OBAMA'S JUSTICE DEPARTMENT DISMISSES BLACK PANTHER VOTER INTIMIDATION CASE AND THIS IS WHO THEY LET OFF

At a Philadelphia polling place in the 2008 election two members of the New Black Panther Party stood in uniform with clubs outside of the polling place intimidating voters who entered to cast their ballot for President. The scene was video taped and taken before the Obama Justice Department for prosecution on the grounds of voter intimidation.

The Civil Rights Division dismissed the case and as has been reported the dismissal was on the grounds that the defendants were let off because the Division would not prosecute because of their color according to a DOJ official who resigned because of the case. Even with the clear video evidence and the fact that the defendants did not show for a hearing Holder dismissed the case , "claiming," no evidence.

The above video shows not only the video evidence the DOJ had for the case but goes further to show just who was let off in this cut and dried case of voter intimidation. Every indication of the dismissal of this case shows that Holder knew of the evidence and that racial politics was involved from the top levels of the DOJ. Obama's silence is also very telling since the case is getting a considerable amount of media coverage his silence is an indictment of full knowledge of the case and ignoring it hoping it will go away. It isn't and it won't and Obama along with his lame AG should be held in contempt for allowing this to slide through the justice system.
