it adds a 9% consumption tax to the mix.

Cain's outsider status from a political stand point coming from a successful business back ground is also popular with voters as he is the only candidate who has not been involved in politics of any form yet understands how the system works and offers real solutions on how to fix it. His ability to stand against the establishment while bringing detailed answers rather than vague possibilities gives voters a platform they can identify with and support.

Cain is also a true unabashed conservative whose credentials as a conservative are unquestionable as opposed to the RINO/Romneycare status of Mitt Romney and the very questionable record of Rick Perry who has ruffled a lot of conservative feathers by his immigration stance in Texas and his willingness to use Executive Orders to force SDT shots for 12 year old girls as Governor.

Cain brings to the table real solutions, conservative principles, a strong Constitutional stance on limiting government and deregulating as government shrinks, reducing the debt and deficit and making the tax system fair, balanced and simple which is a reform that has been needed for decades. His foreign policy restores American strength and credibility while supporting Israel and standing firm against the threats in the Middle east like Iran and Syria.

Cain is the real deal and voters understand it. His lack of visibility in the media prior to the Florida Straw Poll is the only reason this strong conservative has been a virtual unknown. Those of us who have been familiar with Cain through his radio and television appearances have known since day one that Herman Cain is a conservative who can win and a conservative who will bring fiscal and political sanity back to Washington. A fluke? Not hardly!

ERIC HOLDER, DO NOT PASS GO GO DIRECTLY TO JAIL

It is not only past time for Eric Holder to resign and resign quickly but it may be time for Holder to serve time for his illegal activities as Attorney General of The United States. He has been ramrod over the most corrupt Justice Department possibly in our history and now it has been revealed that he not only lied to Congress about his knowledge of the Fast and Furious debacle but knew about it long before he claims to have known.

In case you're not familiar with Fast and Furious it was an operation where ATF allowed thousands of weapons to cross the Mexican border and fall into the hands of drug lords in the drug cartels that are creating havoc on both the US and Mexican border. The, "sting," operation was not only illegal but the weapons were traced and found used in several murders near the border, one in which a border patrol police officer was killed.

An ATF agent came clean and blew the whistle on the operation that allowed the weapons to cross the border and Congress held hearings on the matter to get to the bottom of this illegal action and just who knew and why. Since the ATF falls under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department Holder was called before Congress to testify as to his knowledge of the operation.

First Holder denied any knowledge and told Congress he was conducting an investigation to find who was involved in the debacle and how it came about in the ATF. Then it was learned that Holder did know about the operation so he changed his story to one in which he claimed to have recently found out about the operation just before his Congressional testimony in May 2011.

New reports have come out showing that not only did Holder know about the operation well before his testimony but his knowledge extended back far enough to know the operation was not only taking place but was a continuing operation that he made no move to stop. His knowledge extends back to July 2010 and the operation did not end until near the end of 2010 shortly after the death of the border patrol officer.

Holders reaction to this new revelation is he misunderstood the question asked him during his Congressional testimony when prodded as to when he knew of the operation. How stupid does he think we are? Asked, when did you know about the operation and he misunderstood the question and gave a wrong date? This is a classic cover for someone who knows he willingly perjured himself and is trying to cover his lie.

Holder has been corrupt since day one as Attorney General and has been given a free pass by his boss, Barack Obama, the media and even Congress who have let him slide several times during hearings over problems in Justice. Now he has gone far enough in his corruption to willingly allow the loss of life to cover his knowledge of an illegal operation.

Holder should resign IMMEDIATELY and this debacle known as Fast and Furious should bring indictments to those involved and those who knew of the operation allowing it to continue. Holder should be first on the list of indictments and brought before the court to face the penalty for his illegal actions and his willingness to allow people to die to cover for his lies and his corruption.

THE LEADERSHIP VACUUM - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

Leadership, a quality that few have and many think they have. Leadership does not automatically appear when anyone finds themselves elected to public office especially one as powerful and important as the Presidency of The United States. Our Nation has had great leaders beginning with our first President George Washington and we have had our share of terrible leaders. Jame Buchanan, and Jimmy Carter are among the worst. Yet none have matched the complete lack of leadership while pretending to be a leader as Barack Obama.

Now this leader wanna be has stooped to the lowest form of feigned leadership. Scolding, lecturing, belittling and telling the American people we have grown soft and only HE can toughen us up again. As Eisenhower said in the quote at the beginning of this post, hitting people over the head, blaming them for any and everything while scolding and condemning them is not leadership it is assault of the worst kind. The assault of the human spirit and for we Americans an assault and an insult to our finest quality as Americans, exceptionalism and strength through freedom.

Throughout his failed tenure as President, Obama has used the Presidential,"bully pulpit," to scold those who do not bow to his wishes or agenda, condemning Americans for prospering, apologizing for American greatness and used his temporary position as Chief Executive as a platform to belittle America and Americans rather than inspire, lift up and lead as a true and successful President should.

People all have at least one thing in common regardless of race, creed, back ground or standing. When they are constantly barraged with negativism, condemnation and assault upon who they are, how they live and what they do, they tend to believe it and act accordingly. This is why leadership is so important. Not that Americans cannot survive without a real leader or continue to be the exceptional people that we are, but a vacuum of leadership especially in The White House drags the country and our people down taking with it the very exceptionalism that makes our Nation great and a hope to the world.

When we hear nothing but negative from leadership or constant blame without the leader taking any responsibility for his actions, we come to a point where we as a people throw up our hands and say, "what's the use," since nothing we do seems to matter or fighting to make things better finds no avenues of seeming success as the leader continues to condemn and turn a deaf ear on the cries and anger of the people.

We hear how nothing can be done because Washington is so partisan which polarizes government so nothing can be accomplished. First let me inform those who may not know or understand Washington has ALWAYS been partisan and ALWAYS been argumentative with party bickering and spite. That is the nature of politics and the nature of how people who have any type of power work whether it is government or business. That has not changed since the Founding of our country and will not change as long people are involved.

The problem is not partisanship or bickering but the vacuum of leadership in The White House. Our Founders understood the nature of people and in our Constitution created three Branches of government as a check and balance system but placed among those Branches an Executive to provide leadership for that balance in order to allow for this free Republic to work on a governmental level while using the other two Branches as a force to prevent the Executive from becoming a dictatorship.

Ronald Reagan understood the necessity of strong leadership in the Executive Branch better than any President of the 20th Century. He never had majorities in Congress to agree with his policy. He never had Republican party leadership that sided with him to force through his agenda. In fact with the exception of his first two years in Office when the GOP controlled the Senate, Reagan had a Democrat Congress to deal with throughout his Presidency.

So how did he get so much done and so much of it in line with his conservative agenda when the Congress was mostly liberal? He was a strong, true and very decisive leader. He stood fast to his principles and expressed those principles regularly to the American people who rallied to him because his principles matched those of most Americans. As a result a partisan Congress had no choice but to follow most of Reagan's leadership because the people backed his policy and agenda.

When he spoke to the people he never condemned Americans for not backing him. He never told us how soft we had become or how we had lost our edge as Obama did recently in an interview that insults the core of who we are as a people and a country. Even as America was ground to a halt in the midst of a terrible economy, high unemployment, massive inflation and a weak foreign policy stemming from the failed policy and weak leadership of Jimmy Carter, Reagan encouraged Americans by reminding us constantly of who we are and the greatness of our Nation and our people.

We responded to his encouragement. We reacted to his optimism. We embraced his vision of the shining city on a hill and we grew as a people and a country recovering from the malaise of Carter into the exceptionalism of Reagan. Reagan told us our best days were not behind us but yet to come and we as a people responded to his leadership and our best days became better with EVERY passing day.

Reagan was a leader while Obama is a loser and as a loser he has become a virus on the face of our Nation as he uses his, "bully pulpit," to spread that virus bringing the malaise of Carter back to this country multiplied exponentially since Obama is a more severe virus than Carter and a greater vacuum of leadership has been created by his failure and condemnation of our people our Nation and our very way of life.

The 2012 election presents the American people with a decision that will determine whether we grow as a people and Nation or stagnate into oblivion allowing the current virus in The White House to completely over take us and destroy even the very foundation of our beloved Republic. We will not elect another Reagan because he only comes along once.

But we must elect a leader who will take responsibility and not blame the people for Americas problems. A leader like Reagan who believes in the people and the freedom of the people to prosper. A leader who will understand that we are an exceptional Nation and people and through that exceptionalism and our freedom from government can accomplish anything and everything. With that type of leadership America will recover and we will grow and rise from the ashes of Obama to the grand and glorious sunshine of the shining city on the hill that Reagan knew as America and her people.

OBAMA," AMERICA HAS GOTTEN SOFT," - JIMMY CARTER, "CRISIS OF CONFIDENCE" TWO FAILED PRESIDENTS BLAME AMERICANS

Barack Obama has now sought to follow the example of Jimmy Carter again and blame the American people for the trouble that has come upon The United States caused by his policy and agenda. The blame Bush strategy has not worked since most Americans realize that the problems we face economically, on the foreign front and high unemployment is not the fault of the former administration but the current occupant of The White House.

Since that strategy has failed Obama, who blames anyone but himself for the problem HE has brought, now stoops the lowest of lows as he blames America and Americans for what he has wrought. Here is the clip of shame on him and blame on us.

In 1979 when Jimmy Carter presided over a terrible economy brought on by bad Carter policy, a weak foreign policy that damaged America around the world, high unemployment and massive inflation the weak Carter delivered what has become known as,"The Malaise Speech," when Carter blamed the problems he had brought on our country on the American people stating that we had a ,"crisis of confidence," Here is that speech, notice similarities with the weakness and blame anyone but me strategy to that of Obama.

Jimmy Carter was a weak and failed President whose like our country had never seen and hoped would never see again. Now we have Barack Obama who makes Carter seem like a genius in comparison. The problems our country has fall not on the backs of the American people as Carter and now Obama sought to blame but on weak and aimless leadership from Presidents whose policy and agenda brought decline and disaster to our country.

It is ridiculous and stupid for any President to blame Americans for his failure. Obama takes responsibility for nothing. Everything is someonea fault not his and now according to the child in The White House the American people have grown soft and it is our fault for Americas problems. Well I guess to a point he is right, it is the fault of many American who elected this jackass to office but even they are waking up to their mistake. But Americans are not soft nor are we failures Mr. Obama and just like Carter before you we see YOU as the cause of Americas problem and just like Carter before you we will remove the virus in The White House and get America back on track by eliminating the real cause of our trouble.......YOU!

OBAMA FAILED ENERGY AGENDA AT THE PEOPLES EXPENSE

The Obama administration did not learn ANYTHING from the half BILLION dollars of tax payer money lost never to be returned from the idiotic loan given to Solyndra Inc., the California solar panel maker that went bankrupt after receiving the money. Even as reports are surfacing that Solyndra was in financial straights and beginning the slide toward bankruptcy as Obama pushed to get the loan through so Biden could announce it.

Now we are being told that another BILLION dollars is being loaned to solar projects. A $727 MILLION dollar loan to build a solar tower and another $337 MILLION dollars to build a solar plant near Phoenix, Arizona. There are hundreds of other alternative energy companies that are working with more viable forms of energy like clean coal, nuclear etc. but Obama's fascination with solar energy is making it the Energy Departments priority and the means to waste billions in loans of tax payer money.

As the heat is rising with more revelations coming every day about just how bad the Solyndra loan was and all of the ramifications it is and will bring to Obama and the administration as the loan was obviously pushed for a PR campaign for Obamas pet energy project inspite of warnings that it was a bad loan risk, one would think the LAST thing the administration would want to be made public are more risky loans to solar energy companies.

The arrogance being shown in order to push an agenda with an attitude that the administration is above the fray and can do whatever it wants to push the agenda regardless of the consequences or waste of tax payer dollars is beyond reprehensible and bordering on criminal. The investigation into Solyndra is moving into a criminal investigation and it remains to be seen just how involved Obama and others in the administration were in the affair.

Legalities, investigations, common sense and even the look of some sort of intelligence matters little if at all when Obama sets his mind on an agenda and uses his office to push that agenda. What does he care if wasting billions in tax payer money for companies who are questionable at best. After all according to Obama its his money not ours and he as a result can do with it what he wants even if it is illegal and immoral in the waste and abuse.

I am reminded of something Richard Nixon said during the famous interviews with David Frost. When questioned about the illegal activities Nixon participated in during the Watergate nightmare, Nixon told Frost when, "the President does it, it's not illegal." He followed the answer by stating he had realized that he was the only one who believed that. Obama is following the Nixon example in thinking anything he does as President is okay regardless of legalities or whether it meets any Constitutional muster.

FREEDOM THREATENED AS DEMS SUGGEST TYRANNY

If this was a joke, someone forgot to tell Democrat North Carolina Governor Beverly Perdue how to deliver a punch line. During a presser the liberal Democrat suggested that from her view point in order to work to better a struggling economy Congressional elections should be suspended, "for perhaps two years," in order to give Congress time to solve the problems.

After word of this got out Perdue's spin machine immediately said it was a joke. Listen carefully to the audio in the above clip at the 34 count and determine for yourself just how jokingly she talked about suspending elections. Is this the real Democrat mind set to eliminate our Constitutional election process in order to allow the government to be even more tyrannical than it already is?

Well more evidence that it is possibly a Democrat mind set comes from the former Obama Budget Director Peter Orszag in an Op Ed written for The New Republic suggesting that in order to solve, "the serious problems," facing our Nation we need to be a less Democratic,(not referring to party but the process), and eliminate the use of Representatives legislating and debating policy and law relying more on, "automatic polices," that do not depend on,"legislative inertia," or in other words, Executive Orders and a government centered around one person decisions like a Monarchy or dictatorship.

Democrats have long despised our Constitutional Republic set up as a Representative form of government where the people choose elected officials and can also fire them through a free election preventing a tyrannical form of government where one man or a committee of a few determine all law and legislation without the consent of the people. Now two Democrats openly suggest what liberals have longed for, for years. Eliminate the people from government so the politicians can dictated how we live forcing dependency upon government and robbing our God given Constitutionally protected freedoms and liberties.

OBAMA GAFF COMES WHILE PLAYING THE RACE CARD AGAINST THE BLACK CAUCUS

During a speech delivered to the Congressional Black Caucus, Barack Obama even with the help of his beloved TelePrompter had the gaff of all gaffs. In a campaign moment for his tax hike proposal he calls deficit reduction, Obama stated that millionaires and billionaires should pay their fair share with a higher tax rate than, "a Jew, ah, janitor."

With his well known adversity toward Israel one does have to wonder whether this was a gaff or the expression of his true inner contempt toward Israel. Either way it was not one of his better Presidential moments, not that he has had many of those in his failed Presidency.

Along with this major gaff Obama also played the race card against the Black Caucus members, scolding them for not supporting him better and literally screaming at them to "Take off your bedroom slippers. Shake it off. Stop complainin'. Stop grumblin'. Stop cryin'. We are going to press on. We have work to do." Of course the media won't see this as a racist remark toward blacks but when taken in the context of scolding by Obama as if they have been lazy in their support for him it can be seen as nothing else.

Many black leaders including the ever mouthy Maxine Waters have come out puzzled or angry at Obama's remarks with Waters questioning who he was talking to because they support him. Again not a great Presidential moment for Obama which falls right in line with the failed President.

IF WE WANT OUR COUNTRY BACK WE MUST TAKE IT - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

Americans can do one thing almost better than anyone else in the world. We can complain and belly ache about what is happening in our country at the hands of our government and those WE have voted into office, but when the rubber hits the road, only a few actually stand up to do something about it. This is NOT the American way nor the lesson given to us by our Founders.

Some see the word, "activist," as a catch phrase for the left bringing back scenes of the protests and the peace movement of the sixties which for the most part consisted of those opposed to Vietnam and the hippie generation, many of which have grown into the left wing that we know today. These were called activists and yes it is true they were that but it does not take away what that word means to all Americans.

Being an activist is in the greatest tradition of our country and especially following in the footsteps of our Founders. Being an activist does not mean one is a left wing radical in the mode of the hippies of the sixties. Nor does it mean one is a right wing fanatic as the left calls many conservatives. Being an activist is what our country was founded upon and how our Founders made it possible for the birth of our Nation.

Had our Founders not been political activists we would not be a country today. It was their political activism that caused them to rise up against the tyranny of King George and fix their names to The Declaration of Independence. It was their political activism that caused them to take up arms to fight for their freedom and give birth to a new Nation where all people regardless of back ground, fortune or prosperity had the same opportunity to achieve as his neighbor living in the God given liberty that man was was intended to have.

While out fight today is not one of arms and armies as it was when it took a Revolution of blood to gain our freedom our cause is just a serious and just an necessary for that freedom as it was when Washington took to the field as Commander in Chief of the Continental Army. As they were activists then we must be activists now.

In fact it is our Constitutional responsibility to be an activists. The Framers of The Constitution who understood the necessity of political activism by the people in order to hold a government accountable, created in our founding document as one of our first rights the ability by law to be an activist when we disagree with our government and those who hold office in that government. The First Amendment contains within it this clause at the end of the Amendment, "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Being an activist when we disagree with out government and those within that government is not just a personal belief but a Constitutional responsibility as a citizen. It is by the will of we the people that our government exists and those within that government find employment. And it is through the authority of we the people that those within our government are required to SERVE not dictate or use their position to decide for us how we should live or how we may prosper nor force through that government any dependency upon that same government.

The Tea Party movement embodies the best traditions of political activism in the greatest portrayal of that activism as applied by our Founders. A grassroots movement of the people to stand against a government that has become overbearing and leaders within that government who refuse to listen to the people. For this true Constitutional action of the people the Tea Party has been vilified called everything from racist to Nazi.

In that too the Tea Party as an activist group finds itself in line and in league with our Founders who were vilified not by just Great Britain but by many within the colonies and later the new found Nation whose independence was created by the Declaration. They too were called names and treated as second class citizens for taking a stand against an overbearing freedom robbing government. Yet the prevailed and created a free Nation.

It is not wrong nor ill mannered or racist to call a President who is taking our country down the wrong track a socialist and speak out and protest against what he is doing and his reasons for doing it. It is not wrong to come out against a Congressional leadership in BOTH parties that compromises our Constitutional principles and allows a debt to continue threatening our very existence as a Nation, all to play a political game and do it the Washington way.

These elitists in Washington do not own our government nor dictate who we are as a people nor what we are as a country. We the people of The United States control who we are and it is we the people who by our authority over those in Washington must and will take our country back from the elitists and restore sanity and responsibility in our government. It will mean we must get out of our comfort zone when we vote and not just reelect the person we have known for years because they have been there for years. In most voters minds every Congressman is terrible except their own.

It means that we clean house beginning at The White House and continuing through the Senate and House of Representatives. Conservatives, trey conservatives not politicians like Mitt Romney who claim to be conservatives in order to garner a vote, are what will be necessary to make this effort by the people to restore Constitutional principles in our government.

Barack Obama must go. Almost all of the Congressional leadership from Reid to yes, even John Boehner who has been a huge disappointment, must follow Obama into forced retirement at the hands of voters who are activists and willing to do what is necessary to get our country back. We proved we could do it in 2010 when we shook up Congress but did not go far enough to make the take over we need.

2012 is that defining moment in our history where either we the people regain complete control of our government by wiping the slate clean from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue to Capitol Hill or resign ourselves to being nothing more than a people who complain about our situation but are not willing to do what is necessary to resolve it. It is up to us!

GOP DEBATE IN PERSPECTIVE

Nine Republican candidates met in Orlando, Florida for yet another debate for those seeking the nomination to challenge Obama's reelection bid in 2012. While this debate compared to others recently did not have the, "gotcha," moment of the preceding debates because the moderators were not out to slam the candidates like those on the liberal MSNBC and CNN, the debate still did not have any moments which will make a change in the polling or support for any candidate.

That in itself places these early debates into a prospective that of course no one is talking about since the media, yes even Fox News which hosted this debate is looking for sensational headlines in association with the 2012 campaign for President.

It is still far to early to rule out most candidates. Yes some like Rick Santorum, Jon Hunstman, Gary Johnson and Ron Paul whose true popularity is low and yes even questionable are likely even this early to not be around by the Primaries or soon after the Primaries start. Even the seemingly popular Ron Paul is not as, "popular," as polling makes him out to be.

Let's look at how the snap and straw polls work, both of which Paul has either won or finished in the top tier. Snap polls like those held immediately after the Fox debate, are extremely unscientific since they depend on who can get the most people to take part in the poll the quickest when the poll is open. Paul winning the Fox snap poll only proves that his supporters were quicker and in greater numbers to hit the poll right after the debate. A situation which happened after EVERY debate in 2008 with Paul winning almost all of them and Paul was one of the earliest to drop out in the Primaries.

Now the straw poll. This is a fee oriented poll which requires each person participating in the poll to pay a fee for participation and usually the campaign of the particular candidate pays the fee for their supporters. Which means that whichever candidate pays for the most supporters to participate will win the debate. As an example Ron Paul won the California straw poll with 82% of the vote. Historically Republicans do not win California and do not use a lot of money or assets in the State utilizing them in States that will actually help their campaign. This was the case for the straw poll where Paul forked a larger amount of money than almost all of the other candidate combined.

Now to these early debates. While entertaining and enjoyable for political junkies like myself to watch, this early in the campaign season debates mean little or nothing. In 2008 Rudy Giuliani was double digits ahead of the rest of the field at this point and was doing rather well in the early debates and as we all know he died a quick political death when the Primaries began and faded our before South Carolina which is the third held after the Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire.

Every debate has focused on Rick Perry and Mitt Romney because early polling shows them as the supposed front runners. But again I remind each reader of the 2008 campaign when Giuliani was double digits ahead of everyone else in the field and was gone by February of the actual election year and John McCain whose campaign was struggling and thought to be over in September of 2007 won the nomination.

So even the so called second tier candidates still have a chance of breaking out and Romney and Perry who if you listen to most of the press coverage are the only, "real," candidates in the field. The media looks for sensational headlines and a Presidential election provides them better than almost anything else. The facts though are much different when it comes to the actual election.

Most voters don't even pay attention to candidates until a few weeks before any given election. By the time the Primaries start after the beginning of next year when voters are actually looking for a candidate to support, the polls and the coverage of any particular candidate including Perry and Romney could be totally different than it stands now. Again remember McCain was struggling with low single digit numbers very similar to those of Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain are showing now and he won the nomination.

For we political junkies these early debates give us a lot to talk and write about. The media has a great deal of fodder to fill the 24/7 news cycle. But in reality early debates are quickly forgotten and make almost no difference in the mind of the majority of voters who will not make up their mind until weeks and even days before they vote in their states Caucus or Primary. So enjoy the fun but don't count a candidates chicken before they hatch.

BARACK OBAMA THE NEW ALFRED E. NEWMAN

During a photo op at The United Nations, Barack Obama in yet another embarrassing moment for The United States from this child President, broke protocol and waved during the picture blocking the face of the Mongolian Prime Minister.

I have had in the back of my mind that Obama looked like someone I had seen before, but could not quite place who it was nor where I had noticed someone who looked like Obama. Well this picture at the UN clicked and finally I remembered who it was that I was reminded of when looking at pictures of Obama.

Mad magazine has been around since 1952 and has had as its iconic mascot Alfred E. Newman who has graced the cover of the satirical comic on almost every cover since the beginning. Newman's famous, "What me worry," phrase is as well known as his picture. Take a close look at the picture of Obama at the UN looking like a dummy who has no clue and like me, I am sure you will see the resemblance between Obama and Mad's Alfred E. Newman in both looks....... and actions.

OBAMA'S CLASS WARFARE YET ANOTHER LIE

Barack Obama laid out his plan to supposedly reduce the deficit. This,"great," plan includes, $1.5 TRILLION dollars in tax increases for Obama's definition of rich. Those making $200K or more. You and I know nearly every small business combines business profits, if any, and personal income in order to ease their tax burden. Yet Obama whined about how the rich, "must," pay their, " fair share." As you take a close look at the chart to the left which shows current tax rates from the IRS, notice how the rates explode at the $200K figure which again is Obama's definition of rich.

Additionally the top 10% of income earners pay 70% of all taxes while the bottom 50% pay no taxes. Once again Obama plays the class warfare card which obviously will be a major part of his campaign for reelection. This plan which has no possible chance of passing because of the massive tax increases it includes is nothing more than a campaign ploy using the Presidency to do his campaigning for him making legislation to satisfy his base.

When this plan fails and is not passed he will claim the GOP is only interested in party and not deficit reduction as well as protecting the rich rather than the middle class. Of course the chart shows just how much false information Obama is spewing to the public. Obama also based this,"plan," on Warren Buffets statement that his secretary pays a higher tax rate than he does, which is also a lie. If Buffet ONLY includes his Capital Gains tax rate which is 15% he's right but Buffet paid an ADDITIONAL 35% tax rate on his personal income which placed him in a 50% tax bracket, MUCH more than his secretary. Yet NO ONE questions this or Obama because the left loves playing the class warfare card.

The rest of Obama $4.4 Trillion dollar deficit reduction plan calls for $1.1 trillion in reduction of monies that had gone to pay for the war in Iraq and Afghanistan as the withdrawal continues. $1.2 trillion are the reductions the Super Committee are supposed to decide. Both of which are NOT new reductions but already passed and planned in future budgets. But to listen to Obama the $2.3 trillion from these two items are brand new deficit reduction ideas that he came up with all on his own. Since they are ALREADY planned and passed it WILL NOT reduce the deficit one dime more than already budgeted.

The rest of his plan includes increasing fees for all airline tickets which hit EVERY income bracket and adding a free that all retired military personnel will be forced to pay when they claim their medicare benefits. His plan calls for cuts in medicare but that is being kept quiet so he and his cronies can blame Republicans for any medicare cuts when it has been Democrats and Democrats ONLY who have made cuts in the entitlement through Obamacare and now this plan.

This plan is a joke and everyone knows it. It will not pass and may not even make it to the floor of the House. But it will become the center piece of the Obama 2012 campaign as he will use it for an all out class warfare assault, scaring seniors and attacking the GOP as putting party before country by not backing his plan to cut the deficit. A campaign like his 2008 campaign based on lies and deception. This time though the people know who he is and know NOT to buy into his kool aid. His minions will still follow but the majority of American voters now see through his deception.

THE CONSTITUTION , NOT RIGHT OR LEFT BUT LAW - THE SUNDAY COMMENTARY

September 17, 1787 The United States Constitution was signed and presented for ratification to the States and the American people. Our Constitution does not favor any political ideology or party. It does not dictate how the people of The United States live or function as citizens. The Constitution outlines the limitations of government with specific functions that are applicable to each of the three Branches created for our Republic by the Constitution.

But more importantly by those government limitations and the Bill of Rights, The Constitution insures by law the liberties of each American and by law prevents government from trampling on our God given rights as Americans and citizens of the greatest country to ever exist on the face of the Earth. The Constitution is not a document whose time has past nor which applies only to cultural situations at the time of its writing but whose intent and law is as applicable and viable today as it was when first ratified and made law more than 200 years ago.

Some claim the Constitution is a, "living, breathing document," that changes in its interpretation as society changes and whose intent and principles apply in accordance to those societal changes. That is NOT what our Constitution is. It is a, "living, breathing document," only in the fact that the strict laws, limitations to government and rights fouud within it are as viable and true today without acception.

The Framers created within The Constitution an exhaustive and extremely consuming process to change or amend this founding principle of American government purposefully so that it COULD NOT be changed with the whims of a Congress or the changes of society to insure that the principles found within the Constitution would endure for the protection of the people and to keep the people as the one and only true authority over government in the Republic created by our Founders.

Those who twist the intent of the Constitution or use a liberal interpretation which reads into it anything other than the strict and true meaning of each of the Articles and Bill of Rights as it is written is guilty of violating not only the principles of this framing document but the true intent for governing that the Framers wanted when presenting the Constitution as the foundation of our Republic.

Barack Obama in an interview attempting to defend his view of wealth redistribution, called the Constitution flawed in that it only expressed what government, "could not do," and not what it, "must do on behalf of the people." This type of interpretation of the Constitution proves a complete lack of understanding of the Constitution and the purpose of the Founders who created our Republic.

The Constitution intentionally expresses what the government cannot do since the key founding principle IS that government is limited and by law cannot interfere in the lives of the people. The Framers did not state what the government, "must do on behalf of the people," because they never intended for the government, "to do," for the people but for the people to have the freedom FROM government to do for themselves without government being in the way.

Those that use the Constitution as a means to twist its true intent to push a certain ideology or ignore the Constitution in order to expand government in order to seek any type of control of the people through government violate the laws found within the Constitution and destroy what The United States is and steal the very freedom the Constitution sought to protect.

The phrase which begins The Constitution," We the people," is not just a poetic reference or grand sounding words but the real and true definition of just what our country is and how the Founders intended the Constitution to be applied in a free Republic. The people are the only authority and everything done in our government is by consent of the people for the betterment of all the people.

Government does not dictate to the people how they are to live but the people tell the government what it is to do and the government exists only as a servant to the people. That includes those who are employed and elected to that government. By strict Constitutional law they do not rule over us be we the people rule over them. This is the true real foundation of our country and it is what those who are in government have neglected and lost.

It is also why we are fighting as Americans against a government that has ignored the Constitution and become tyrannical in its function and overbearing in its scope violating the Constitution while claiming to act in its name. This has become the great lie of American government and those who work in elected office. Few and I mean very few understand Constitutional principles and how a free Republic works and as such have exploded a government our Founders would not recognize nor ever intended for this Nation.

As we celebrate another anniversary of this greatest of man written documents let us pledge as true Americans to continue the fight to restore real and strict Constitutional principles to our Republic. Exercising our authority as a free people to force our government by our voice and our vote to adhere to the principles of freedom found within our Constitution. Electing those who will stand with the Constitution and govern ONLY by its principles and if they fail then replace them with those who will. We have the power to restore our Republic to what it was intended but it will take each of us active and fighting for that restoration and for our Constitution.
